Outstanding Sales (Danny Nguyen) and Delivery (David and team from Truck #17)!Coming from a substandard experience (and that’s being generous) with the service department of another company, I have been thoroughly impressed with the team at Yale.Danny’s many years of experience at Yale and his frank confidence in Yale’s service team was so reassuring. When he told me that he personally would be my contact for any questions/concerns throughout the life of my new refrigerator, well, he nailed it!David and his delivery/installation team was also outstanding. First, they called to let me know they were running an hour EARLY🤗, I now understand why. They were fast but thorough, took special care with my flooring and cabinets, and David made certain that I understood the next steps with the water/ice line. All three team members were pleasant and thorough. Out with the lemon and in with my first (but not last) Yale appliance!

This company does a great job selecting their stock, offering a range of options, pricing reasonably and delivering as promised! Superb and pretty rare these days! My friend said she only shops there because they’re so good—and service anything they sell. It’s been 5 years now, and I haven’t shopped anywhere else.

First of all, in the assessment of my wife who shop for the appliances in 2020, Yale was the one with highest number and quality of supplies in the greater Boston area. Later Ive dealt with them a couple of times regarding service requests.. in this regard, they have been professional, efficient, and friendly. For example,. my new fridge was a few months past its one year warranty, when its ice maker stopped working. When I called for service, the very nice scheduler, after scheduling the service, called the manufacturer and got them to pay for the repair and the parts, and afterwards credited back to my credit card the $100 home visit fee. During the week of the visit I received several text messages, one to determine the exact time window of the visit, one to check the safety of my home regarding covid-19, and a few text messages on the scheduled day to update me about the whereabouts of the driver and his eta. The service person Derek arrived on time, was efficient and professional, and replaced the ice maker quickly. I highly recommend this store.

We made our purchase of a new dishwasher entirely by phone; everything was handled efficiently and smoothly. The delivery arrived on time; the old dishwasher was removed and the new dishwasher was installed smoothly and quickly. COVID protections were observed. The new dishwasher worked as we had hoped. Danilo and Marco, our delivery personnel, were polite and helpful. They even returned a magnetic notice that had inadvertently been taken away with our old dishwasher. I was very grateful for this extra service. All and all this was an excellent experience.

Every part of working with Yale has been a pleasure. They measured, they were patient while I dithered for three years, they were prompt when i made the decision and wanted to make a purchase immediately. Nic especially was really accommodating and helpful! The delivery crew and install crew were very polite, comprehensive, and knowledgable. They patiently answered all our questions.

The delivery day process was amazing. First I got a text linking me to a site where I could follow the status of the driver with my refrigerator. The site continues to have updates of projected time of arrival. I then got a call asking if they could arrive early which was great. The delivery guys were the best. Extremely polite and we’re extremely careful to not damage anything from the door frames to a lamp that might have been a little too close, to the final installation of the refrigerator. They can not get payed enough for the job they did. I was really impressed and appreciated the efficiency and care with which they moved.

The guys from Yale Appliance arrive on time (or even a few minutes early) for both service and delivery. After being referred to Yale by a friend, theyve done repairs for me and I just bought the perfect refrigerator for a not-easy-to-fit built-in space . I found just the right size and make using the on-line chat (a real person) with a follow-up call from the person I chatted with--wow! great service.). She directed me to the perfect fit. And I love the new fridge. I highly recommend them!

Great service for the right price. I had used their service to fix my sub-zero refrigerator, also purchased a new dishwasher from them and used their installation service. Both experiences are very good and satisfying. I will definitely do business with the company again in the future.

Although we bought our our fridge only a few months ago it wasn’t cooling properly, which was deeply disapointing and caused some of my family some gastrointestinal disconfort, the process was quite seamless. They were able to come the very next day after our service call and the technician who came to our house, Tim, was very diligent in identifying the problem and ordering the new part and he was very professional. I then called customer service to request a loaner, and it was delivered the next day. Even tough we thought the replacement part, the mother board, would take forever to arrive due to the current supply issues caused by the pandemic, it arrived in less than a week, was promptly replaced and the fridge is working fine so far, less than 24 hrs so fingers crossed.One of the main reasons we chose to purchasefrom Yale was their customer service, as opposed to many other stores that will sell the fridge, but don’t provide customer service. Yale did not disappoint. All around, it was a great customer service experience and I’d highly recommend Yale.

