Terrible customer service. Four people in store and the only one working was the one on the phone. They don’t need the business. Go to Caddo Paint. At least you know the service is top notch.

Normally a good experience but I drove across town only to find the store closed despite it being during business hours.

Curbside pickup and friendly staff...we were able to paint the interior of our house the way we wanted.

One guy in there on a saterdaty doing it all and was slammed I mean folks lined out the door he kept a smile on and a positive attitude and treated every customer equal if sherman williams was smart they would put that guy in corporate office and have him teach others how to customer service

A few years ago I was looking for some great paint that covered well! A printer friend if mine suggest Solo line of paint from S/W! Its amazing paint, Ive used it ever since! Employees at Air Line Store are courteous, knowledgeable and very nice! Highly Recommend Sherwin- Williams!

After a few trips of trying to select that perfect color for walls and ceilings, I must say that each of the staff members in the Bossier City store, have been very professional and courteous in helping me in the paint selection process. However, I really want to express my sincere appreciation to David for his outstanding customer service and knowledge over the last month. He made every effort to answer my questions, and offered valuable recommendation and tips in choosing paint, and other supplies. Awesome service from David as well as the other members of the staff! In and out in notime flat. Color matched perfectly.

We needed a paint remover to get a number of paint splats, drips, smears and spills cleaned off of our wood floors.The first product didnt work.On our second trip to Sherwin-Williams they sold us another paint remover productThat, with a bit of (elbow grease) the majority of the paint cleaned up nicely.

This store does not keep in stock the products that they have on display. I constantly am having to drive to the Shreveport location 30 minutes away because this store does not carry their own advertised supplies. Additionally, if you need a stain mixed from their own product lines, be prepared to go somewhere else. Their stain mixing machine does not work and they do not plan on fixing it. The basic employees at this store are nice, but obviously the management here does not intend on helping the business grow because they are constantly sending business to the Shreveport store.

Great customer service! I had to take my paint back and they were very accomodating to get the color right.. it was a perfect match!

The sales associate was knowledgeable and able to match the color sample I provided.

The crew was awesome showing me the collection of mistint paints and turned out they were cheaper than discounted ones at Lowes or Home Depot! If I had known I would have come here first but will definitely keep it in mind for future projects!
