The equipment is awesome, store was nice and they had everything we needed but the sales lady was rushing us because it was close to closing time she wouldn’t transfer our contacts because she said there were other customers waiting. I told her take care of the customers you have now and the rest can wait like we did. She absolutely would not transfer our contacts
Just moved here from Washington State where my data speeds were up to 100 Mbps on 5Ge. Since landing in the Shreveport area my speeds are around 1 Mbps.... It is literally unusable. Which makes it impossible to navigate our new hometown when your phones data cant load anything any time this century. I asked random people at Walmart what service they recommended. They couldnt really recommend any except that Verizon seems to at least work sometimes. What cesspit of hell have I landed in?
Very dissatisfied with customer service. Was in store yesterday purchasing my husband a phone. We also purchased me a iPad Air and an Apple Pencil. The sales rep gave me the 1st gen pencil and turns out I needed the 2nd gen. Went to return/exchange the pencil today and was told I would have to pay a restocking fee because I opened the box. I did NOT get the wrong pencil myself, the store rep did. I went off her “expertise”! Very upset over this. I should NOT have to pay a restocking fee due to their error

I’ve been in this location several times in the past month to purchase new phones, so trade ins, transfer data from one phone to the other, etc. Every experience has been great! I was helped by Qiana Forte at the AT&T store on Airline Drive in Bossier City. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Despite being very busy, all of the staff worked hard to help all customers in a timely manner. Qiana Forte was especially helpful and pleasant. She was great and even shared additional information about other plans and products!

I went to this store looking for a blue iPhone but they did not have it. The rep stated that the store on Bert Kouns had it. I asked her was she sure and she said yes, and that she had just spoken to the store manager and they would have the color I needed. I drove 30 mins over to the Bert Kouns store just to find out they didnt have the phone nor had she spoken to the manager. Complete waste of my time, I wont be going here ever again.

Stopped by the ATT Store on Airline Drive in Bossier City for a new device. We were greeted at the front door by Anthony. He logged us in and went to work on our request. I dont say this too often but, his customer service skills and professionalism were exceptional. I dont see that too often anymore. Anthony is very knowledgable on the products the store offers and he helped us select the perfect device. He reviewed our plan while we were there and helped us with cost saving options being offered currently. I will definately look him up next time I visit the store. The store was very clean, organized and comfortable as well. Great experience, Thanks.
Anthony and the manager Sheree were great. Me and my wife came on to get new phones. They assisted me and my wife get a new phone and was able to transfer our information from one phone to another. They did not once seem irritated and was very patient with us. We did trade in our old devices. Our experience was great. Thank you AT&T.
Bradley the manager at this location is the worst! I dont know if its because they know that your complain wont actually go anywhere, so they dont care.I had an issue and went back to the store to have it resolved, apparently, the customer service lady wasnt able to resolve my issue. I then spoke to Bradley the manager and he reassured me that my issue was taken care of. A week had passed and I realized the issue wasnt alone, I called the office and asked to speak with Bradley they said hes not at work, the next day I went to the store and sat in my car, and called the store, I asked for Badley she asked who I was when I told her my name she told Bradley and Bradley told her to tell me that he wasnt in the office. I couldve seen the entire conversion with them both. I will never go back to that store and I cant wait to switch.

I went to the Airline Dr store in Bossier City on a Friday @ 6pm the gentleman was Friendly yet professional and very fast at activating my new phone and helping me put the screen protector on and I didnt even buy it from them so that was a shocker. I walked in and was finished in probably less than 10 if not 5 minutes. Very happy with my visit...thank you
So I came into the store one afternoon frustrated and about ready to cancel my family’s service for our 3 cell lines, an iPad, and cable/internet. I came in and was promptly greeted by a representative named Kenyasha. She was friendly and listened to my issues attentively. Kenyasha was understanding and extremely knowledgeable not just about the store’s products but also the way each service operated. She was able to correct the issues I had and assist me with identifying the best fit for my family’s needs. In a time where customer service seems to no longer be a priority, Miss Kenyasha was a breath of fresh air with her impeccable service. She went above and beyond what her actual job was to be able to help me and even stayed for a while after the store closed to finish up all we were working on. She contacted me the next day to ensure I didn’t have any trouble getting my new service. This is not a manager of the store or a general manger, a service representative for the store that did all of this to help one customer! I can only imagine this is her regular work ethic and I would like to commend this young lady for her dedication and hard work! I was more than pleased with the entire experience and I will definitely bring all my family’s business back to see her anytime it’s needed! I think she deserves a raise or at least some recognition for the way she represents this company!!!
I went in there looking to get a mobile hotspot. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help me. I was looking to get the Netgear Nighthawk M1. The lady told me I would have to have service with them for 90 days before they can unlock it. Then she told me to go to Best Buy then buy one there. I said if I go somewhere else and buy an unlocked one and its not unlocked can I bring it here to have it unlocked she started arguing with me saying that shes not responsible for anything I buy anywhere else its not AT&T product. I said if it wasnt AT&T product and I bought it off my neighbor can I unlock it here shes told me is not an AT&T product if I didnt buy it there. Then she started getting rude with me. Her name was Stacy.
We experienced some difficulties establishing the new account. As challenging as it was, we were able to find a solution to the transfer billing solution and order a new phone. All members of the crew I encountered were very helpful and professional. Yesterday, I was very disappointed, so after going home, I decided to return. Thats when Paulisa started helping me. Her wonderful attitude and very professional conduct while still giving me person interaction totally turned my attitude around. She is the appitamy of customer service. I truly had the BEST experience! The customer service was amazing, and my sales consultant was able to help find me a lot of amazing deals to save me more money. I highly recommend Mollie Brown, she was very helpful and was able to answer so many of my questions. She was also super friendly as well. I did not like standing at the door where everyone was coming in and out. I asked to go sit at a table but was told she didnt need to sit down to help. I felt there was no respect of social distancing being right where people were coming though ytr the door. The associate that helped me did solve my issue but was not well versed in samsung products. She also lost a sale since I asked to purchase an accessory for my phone but she never got to that. By the time I left- feeling unsafe standing next to all the consistent traffic at the door and that she really just wanted to rush me out- I went across the street and made my purchase at Walmart.