The only thing stopping me from giving this all 5 stars is that the delivery happened earlier in the day than I had arranged, at a time when I was busy. The delivery person needed very little assistance so that it wasnt as disruptive as it might have been.We purchased a gas grill. The process was easy and straightforward. The price was the lowest price including delivery and taking away the old grill. The Chat function works very well and the communication from Yale was excellent, other than booking one time frame and showing up earlier. In all fairness, someone from Yale called prior to coming and my husband did not ask him to delay delivery...Thank you for your great service.

After spending a weekend researching refrigerators and being frustrated at not finding quite what I wanted, I decided to start from scratch and seek help from experts. Yale Appliance seemed to have great reviews, and I was able to get an appointment that same day (Monday). Although I had to wait on arrival despite the appointment (the scheduled person had had to bail, it seems) I was eventually given full attention by Laurie, who guided me kindly and patiently through the thicket to just what I wanted. (She introduced me to a brand that Id not heard of but which seems first rate and came at an extremely reasonable price.) And -despite the horror stories Id heard about having to wait months for an appliance delivery, I was able to get my refrigerator within a few days. Its already here! Now Im just adjusting to the new, slightly smaller size (which I expected; I just have to cure myself of water bottle redundancy!) Anyway, I had been dreading this whole process, but Yale Appliance truly eased the way for me. And the delivery link which let me know where the truck was proved extremely helpful, as it looked like my delivery would come a lot sooner than scheduled and I was able to be set to go when the call came a full hour before expected. If I need any other large appliances, I will for sure head to Yale Appliance again! (And Im not being paid to say that, honest!)

Prompt and efficient. Would recommend. After install, a bit more time explaining of range’s operation would have been appreciated . My husband and I are reading the manual now to become comfortable with it’s use. An online tutorial would be helpful since the range( especially the oven) has so many functions.

Delivery and installation went great, and I love how they have an app so you can track where the driver is and how many stops they are away, which helps me plan and not be just waiting around. We needed a dishwasher ASAP as ours had broken and was unusable. Started at a big box store where the sales folks weren’t knowledgeable and it wasn’t clear what was/wasn’t in stock. We were right away assigned a competent salesperson to help us. She showed us what was in stock and 5 days later we had our new dishwasher. Great experience all around!

I had a great experience with Yale Appliance. I replaced my 17 year-old dryer with a similar new one. I was able to handle everything over the phone and have the new dryer delivered in a few days. The delivery process was very efficient. They gave me a two-hour time window the day before delivery and the day of, I got a link to a map showing where the delivery truck was and an estimated time of arrival which was very accurate. The delivery guys were friendly, efficient and professional. I highly recommend Yale.

The fridge model I wanted wasnt available anymore, so I got a call from Brittany at Yale. Before she called me, she found another fridge that had all the same features and dimensions (ok, it was 1/4 inch deeper than the model I wanted). I bought the fridge and the service plan and she scheduled delivery around some electrical work I was having done in the kitchen. The fabulous delivery folks arrived ten minutes before the promised delivery window, took my old fridge out, put the new one in (and hooked up the ice maker) in about 15 minutes, nice and neat, and very friendly. Someone recommended Yale to me, and now Im strongly recommending them. Service matters, and this is where Ill be buying my appliances going forward.

Dishwasher installation went extremely well. The service and delivery men were fabulous. They told me it would take 45 minutes. I believe it was even less than that. Hopefully, everything went as well as it appears to have. I’m only an hour out from having the install. So I will reserve final opinion until then, but it appears excellent thank you

They took as much time as needed to make sure the stacked up WD was level and safely installed. They also spoke with our builder to ensure the laundry shut off and leak sensor were placed properly.

Roger Pontes was a great help selecting our kitchen appliance package and very patient when project got delayed (twice!) and then we totally changed course on what we wanted.

I urgently needed a new washing machine after the sudden death of my old one. After researching the website, I called on Friday afternoon with questions. Immediate help was available from a knowledgeable customer service rep, who processed the sale, & scheduled for the delivery for the following Monday ! Ordering process is smooth and prices are competitive. Their delivery time is quicker than other appliance companies.Where they shine is that they show up when scheduled, are very competent at the install of new and removal of the old unit (in this case a washing machine). Courteous and professional.Have been using Yale for over 10 years. I appreciate the end to end coverage, from pre-sales to install and service.Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the washer I was replacing was sold to me by Yale and was a lemon (beware of Samsung top load washer). The did not give me any consideration for the replacement despite the lemon and long time relationship. Only way they earn a 5 rating is if they rise to more than an optimized transactional relationship. That may be too much to expect from an appliance business but as a business owner myself, I believe it is the ideal worth striving for.. customer relationships vs. transactional relationships.
