Yall were great to deal with. We have a Bintelli dealer 4 miles away from us, but we did not want to deal with them because they were pompous and snooty. We chose SWFL golf carts (115 miles away) because their pricing was reasonable and service is awesome and all of our questions were answered. Mike took the time to explain the unit (6pr lifted Bintelli Beyond) - which impressed me because most sales people know nothing about their product. Most sales people simply push a product without knowing what is best for the end user. Mike, John and Daniella were all pleasant to deal with. When they delivered the unit, all of my neighbors came out to see the new ride. SWFL better stock up for new customers.

Being a car guy, I wanted to be involved in the process of designing and customizing our own cart. Spending time with their lead designer Mike was a blast. My requirements were 6 seats, low, and fast. We ended up stretching a 2017 Yamaha Ride 2 equipped with a Navitas speed controller, 15 wheels, custom lights, paint, and sound system. The carts goes over 30 mph and handles like a sports car. The craftsmanship is top notch and we spent thousands less compared to buying a new factory stock cart. The entire staff is a pleasure to work with. Enthusiastically recommended!

We took delivery of our 2021 Bintelli Beyond 4-passenger golf cart about two weeks ago. We are very pleased with the cart’s features, appearance, and power. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Delivery of our cart was delayed about two months beyond the initial estimated delivery date. This was due to supply-line issues at the manufacturer in South Carolina. In today’s supply environment this is understandable, but still frustrating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I can tell you if I could give ZERO stars I would. The most rude and obnoxious person to ever speak to. The “owner” is absolutely the rudest to deal with. We walked in looking to purchase today — cash in hand and we were meet with nothing but ignorance and ridiculous behavior. I asked to test drive a cart and was told no. But the people before me were able to test drive a cart. I asked about the inventory because her website showed available carts. Surprise .... nothing available. I asked when they would get some in ... she laughed.
