This past experience was not good. The sales rep that helped me Nate must have had more important things to do besides help customers. I watched as he helped others before me and hoped I would not get him as with each person he seemed put out to respond to questions.After waiting 45 min to be helped he simply wanted me to leave and told me he could not help and I need to call customer service. I knew more about the product and service I was inquiring about then he did and when I pushed for info he refused to even try and look more info up and again said I need to call customer support.

HORRIBLE! I have NEVER IN MY LIFE been treated so rudely. I have been with Verizon for years. The employees have always been helpful & friendly & have even gone the extra mile at times. Of course, that was at the Youree Drive location. At the Airline Drive location today, Verizon MANAGER Nate practically had me in tears. And I dont cry. After having to leave & come back to store twice already, I finally was able to pick up the phone I paid $1200 for. Nate practically threw it at me & got loud towards me, & had basically acted like handing me a bag containing my Pickup order was the worst thing u could ask him to do, as though the act just DISGUSTED him. I then asked him to activate my new phone so it would be working when I leave. He was INCREDIBLY rude & acted put out & inconvenienced & even yelled at me. I had to leave the store with tears in my eyes, and without my $1200 phone activated. I have never been treated so rudely as Nate treated me today. I am back up at the Verizon store now attempting to get the name & office number of the regional manager & I have been here another hour & 13 mins with another rude employee, Zach, telling me that COVID has taken away all the regional managers at Verizon & Nate is the Supervisor of all. Really??? Save yourself some problems & if you use Verizon services DO NOT GO TO THE BOSSIER/AIRLINE DRIVE LOCATION!!! (My $1200 phone STILL is not activated).

We had. Horrible experience with the GM at Bossier. Because he was frustrated and couldnt resolve our issue, he wanted to wipe the phone clean as the only option. We said NO. I was scared he was going to blow a gasket. I called the Tech desk and Montrese knew exactly what the issue was and resolved.That guy needs Customer Service and Support training. A GM! No way!

Was a decent place. But the whole make you wait outside with only one set of customers in the store at a time. Felt a little paranoid to me. We are actually leaving Verizon. Prices have got out of hand with cell phones and the plans. Verizon as a service is good though with coverage pretty much anywhere.

Due to Covid19 the doors where locked and you have to stand in a line outside in the Heat and Rain until its your turn. I would think that a company of their size would have a much better way to serve their loyal customer base. Once you get in and buy a phone you are asked to leave and do your own Data transfer somewhere else.

Bad customer service as well as bad service was told for the fourth time I live by the customer service rep over the phone went into the store dealt with the rude people there to only find out everything I was told on the phone was once again a lie switch services to Suddenlink altice mobile now Im saving $52 a month thank you Verizon for chasing me to a better company... bye sincerely no longer your sucker thank you for ripping me off for the last 4 years📵

I’ve used Verizon for years now. This is the go to store. The staff are extremely educated on each product they offer including someone that used to work with Apple. They also helped me with a deceased family member quickly as possible on that account. Word to the wise, if you go with AT&T, you’re out of your mind. Go with the best out there starting here at this store.

Having performed facilities maintenance at this store multiple times, I have been able to see firsthand, the many customers that arrive at this great location, always leaving happy. The Staff are well trained and have full knowledge and information for customers about all of the products offered. They are diligent to maintain short wait times from the second you arrive.They are very efficient in the assistance provided to customers at all hours. Staff maintains a very safe, a very clean, a well designed, and a very comfortable store atmosphere here for the customers. Management and Staff run this Store so well, it is an A+ and a 5 star rating in my experience.

One thing that makes this review two stars instead of once, was that the service we got from the employees were great. We changed to Verizon thinking we had all of these great deals and low price but turns out, the employee did not give us the right info so we were charged way more because the employee was informing us incorrectly.

