Staff always tries to be very responsive. Pick times when traffic is slower. When not overwhelmed, they are very responsive. Al has recently taken very good care of my needs.

Unhelpful employees is the main problem at this location. I tried to get a special order of pre cat lacquer for my kitchen cabinets. The employees were first confused, then told me it was impossible, then referred me to another Sherwin-Williams store. I didnt get the sense they had and idea what they were talking about and I seemed to be causing them a lot of inconvenience. I asked them if they could just order the product and I could and pick it up later. They finally agreed after a lot of back and forth. A week later I called to check up on it and they provided a couple of very vague excuses as to why it couldnt be done. Finally I just asked for the number of the other Sherwin-Williams store and was able to get the product I needed with one phone call.

Staff is fast and very helpful.

I would tell them that even if you are a single woman in a paint store they made me feel welcome.

Store clerk I delt with had absolutely no idea how the store worked, 2 five gallon buckets of paint were supposed to be ready, said he only had 1, also 2 one gallon buckets had been paid for, he wouldnt let me take the one gallon buckets, said they werent paid for, kicker is the receipt was taped to the box ? Low and behold the two five gallon buckets that had been mixed the day before suddenly turned up, Magic ? The Hispanic male that was working on Saturday morning 1/19 /19 should be let go or given a different position
