Booked through my warranty company at 10am for a tow that was needed by 7pm. Kept getting pushed back over and over until it was eventually cancelled. Too late now to get the car towed. Funny how the warranty company chooses a company an hour and a half away that they know won’t show up. Why would you even accept this booking when you know you aren’t going to show up?
This company is F-ING horrible. TRUST THE REVIEWS AND IF YOU GET ASSIGNED TO THIS TOW COMPANY ASK FOR ANOTHER. PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE BBB, AS WELL.THEYRE SCAMMERS AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.Ive already told my insurance company to end business with them and so should others. I wish I could give ZERO stars with how horrible they are.
Absolutely lousy. I got a text message saying they would be arriving at my house in 2 hours-2.5 hours After calling them when 2 hours elapsed I asked them for a ETA and the guy said 35 minutes. Right now is 1 hour and 30 minutes later. I just called Subaru and told them to cancel them and select another company for tomorrow. Wow, just terrible.
Not professional, don’t understand English, give false ETA’s, dispatch is rude along with the drivers. I would not recommend this service if you value your time. After my experience, I will definitely be reporting this company.
They suppose to show up 2-3 hours, after 3 an half I call roadside assistance, they stopped taking there calls, they are terrible, they list a phone number w no voicemail that just rings an rings, why even answer an except job if u can’t make it smh makes no sense at all

If you want an Alternative to a company that keeps their word look no further. Waited 6 hours + for a tow truck from USAA roadside service. Got 5 updates that they were on their way. Spoke to the shop, said driver was 40 minutes away. Waited another 20 mins and cancelled.So if you an Alternative from great service ask for them by name, then call your therapist. No need to punish yourself.
My insurance company dispatched these guys to come jump my hybrid car battery. First of all, they can’t follow directions, so I stood out by my garage for about 5 minutes in the cold. Next, they come to my car which they knew was a hybrid and had no idea what to do. They even argued with me that it couldn’t be jumped from the front even though I’ve had it jumped from the front a couple of times. I became frustrated at their ineptitude, and instead of calling for help, they walked off talking about me in Spanish. Bad surprise: I speak Spanish. I had to run after him and tell him to come back and do his job. The only reason it finally ended up getting done is because I looked up a YouTube video. Rude. Inept. And no—this is not USAA’s fault. It’s yours, Alternative Towing. USAA has been strongly advised to drop you by me and by other customers, it would seem, by reading below.
Kia Roadside Assistance decided to use this towing company, with a history of negative reviews, most likely due to the low cost. Estimated two hours to arrive! Why use a company thats an hour away where there is a towing company 10-minutes away? I canceled and called AAA and they came in 10-minutes. Never use your vehicles roadside assistance. Buy AAA and you will thank yourself forever. Otherwise, Id still be waiting in my car right now!

THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED!! Referred through Honda Roadside Assistance. Was told by tow person that there’s not enough room in the vehicle and they cannot give me a ride with my vehicle to the dealership. There were 2 people(driver & person attaching it to flatbed). Called the main number. The secretary shared that her boss doesn’t want to give rides anymore because there’s always 2 people inside plus equipment. And customers step on them and break them. So today I watched them drive my car 4 miles and not care how I was getting to the dealership. When I first called the excuse was “Honda roadside didn’t say there was a passenger” the second time it was “our boss says no to passengers”... Katherine(secretary on the phone) which one is it??? Either way they don’t care about you. They get their money and that’s it.
I will like to give it a zero. Make false promise on delivery, had to reschedule few times because they could not tow my car before my dealership close. I don’t usually write review but this is by far the worst service I got in my life.

Jeep roadside assistance booked this company to tow my (5mth old but extremely unreliable) Wrangler to the dealership. After waiting 3h past the already slow ETA and getting promises over the phone that they will be here shortly, I finally had to give up and ask Jeep to book another towing company. Based also on other comments here, DO NOT ACCEPT THIS “TOWING COMPANY” TO BE ASSIGNED TO YOUR CASE. You will be left wondering where they are - until you hire someone else.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. My insurance company used them, and after they towed my car, the tow truck got a flat tire and they decided to store my car at their storage facility for a week without telling anyone and without trying to get a different tow truck to come get it. They would not answer phone calls and I legitimately thought they stole my car.
Never showed up after 4 hours, including being told they would be here in the hour. Only reached somebody once out of 6 calls. Listed incorrect phone number from insurance.
Zero contact. Nobody answers the company phone. If you see this is the company assigned immediately cancel and schedule someone else. Unreal.
Don’t waste your time. I was referred to them by Liberty Mutuals Roadside Assistance. The original estimate was Just over an hour but.....They kept me waiting and never showed up. No call, nothing! If I could give them zero stars I would.

The two men who showed up to assist us with a dead battery did not have masks on and did not respect social distancing. Incredibly irresponsible.
Tow truck came 45 min after they were supposed to come. Tried calling to contact the driver but voicemail box was full and could not leave message.
I would give zero stars if that were a option. I was told it would be a hour wait. Instead here I am waiting 3 hours later. Their mailbox is full and the one time I was able to get through the person answering the phone couldn’t seem to speak English. Now I have canceled my request and going through AAA. What a joke and a horrible experience, with all of the other bad reviews they shouldn’t be in business. Save yourself the trouble, do NOT use this Company!!!!
Had to get another company, they rescheduled my 120 minutes first window after 90 minutes passed to another 90 minutes window. I did not want to take a chance after seen their reviews ( they do not pick the phone provided). Called Nissan roadside again got some one in 25 minutes.
Was referred by State Farm for a tow. 2 and a half hours waiting, trying to get an answer, while my phone calls were unanswered with a full voicemail box, State Farm managed to contact them. Turns out, Alternative didnt mean to accept the service call, but couldnt be bothered to tell anyone. I now start my wait all over again in freezing temps nearly 3 hours later. Unbelievable!
They were contracted to tow my car to an auto body shop 10 minutes away. Instead, they towed it unauthorized to their lot 40 minutes away and demanded payment before bringing it back to the auto body shop. We had to show up in person and not leave until they brought it to the shop. Thieving crooks.