DAngelo has been my go-to at this store and even asked if I was sure I want to give up my grandfathered plan when we inquired about switching plans. He walked my wife and I through a cost-benefit comparison so we knew what we were getting. He also helped each time we came by and had a plan or bill question. Great customer service!

Despite other reviewers issues, in two visits to this location I have recieved phenomenal customer service. Attentive staff greeted me as soon as I entered, and helped me select a new phone after considering my needs. I left with a phone that I still love several months later. On another visit I was able to find a value priced phone for my son and a plan to match.Modern, sleek interior is well maintained, and the presentation of the devices is top notch. I will be back here for any Verizon needs.

Good service isnt so hard to find. Exceptional service is! Drooped by to make a payment and mobility was limited today but a payment was due. The service rep CAME OUT TO THE CAR and took our payment and went back into the building and brought us the recipient. I am preparing a letter of thanks and highlighting the value of an employee who went above and beyond to HELP a customer who need assistance when theyre mobility was restricted. This experience made me smile in remembrance of a time when folks were there to actually HELP.

Called. 26 minutes on hold to get a busy signal. Could have drove halfway there by now but I called before driving 50 miles. Called back and stayed on hold for 21 minutes to have my call answered by a call center. The representative could only answer my general questions regarding purchasing and couldn’t tell me anything regarding what products were in stock at this location. She did get me in touch with a representative at the Airline store very quickly. Once on the phone with a store representative at the Airline location she acted as though I was bothering her with my questions regarding what products were in stock and pricing. She even felt the need to speak to other customers in the store while on the phone with me. She was rude to say the least. With information gathered I made the trip the following day and went to the actual location to make a purchase. A sales representative asked if he could help me. I replied “yes” and asked to see some specific products. I proceeded to ask some questions regarding those products. He acted as though I was wasting his time and continually walked off to talk to other customers and employees that were just sitting behind the counter. Eventually when it got to the point that he was rude and disrespectful I walked out and left. This store had nothing but young punk kids working there!!! I will never walk through the door of this store again. In my opinion it is a very poor representation of Verizon as a business. It will not let me put zero stars. At this point a star is extremely over rated!!!On a better note, upon leaving I went to the Shreveport store across town at East Side Plaza off Youree Drive. Here I was greeted by an ADULT salesman who was anxious to help a customer and interested in making a sale. He even stayed a little after the store closed to finish setting up the phone I bought from him and give me some technical advice. The Shreveport store at East Side Plaza is the Verizon corporate store to go to in the Bossier/Shreveport area!

Ive been with Verizon Wireless for several years now. I have all but boycotted this Airline drive location. When I have gone in to pay my bill, no one likes to help. Everyone is huddled at the front door and everyone stares you down when you pull up and walk through the door. This happens everywhere and I hate it.

Very poor experience in purchasing an up graded phone. I was only told about the cash price and not the 24 monthly payments. Salesman and manager needs additional training on customer service as it does not exist ar this location. Left ATT for same reason.

Today makes the second time my service got turned off due to customer reps not doing their job right .First time was over a 5.00 sales tax was not appliedSecond time today was my payment was applied to the wrong acct .Both are poor reasons for one to have to go 7 hours with no serviceLast time it happened nobody in store would take blame but instead i got told if not happy do autopay or find a diff store .I would expect more from a corp store therefore after many years with verizon i am looking to go to a new provider next month

Went there on a chance to actually get waited on, I am here to speak out. I was there only a few minutes and a guy came around and signed me in.....what kind of crap is this....30 minutes later, with floor sales people just standing around I walked out. If they want my money they will have to do better than that. Why do they have someone sign you in? The time he took for that he could have waited on me and answered questions I wanted answered! Completely dissatisfied with my experience.

