I placed a service call and the service tech was scheduled the very next day. Mike showed up in a downpour rain storm and very quickly and professionally repaid my problem. Great service from a great organization.

I purchased a cart here from Seth 2 years ago. I needed a speed sensor for my cart which I had removed myself. They quoted me a price of $140, I was shocked, since the price of this part on Amazon was $13.99 with free shipping! I bought it on Amazon. I used to be a good customer, but will never return there again. That $140 was just the cost of the part(no installation), I changed it out myself!!!You call this “AFFORDABLE”? You are ripping off your own customers!!!

I would like to thank Hector, who personally came to my residence to remedy an issue I recently had with my cart.His experience and knowledge coupled with professionalism and courtesy is something I dont personally see on a day to day.He had my cart fully repaired up and running in a matter of minutes.Thanks again Affordable Carts you will be my choice in any further repairs.

Absolutely rude and horrific on phone, screaming over me to get my info when I was asking a simple question. then was talking under his breath rudely. could not be bothered to check anything, only wanted to take a message. if it wasnt for the apologetic staff on his behalf I dont think id ever be back. Attempted to order a new golf cart for close to $6,000.00 during the times where times are tough and small businesses are hurting for money. Seth at this location will run this business to the ground and has HORRIBLE customer service. We ordered a golf cart and were promised delivery Monday. When no calls were received by them On Monday we called and were told the cart would be delivered Tuesday. When no cart and no call came Tuesday we called Wednesday to check the status and were told now itd be delivered Thursday.When asked if they handle all orders this way, Seth said hed cancel our order and hung the phone up. Do not do business with this company!!!!!!

I had my first dealings with this company recently when I couldnt start my cart. They were amazing, helpful, quick to fix my problem, and went way beyond what we are used to in customer service, even trading in my wrong charger bought from a guy who sold me a used golf cart, for one that works with the cart. I wouldnt use anyone else, and will send customers to them for service and purchases! BEST company Ive dealt with in years!

I give this company a 5 star only because of David at a different location and Dan at the Naples location also Scott at the Ft Myers location. Went to look not really to pull the plug buying a brand new EZ-GO, and ending up buying because we wanted to buy local and have a good relationship before and after the sale. Had a few hiccups and feel like, no big deal just one particular service employee at the N. Ft Myers Location made me feel like well maybe there is always one in every business. (after owning our own business for 35 years). Totally love our new golf cart and feel like we will be taken care if any issues arrive. Hats off to Dan in Naples, very professional and handled issues like a pro!
