Went in for a simple screen protector/case purchase. TJ spent a lot of time looking at the various options they had even though it was a small purchase. Then he took his time and installed the screen protector without ANY bubbles! Was very friendly, helpful, and comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend them to any of my friends! Oh and the sell computer parts cheaper then some online retailers!!

I called 2 places prior to simply put windows 10 boot drive on a USB (I don’t have a backup computer) and both kept trying to up sale me to install it on their own. I didn’t want to lug my pc around nor pay ($85 and $125, the other 2 quotes I got) for an install I can do on my own. I called these gentleman and without question “Yes sir, that’s no problem.” Then quoted me a realistic price for loading windows on a usb. I brought in my usb and 30 minutes after I arrive I’m leaving a happy customer. I would highly recommend this place. Not only is the price fair, but it was a very professional and smooth experience with them. Thank you guys very much.

This company is GREAT. My laptops LED shattered behind the glass screen. I called GEEK Squad, Office Depot, and a few others companies and each one had double the price for repair and 3-4 or more weeks for service. Best Buy charges $100 just for diagnoses before you buy parts and service and thats nonnegotiable even if you know what the issue is. They repaired my laptop for half the price in TWO DAYS!!! I was told no less the 3 weeks by every other company and they had me ready in two days for 50% of cost.They also fixed my fiances iPhone screen in 30 minutes. We dropped it off. Went go get lunch and the phone was done before we paid for the meal. The experience was great and service was also.The convenience of their pricing and services is top tier. I dont know if they are the best in the Red River cities and I DONT CARE to find out. Ill go back to B.I.T.S. PC & Wireless Repair everytime.

Had an issue with my port charging (Samsung s8p plus) so I had them clean my port. My phone charger connects way better now and has no issues charging. I didnt actually get anything repaired here because I couldnt!My Samsung Galaxy s8 is in need of a new screen and since I cant afford to go get a new phone this would probably be my best bet, w r o n g. .Ended up sending in 3 price estate requests over the span of 2 weeks, nobody ever got back to be!Found that kinda unprofessional..So today (11/30/18) I decided to call and just do it that way since I wasnt gonna get anywhere trying to do it online. So, I call and a nice guy answers the phone, he asks me what model phone I have, blah blah, then puts me on hold so he could look up how much the replareplacment glass would beHe puts me on hold for about 3 mins and then tells me it would be $250 PLUS other feesUh I think not.. .Samsung Galaxy s8s are pretty small so the glass should be cheap for them.The whole process shouldnt take more then 30 - 40 mins!And yet people claim theyre cheapest in town!On their website (oh yeah, they only have prices for iPhones on their website, how dumb... ) the prices are actually super cheap, not sure why that changed on the phone-Basically, if you want your device fixed fast and cheap, just go somewhere else...Im super disappointed that I spent 2 weeks trying to get a price estimate just for them to give me a ridiculous price!

My 5 years old iMac has numerous big problems, so I take it to BITS. I am totally expected to be informed that it is beyond repair and just replace it with a new one. To my amazement, BITS fixes all problems and upgrades it! Currently, my iMac looks, feels and functions like brand new. I am so (so so so) happy with BITS, awesome!

Brought my droid turbo 2 into store today (01/26/2018) and asked if they could replace battery, they said they could. but didnt have a battery, no problem as I has a new in the package battery, they took my personal info and told me to come back in 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Returned to store around 6:00 p.m. to pick up phone, young man brought phone up said there was a small problem as the phone would not power on,( little more than a small problem to me) but he could order a $20.00 part to fix, I asked why should I pay for a part that they broke, and his reply was are you ready for this...his answer was its the nature of the business...not really sure what that meant...I paid them $55.00 picked up my phone and left. Now that my friends is A-1 customer service. The only reason I gave you 1 star is because no stars was not a option.
