I WISH I COULD POST WITHOUT GIVING A STAR. BECAUSE I WOULDNT GIVE ANY STARS. DO NOT GO HERE TO PURCHASE A HOME!!! A BIG WASTE OF MY TIME AND PULLING OF MY CREDIT. TREY, YEAH HE IS AWFUL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. NEVER CALLS BACK TO INFORM YOU ON ANY LENDERS DECISIONS. YOU HAVE TO CONSANTLY CALL HIM FOR THE INFORMATION YOU NEED. HE SOUNDS ALL FRIENDLY BUT REALLY HIDING BEHIND A MASK.

Jason G. is by far the best salesman. My wife and I are going to purchase our first home together from him. He is very helpful and honest. He doesnt try to sell you something you cant afford. He will guide and help you with credit repair as well.

Do not use this business. They are very deceptive in their business practices. They will tell you that you have to bring a certain amount of money for a certain home that they will hold as a deposit while they run your credit report. We took a check for $5000 as a down payment for a certain double wide. We live over three hours away from them. They are really nice when you go in to view the home and assure you that you can start packing your bags to move in to that home because it is a sure thing. The next day they call and say..Im sorry but according to your credit report and a student loan amount that showed up you only qualify for a (small..used) Fina trailer that the didnt even show us when we were there. Oh..but they still need the big deposit amount that at first we were told was a set amount of $3000 for a single and $5000 for a double wide. We were basically in shock because everything just changed after we got home and after our check was in their hands. Then it gets even worse..we say oh no we arent interested in that one choice that was nothing that we had discussed or looked at and you guys arent seeming very honest at this point either. So we ask them if they are going to just return the check (the one they hold but dont process until there is an actual purchase) or can they just void it and send us a pic of it voided because we are so far away from the business. Then they say ...oh we have already taken the check to our bank to be processed and you will have to wait up to 14 days for a refund check to be sent to you by mail or handed to you in person. In the meantime we find another used home but we need that money to buy it and several people are wanting it also. We ended up having to go to our bank and stop payment on the check which of course came with bank fees also. Please go anywhere but there. They are not on the up and up and they will lie to you with no remorse or explanation...not even an apology. Bad business..not recommended at all.

Jason graham really worked with me during the long process of paperwork. He’s definitely the one to talk to if you’re particular.The problems really started once my home was delivered. Lisa was adamant about delivering the house before the first of the year. Then I find out she got promoted to a different location and nothing about what was left to be done on my home was relayed to the new operations manager. But she made sure I signed the closing. It took 3 months to put my septic system in and I had to make my first mortgage payment before I was able to move in. The people that put my house together did not connect the water to the guest bathroom. The finish crew took anther month to come out. It’s now 4/6/2020 and my vinyl siding and skirting has still not been completed. I ask for updates, I call often, never a straight answer. There have been two brick homes built and my manufactured home is still not complete after being here for nearly 5 months!

I love my home but when they came out to trim it it’s still not done. Just very unprofessional. That doesn’t include the stuff that has to be fixed after the 30 days you live in it. Very disappointed in the service.

Im a senior citizen who needs a safe, stable home to live in without any unnecessary issues. Jay Morris, Lisa @ Cypress Management Homes is a BAADD company to do business with !!!!!! waiting 6 months for trailer to be ready for move in, have no skirting, no steps, elevation is off, calculations is off and molding along with trim, carpet hasnt been repaired. Now Ive been forced to seek legal counsel to resolve issue. BBB and manufacturing homes association has been given notice of this improper business practice.

I purchased a home 3 months ago from Jason. This was the best experience one could have asked for. The service was great, the crew was on time and ready to get the job done.

They were willing to meet with me on a Sunday and I really appreciate that. I work 6 days a week on the road so that’s the only time I have to do anything. Thanks again.

We bought a house from them but things werent done. We notified them before the 30 day period was over to notify if the things that werent done and were told they dont hire a contractor for that so now we have no dryer vent that runs out under house we have two laundry room vents for house ventilation but one serves no purpose besides leaking everywhere. All the sinks leak plus other issues. Contacting the BBB. We worked so hard for our home only to end up disappointed.

The prices were good but felt pressured to make a decision on the spot. Also, got redirected to one of their competitors for a particular model as well. Overall it felt a bit shady.
