Took my BMW to them to repair some paint on the roof of my car. They did an excellent job. My car appeared almost new. They even detailed my car before I picked it up. Great job.

Awful. Told me that they never would have gotten around to my repairs had I not called them and asked them about it? Also told me I should rent a car on my own because they had no idea when the car would be done. So, I did. 4 hours later, they told me the car was ready. Every interaction with them was totally unprofessional.

A tree fell on my car and damaged the passenger rear side. I took it to Hynes Auto Center for repairs through my insurance company. The work was impeccable. The car looked like new and it was spotless inside and out when they returned it. The staff was friendly and professional. They have an email update system where they send regular updates on your repair status. I found that very helpful. My car was finished ahead of schedule. The entire experience was smooth and easy. I highly recommend this business.

I highly recommend Hynes Auto Center. I had a minor accident and needed repair work and Lenny was just awesome and so helpful. Everyone else was so friendly and helpful as well! My car was ready early during a holiday week and the work was perfect. When I picked up my car it was cleaner inside and out than when I dropped it off. I cant recommend this place enough!!

After I was unfortunately rear ended, I was so happy with Hyness prompt and professional service. They did a perfect job fixing my car and arranged the rental with no problems. The car came back squeaky clean inside and out. Couldnt be happier with their service.

I brought my car here after it was rear ended. They did a fantastic job, even fixed scratches and dents on the back of the car that werent caused by the accident without charging me. It took a little over a week, and when I got my car back, they washed the outside AND cleaned/detailed the inside as well! To top it off they took care of having my rental picked up from them, so I didnt have to do a car shuffle. Highly recommend!

A very friendly and professional establishment. They completely repaired and cleaned the interior of my car efficiently. It was ready for pickup 3 days ahead of schedule. They also handled my car rental, which went smoothly. I also was kept up to date daily about the status of my claim and repairs.

This was the third time Ive had to bring my car to Hynes for extensive damage. They are fantastic and Ive never had an issue. They provided me with updates on when the work would be complete, and when I picked it up they had also cleaned the inside of the car. They work directly with the local rental companies so you pick up and drop off the rental right at Hynes, which is hugely helpful. I would recommend Hynes to anyone.

I got there due to the useful and great reviews I found about them, looking to get my car fixed.I own a high end vehicle and I was very concerned about quality results, but I decided to take my chances with Hynes since I know some dealers dont do the repairs themselves as we may think, but they use third parties to do it.They have been great, keeping me posted on every step of the repair process (which Max & Mike explained in full details) and honoring the completion date, as Danny promised.The repairs were immaculate and Ill highly recommend them

They went above and beyond; not only replacing my dead battery, but also taking the time to check out the rest of the cars needs and making those additional minor repairs free of charge. They took my car in last minute at the end of the day and had it done by the next afternoon. I will definitely be returning here for future work.

Just bought a brand new RX 350 2020 on Sep 30 2019. A week later with barely 229 miles on the car got rear ended while stopped at a traffic light. After endless research and recommendations by my insurance agent finally decided to take the car to Hynes at Roslindale. The staff there was very professional especially Max. Within 30 minutes I was in a rental car. A week later got my Lexus back in perfect condition as if nothing had happened to it. Very happy, thank you Max,the staff and the technicians who took care of my car.

Dropped off my car and they took care of the rest with my insurance. Didnt have to do a thing. Dropped off the rental to them and they took care of it. Car was fixed and clean which was a plus. Great experience.

Insurance company collision repair. They did their best to walk me through the process. They are also good about following up via phone. Kinda weird how they moved stuff around inside my car to do body panel work, but they made it look like it did pre-crash

This is the best auto repair shop I have ever visited. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. Max is a super guy with extreme courtesy and helpful behavior. I got my BMW repaired here with a couple of accidents that I needed repair with before turning it over at my lease end. They worked with my insurance company and made the car look like new again and I had no trouble what so ever returning the car at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this place and cant even think about going anywhere else for my car repair needs. Thank you again Max! you guys rock.

They really have a great service. Max and the team do great consultations, you dont need to know about mechanics, they were super transparent, easy to understand, and accurate on their estimates and timing. Once in their hands, they handled everything (car loaner, insurance) so I didnt have to worry about not having a car. They turned the stress of not having a car into a very pleasant experience. I fully recommend Hynes.

I brought my car less than 2 weeks ago and they already finished all work. After the crash I thought it will be difficult to repair it, but now it looks better than before. Looks like nothing happens to the car. Hynes Auto Center did a great job.If I am lucky I will not visit them in the future (sign of no accidents with my vehicle), but if something happens again with my car... For sure I will allow them to fix whatever is necessary.

Only go here if you enjoy being treated like an idiot!My car was sent there after and accident and first of all took a MONTH for small repairs. After getting the car back it immediately began making noise I took it back Incase it was accident related. I was told my breaks and rotors needed to be replaced for $400- my dime not accident related. I didn’t believe or trust them since they apparently sent be back a car with shot breaks after having it FOR A MONTH. I also had I just did my breaks 10 months earlier. I took my car my local mechanic and was told the rotors where rusty from sitting for A MONTH and my breaks were perfectly fine- this was purely from sitting FOR A MONTH. the more I drive it the sound will go away.How do you have a car for a month, give it back, and a day later tell the owner there’s a new problem?.... you make it up and try to take them for a ride. Shame on them. Will never recommend! I will be reporting them to my insurance company.

This is the second time I had to bring my car to them. The first time the customer service was good until I had to call them to find out the status of my car. They also broke a piece of my door handle and promised to order the part and call me when it comes in to replace it. That didnt happen. This last time they have had my car for a month and a half now. I still dont have it back. My car had a good amount of damage but not almost two months worth. I had to call them multiple times to get an update on my car. I kept basically getting the run around and a story about why it took so long and how they was doing me a favor and then found out they didnt start the work on car until almost 3 weeks after having it. I tried to give them a second chance based on the reviews I read and that was a mistake. I will never bring my car back or recommend anyone to bring their car there either especially if you want your car in a timely manner.

Cheap paint, my car was in there for a month and two weeks. I get my car back and the breaks had to be changed immediately. I get no receipts no paper work everything is just word to mouth. Also when I was in there I over heard conversations of the owner and one of his secretary talk about changing prices on documents on the computer. FRAUDS. SCAMMERS. MONEY LAUNDERING!!!

Open 6 days a week. Very helpful in assessing damage and used to every possible kind of accident tepair. They are fairly priced and honest.

Poor service. Had to bring the car back on two separate occasions after theyve released it to me. The second time I had to return the car was because the windshield was installed wrong. Max once again assured me he would take care of me, and just now tells me he needs another day but wont provide a rental. He has been dishonest and argumentative and im now considering bringing this company to small claims for having engaged in unfair or deceptive acts or practices. Very upset right now but I will at least give them a two because its one person that is managing my case over there.

Changed to 1 star after no communication for a damaged car. Mistakes happen but call and tell me. Dont let me wait the week you said it would take and say it will be another week. They dont even care, that you would possibly want to know when your car will be ready. Horrible communication.
