I wish 0 stars was an option. This place is terrible. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Very quick to take your $$ but slow as molasses on actually working to get you your home. My precious mother-in-law has been patiently waiting for almost a month after their original ETA and the joke of a manager Bo Kent keeps giving her the go around. Meanwhile, her home has been sitting on their lot the whole time. You would be better off buying literally anywhere else.

I looked into manufactured homes several months back and found Clayton in Bossier, specifically Caleb Yates on their team. Caleb was extremely helpful and non-pushy in providing the information I needed to make a sound decision. He seemed to care about me and not just my dollars. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend looking at their Energy Smart Homes! We traded in a 2010 single wide and our light bill was actually cut in half! The lenders they use were very friendly and processed the loan we made quickly!

I regret buying my home from these people! Wish I would have went somewhere else and spent my money. I have had my house almost 2 years now and they still havent fixed the damages that were done when they moved the house there. It has been a constant fight with these people. Ill call and talk to Monty and he always says Ill call you right back! Well that right back never comes! I have 2 friends experiencing the same problem! Im actually in the process of talking to a lawyer over these issues. I do not recommend anyone buying a home from here!! I tell people all the time to go else where!!

Initial experience was GREAT! But after purchasing the home, we have had nothing but issues with Monty. We are now well over a month of being told we’d be moved in and it keeps getting pushed back. Nothing but problems. Sent an electrician out one day & they locked the doors and we still don’t have the keys, so we couldn’t help him get in. Then sent a cleaning lady out, with the house not being finished, no water, and she was furious because she wasted gas and couldn’t do her job. Measured elevation, then realized they didn’t measure right and had to remeasure because they didn’t put it high enough, and had to raise the house another 18 inches.

We had the best experience purchasing our new home with Clayton in Bossier. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and working with Stephen made the home buying process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend you buy your home at Clayton.

The homes are great. However, the contractors they use are pathetic and Clayton wont help you. Clayton didnt even follow the city codes. BTW...Jill, who posted 3 glowing reviews, is an employee of Clayton.

Paid cash for my new single wide Had problems from day one it moved on my property. Monte never returns a call, p*** poor repair work still have problems with mobile home after a year. Im waiting on manufactured from Waco to correct my problems. Dont know how he still in charge wish i would have bought my home from a different location.

Everything went good and fast until they got their money. Home we bought is so flawed and basically trash.We closed in Feb, still waiting to move in because no one will come finish the crown mouldings The kitchen island was the wrong color, pretty sure we are stuck with it because its too big to fit out the doors, walls are scratched up, cabinets broken, all the drawer and cabinet pulls were half way screwed in and some were damaged from the screws and may never tighten fully. Our stoves oven door is broken, a dining room window wont open, back door has a huge gap, bedroom door wont shut, most of the cabinets are not level and noticable. All the shelves in closets are uneven, hot water heater leaked, I could go on and on. Many messages left with jill and Monty and no one EVER answers back. I really wish we had read the reviews before we bought from them. DONT DO IT! Go elsewhere!!! I had to call corporate and file a complaint!

This place is a joke. My mother bought a home from this place about 6 months ago. They sent some one out there to fix the problem. But there was more problems that she noticed. She has been calling for MONTHS now and emailing these ppl she has been trying to Get in touch with them. So I Called about a month ago wanting to speak to the manager. I was told they would have him call me back. So yesterday on August 8 2016 I called again and actually got to speak to the so called manager Monty. I told him what was wrong with the trailer he acted like he didnt know anything about the trailer but after 6 months of my mom living in the trailer she stop making payment cause the house is all broken up. He told me that she isnt making any payments that she need to make a payment. Which she went threw a bank not them. Then I asked to speak to the owner of this place and he started to give me the number then hung up me.. This place is a joke never buy from this place until there is new management there.

Unprofessional, unhelpful, unorganized, and completely overrated. Staff was great until you actually put money on the table - then they assume the deal is done and no longer want to help you or answer questions. Had to fight for two weeks to get our deposit back after we found something on another lot since Clayton refused to go over options, upgrades and standards with us. The whole experience was a nightmare and Im glad we decided to do business elsewhere.

A home should last more than 4 years. Not to mention the problems from day one. Buy a real home or go else where.

I bought a house from Clayton Homes in Bossier City last October. I have been in my house for almost 9 months and they still havent been out to fix anything that needs to be fixed and now my scurting is coming off from my house. I have called and emailed to see when I can get it fixed and I never get a answer or when I do everything is on back order or their waiting for a part. I have never know for something to take 9 months to come in. I should have learned from my first home that I bought from Clayton not to ever go back but the salesman was the best and I fell in love with the house that we got. If something happens to the house I am in now I will never go back to Clayton and will make sure everyone I know that they do not need to go to them because they do not do what they tell you they will do