Good service, good results! Beats what the online service couldnt do. They didnt put me on hold, or wait for the next rep. that I couldnt understand, or drop the line trying to transfer, or tell that a service was no longer available. P line is out of touch with customer service. Oh, did I forget to say online is useless without a pass code. This was a nice roadblock since the account holder was my dead brother. Hard to get his secret pass code since if was not in his Will!
Ported 2 lines over from sprint. Salesperson was helpful but as soon as my credit was checked (and it was approved for 10 lines) they couldnt push hard enough for two new phones. I brought one old phone and got one new one. The one I traded in got me 200 bucks in store credit that I found out after the fact could have gone towards my bill. They had a screen protector picked out for me before I could really get a word in and I felt obligated to spend up to the last 3 bucks that went towards my first bill. I brought an iPhone over from sprint and from first mention they just kept telling me how much they didnt think it was gonna work. Even after it was working (only a few tests to run but the AT&T logo was showing at the top) they kept insisting that we shouldnt celebrate just yet. The iPhone ported over just fine and I got what I wanted. I understand being cautious to say it will work and then it doesnt but this felt like they wanted me to not even try and just buy a second phone. The salesperson was also very unsure about my first bill amount (with activation fees) and what my bills would be after that. Activation fees were only mentioned after I asked, on my way out the door. Clean store. The sign in feature to make sure everyone is helped in a timely manner was nice. An overall positive experience but just know what you want going in and stick to it. Dont be upsold. Put that credit towards your bill and get accessories online.EDIT: Looks like I got signed up for another $20+ feature that I promptly removed. Stay diligent.
This location is so helpful, and everyone was friendly! I would say my experience was probably the best ever. A great perk was there was no wait time. As soon as I walked in, she was there to greet and help me.I had a lot of questions about starting up a different account for my daughter and how it would change my current plan. The sales rep. was Mollie Brown. She was attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable about the AT&T plans and products. She did a remarkable job and was super nice!I highly recommend AT&T on Airline Drive, and Mollie to take care of all your cellular device needs, you won’t regret taking your business there.

Fantastic experience! Walked in on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment, to get assistance with new phones. Met by Mr. David Fox who expertly and quickly installed three screen protectors, made certain each of the phones powered up, answered all of my questions and never once made me feel as though I was standing in the way of the next customer (which could have meant a sales commission). David was professional, easy to get along with, and an employee who ensured “customer service” was a positive experience and not a chore. Ask for David, you wont be disappointed.

Tina answered all my questions. You cannot, or I cannot keep up on a chat room. ATT looses more business with the elderly(who need phones) because of the dexterity required in a chat room or discussing purchases on a phone. To me, making a $$$ purchase, requires face to face.

Att customer for 13 years and after over an hour wait in the parking lot. the lady there was completely rude and acted like my being there was an inconvenience. Told me my phone was probably stolen and thats why it wouldnt work. Refused to look up my acct because my id card at the time was 1 month expired... Im not sure if these places know that because an id is expired that the PERSON it is identify IS NOT expired. I am no longer with Att and I will not recommend them for ANYTHING.! My phone was NOT stolen, and I am using it right now. No thanks to them. AT&T HOW BOUT YOU OFFER YOUR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS SPECIAL DEALS LIKE YOU DO FOR NEW CUSTOMERS.

Hey I’m with AT&T I was wondering if you guys allowed the $55 dollar restocking fee to change out a color, because i ordered my daughter phone from AT&T online and she thought the color she received was a little darker and this was the nearest AT&T. Pls respond because I would like to come up there and pay the fee to change the color. The phone is still in perfect condition.
Loved Mollie who helped me make a difficult decision of switching from Android to iphone. Her bubbly positive attitude is very different in a good way than anyone else Ive ever dealt with at AT&T. I will be back to ask for her!!!!

I was having THE worst experience with customer service correcting an error for over a week when I entered the Airline Drive/ Bossier location yesterday. The management team of James & Shanna turned my bad day/ week around. They were persistent on getting the issue resolved and all within the same afternoon. I am truly grateful to both of them and will always refer friends to their location.
