The place is great. Nice hard working folks there. I didnt give it a five because corporate management doesnt have a policy of buying American when possible.

Jack at Tractor Supply in Boone was incredibly helpful! My fianceé called ahead of time and had a lot of questions about buying a riding lawnmower. Jack answered all the questions, gave great advice, and made us feel confident that we were buying the right mower. When we got to the store, he continued to help us with everything we needed right up until the mower was in the back of the truck. Havent had that kind of genuine, helpful customer service at any store in a long time. They just earned another customer for life. We’ll be going to Tractor Supply in Boone instead of Lowe’s from now on.

Good place for pet supplies and for some good jerkies!

Cashier insisted that I pay with the exact change since I was using cash. Unacceptable that they do not provide a cashier proper change for customers. Not everyone uses cards. In addition to that Boone North Carolina has a mask mandate indoors. They are not enforcing that rule. Extremely unsafe.

A Manager is a reflection of a business. If this statement is true, then the manager of TSC has this business on the map as friendly, helpful, and professional.I always get help when I need help with heavy items and there seems to be smiles and laughter by all the employees in the store.The manager went above and beyond about a month ago when I was stung by a wasp outside the store. I am highly allergic to stings and he administered first aid.I am deeply grateful to the manager and the policies of the store.I have never been asked to wear a mask and I have always felt welcomed inside

We have ducks, chickens and dogs. We get all of our supplies here. Have actually become friends with many of the staff. They sell poultry as well. We bought 8 ducks and 12 chickens this season. As well as materials to build their houses and pens.

I placed order for pickup went to go pick up, couldn’t find order after I got email saying ready for pickup, then refused to bring it out to the car after waiting half hour for them to find it. Then I was told they couldn’t do curbside because I came in to see about the order. I called manager and was told the asm would follow up and *make it right *... that never happened!! I guess I’ll go elsewhere since they couldn’t help me with 100 lbs of corn but could help another man with a bag of birdseed.

Different product mix than the big box stores, and easier to get in and out, which makes it very convenient. My wife loves it for their bird feeders, seed and pet supplies. I like it for hardware and other guy stuff.Its fun to go and just look around. The people are always so friendly and helpful!

I just bought a cannon safe there... they reset the code for safety reasons and I understand that. They could not remember the code they had set for that safe so the 2 they gave did not work which in returned locked me out and left me without a code to get into the safe. When i called tractor supply to get help the guy was like sure hold on a minute and then he hung up on me. I then had to go to Cannon and its a long process of getting the code sent to me. Lots of detailed information and notary work to prove I am who I am to get the code from the company.

Tractor Supply is still a chain store, but its much closer to a neighborhood store than a big box store. They sell Hardware by the mail, so Nuts and Bolts and like screws and washers etcetera are much much cheaper than other places.

Swarming with people and Refuse to request the 10 customers not wearing masks to do so, or ask that those not wearing masks give space to others. Employee I spoke with was also not wearing a mask.

Best price in town for Diamond Naturals Grain Free dog food. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Always fun to look around to see whats new.

Needed a live trap. This location had the live trap available theyre about five miles to the north east of Boone nice road out there. The place wasnt too busy the personnel were helpful although the trap wasnt marked on sale they looked it up and it was on sale on their cash register.

William is awesome. He was so patient and kind, I had him running all over helping me. Store is clean. Well worth the drive from Linville Falls.

Everyone that works here is so polite. The store is well stocked, clean, and functional. This is a great chain anyway but this store in particular is my favorite location besides burlington.

This is one of the best places to get your farm and garden gear. They have a variety of stock items, but they also have capability to order many special order items as well. They also have a number of hardware items as well. While it isnt a formal hardware, they have many odds and ends to choose from, including tools and clothes.

I love this store! I buy my dog food, dog treats, deer corn, deer block and we can never forget our black oil sunflower seeds for our birds. I this our fury friends love this store too.

I think Tractor Supply is awesome you can find just about any part or aftermarket parts to fit your tractors mowers equipment youre going to also buy livestock food pet food even shots for your pets my wife loves the store

Clean. Well stocked. They have bee keeping supplies in addition to the normal farm and yard supplies. Also the prices on their bird seed is very reasonable.

Love tractor supply. They have a wide range of things and I usually go for the cheap chicken feed but Ive also been for the stuffed animals that you cant find anywhere else like a squirrel or a pig lol love it

Lady at storejust told me something just to get rid of me.i went to her twice she told me 100% wrong both times.but guess what i found it any way.wouldnt have been as bad had i not been broken down.and in a hurry.
