I was totally surprised that no employee, absolutely none of the employees were wearing masks inside the store. No plexiglass between customer and cashier either, it was really scary!

I think that place is great. Its a small operation family run. They keep it clean and well-stocked. The prepared food they sell in their is Spanish style home cooking. The prices in there are fair for the prepared food as well as grocery items. I also use their Western Union Services.

Customers and some employees not wearing masks. Businesses can’t control their customers actions, but at least they should be more responsible about their customers safety. Employees should be wearing face masks. They are not requiring social distance either.If you believe this pandemic is real, stay away from this supermarket.

I bought a plate of food for 7.99 and it didn’t hardly have any food. It only had 2 small strips of ribs very thin. The rice and beans were mixed together and they didn’t even fill the biggest part of the plate. It was a very bad service. 3/12/21

Best meat and price you can get for an Argentine Style Asado.The team on the meat section is very professional and friendly. They keep the hygiene very seriously. They can cut for your tiras de asado (flanked beef short ribs) at the size you need. Also they have the best part of the Vacio/ Flap Meat (Argentine beef Flank). Very important for an Argentine Asado are Chorizos (pork sausages) and Morcillas (blood sausages). This market carry the Mr Tango brand, very high quality products with the original taste. Last but not least, Achuras (beef interiors): They carry Mollejas (Sweet Bread, not a bakery product) and Chinchulines (chitterlings or thin beef intestines). Charcoal Viva Pancho is on sale also, the best for actual grilling. Do not miss this great place.

The food in their Deli is awesome and the produce and meats have great quality. I really like the feel, its a small local store with friendly people and great products. You would be surprised at the variety of products that they sell. Best of all, their prices compare to that of their corporate rivals. Thanks, keep up the good work.

Got tortillas that had mold on it! They need to check out the dairy stuff more and this is the third time spoke to a very rude manager her name is ANA she made us pay .30 more for a new pack ! She is very rude ! Check out mold Tortilla picture !🤮 also got a yogurt and cheese once that was expired !

Small parking lot. Narrow aisles. Great pricing. I find i can save sometimes more than 25% by buying my meats here over publix.

I just pay 14 $ for rice and beans... pollo tropical is more cheap

Very sad that you are closing the Three Oaks Store in Fort Myers. You guys should use 1/2 the store instead of the whole property. It is sad that you are not telling the employees about the closing.

I got already prepared food from their deli department to feed my family of 6. It was good! The pork carnitas are bomb, ropa vieja bomb, black beans and rice - bomb. Good food, good price. The lady didnt speak English, no surprise there but if you dont speak Spanish you might have a hard time ordering. I would give it 5 stars but the deli looks dirty but it didnt stop me from eating the food lol.

I just call to place a food order the lady at the phone has no customer service Skills she just said you have to come in to place the order. This is the 3rd time I’m trying to buy food ready to eat, but the employees are just useless....

The prices are great here for some items but others are about the same as Publix. The quality is not as good as Publix though. The reason I gave them a 4 star is because I once parked my van in their lot and someone banged into my bumper and took off. I asked them for the camera footage and they said that the owner is out of the country and they dont know the password. That was kind of silly. They have semi-English speaking staff now. Kudos!

Went in to buy some chicken for dinner tonight a few days ago they had it labeled i believe for about $16 a box of filet chicken when to day and they had double the price to $32, when i asked the clerk about it she said well thats the price it is now she had no explanation to why it has doubled then said thats the price take it or leave it, so i left it.

Need to getred snaper and salt fish other wise its call cod fish its dry and salty