Had issues getting a charger replaced under warranty. Was told I could only exchange it for the first 7 or 14 days, even though I knew it had a 1 year warranty. It was only when I brought up this warranty that they even acknowledged that it came with a warranty. Their response was it had a 90 day warranty. Even after this, they werent interested in helping me. I guess because they wouldnt be making any commission off of me so I wasnt worth their time. Thats how it came off, IMHO. So Im dealing directly with the manufacturer, Xentris Wireless, instead. This charger has been dead for a few months already. A $40 charger and it stopped working 3 weeks later and Verizon expected me to just accept that I wasted $40 and was now stuck with this junk. Then they tried to say it was only a 90 day warranty. Thankfully I kept the original packaging that lists the 1 year warranty right inside the box.

If I could get it less than 1 star, I would. Called to ask iWatch a availability and spoke to “Wanda” who was extremely rude and then hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. Called back and requested a manager. I’m fairly certain “Carlos” was a fake name too as he didn’t apologize or seem to care I was wanting to buy 4 Apple iWatches. Go to the Verizon on Beene Blvd. if you have a choice.

Took a friend to this store twice after talking to the customer service. They seemed upset at what customer service told him and got an attitude while talking to my friend (2 different days and 2 different people). The rep asked a question then got upset when my friend tried to answer. The store refused to call customer service while we were in the store. When I pointed out he had an attitude, he raised his voice denied the attitude and said Please leave. His colleagues stood by with shock on their faces. I looked at them and said, this is how you treat people? They said nothing, just stared at the other rep. Sadly I have been considering changing my families 4 lines over to Verizon or AT&T... thank you for making it an easy choice.

Bought phone case, screen protector, Mophie and jbl flip 4 speaker. I was told they were on promotional price so I purchased not knowing they would over charge me. I was told that they had to charge regular price but would credit back the difference in my account in about a week. I figured a company like Verizon would have integrity but, boy was I wrong. Couple weeks go by and I go in the store and to explain that I was never credited the amount back to my account and was told that it should take couple days to see. Today I checked my account and was still charge regular price. My experience at this Verizon store has been horrendous. I would not recommend anyone to this store and if you must make sure you dont make the same mistakes I did by trusting them.

Ive had an account with Verizon for over 10 years and this place was not in the least bit interested in helping me. I have a Droid X and my contract is up next month and I ask the guy what they had that had the same or better features and was told they are all the same. They also make it impossible to email them that you have a problem. I dont want to be on hold all day to talk to someone just would like to report poor service. There is no email address I can find assosiated with this store to do that with.

Twice I have been in this store. The first time one person was working the store with a customer and after 30 mins of waiting, we left. This recent visit there were several sales people in the store, and all but one was rude, snide, seemed annoyed with us and didnt act like they wanted our business. This the minute we stepped in the door. If verizon wasnt the only carrier to work in the rural locations I have to frequent, I would not be with them. Go to Best Buy or another Verizons store. Stay away from the one on Airline Drive

Three times in the last year I have gone into this store and first let me say I am not a racial person, but the majority of this stores employees are black and everytime I went in to ask a question or needed help with a problem with my phone, I was either treated very rudely or completely blown off all together. The last time I went in the store to ask a question about my phone the young black lady employee who was waiting on me told me she would have to ask her supervisor about my question, then she looked at the black customer behind me and ask how she could help her. Immediately, I told her she was already helping me. She then huffed, almost jerked my phone out of my hand while giving me that go to ____ look, she then looked at the customer behind me, apologized and said she would be right back with her and then gave me another glare as she walked into the back to ask her boss, who he himself came out literally chewing food and had food all around his mouth and goutee and told me they coulded help me and asked me to leave the store for being rude to one of his employees. I was fumeing by then, went to another Verizon store up the street where a nice young white man not only was polite to me, but showed me a very simple resolution to my problem. It took about 8 mins and we were done and I was a happy customer. When I told him what happened at the other store AT 2119 AIRLINE DR. BOSSIER CITY, LA He told me to report it to the customer service people at the head office, he even gave me the number, but by the time Monday rolled around, I had already blew them off. Thanks for letting me vent. AA
