I cannot say enough good things about Zoe! I had been trying on dresses for nearly 8 months with no luck. As soon as I met Zoe, I felt that she immediately understood what I was looking for. I was also very particular about custom sizing and she was incredibly patient and thorough with me. I would highly recommend her!!!

Flair was so amazing to work with! Both Kaitlyn and Zoe helped me in the process of finding my dream wedding dress and ordering a custom veil and mask. I was very picky about finding a dress with sleeves but so indecisive when I tried dressed on and they were patient with all of my questions and back and forth. I ended up ultimately deciding on my dress at the designer store in NYC and emailed Flair to come try it in their store and say yes through them. Super thankful for all of their help and highly recommend going here to look for a dress. They have a beautiful selection!!

I had my appointment today and it could not have gone any better. My consultant Kaitlyn was the best! The process from start to finish was easy and I was so happy that this was my first and only stop. Kaitlyn asked me what I liked and was looking for as well as budget and I ended up getting the first dress I tried on! Each dress I tried I would give pros and cons and I felt like I ultimately made the best decision with all of the choices she brought out. She was helpful without being too pushy, she really listened to my likes and dislikes. Kaitlyn was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend Flair to any bride thats looking for her dress.

I am not surprised at all to look at the reviews for Flair and see glowing words about Zoe. Of the several places I went to look for dresses, Flair and Zoe provided the best experience BY FAR. Flairs selection is well curated and substantial. Zoe really listened to what I had already tried on, what I liked and what I didnt and immediately picked a dress I had pinned ahead of my appointment. I knew then we were on the same page. She was not pushy and did not make me feel pressured, but genuinely helped me make a decision. It was so fun to hear the other associates at Flair weighing in on my decision and it really felt like my girlfriends were there helping me choose. I cannot recommend Flair enough.

Just recently went to Flair to find my wedding dress and I really cannot say enough amazing things about my experience! Kaitie was an absolute gem the entire appointment! She was exceptionally encouraging and really made the entire time fun! I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision and I felt like she was listening to exactly what I wanted throughout the morning. I just had my appointment Flair! Right from the start it was a perfect match with not only my dream dress but my consultant Katie. I brought my mom and bridesmaids and from the start it felt like Katie was apart of the group. She started off with saying I’m amazing at my job and she was right! She listened to what I wanted, navigated me through the process, was the ultimate hype girl, and found me my perfect dress. It was actually the first dress i tried on picked out by her. She really listened to what style and look I wanted and picked out stunning dresses for me to try on - I truly loved them all! My experience at Flair was above and beyond experiences I had at other bridal shops! Within the first few minutes of the appointment, Zoe made me feel excited and confident about trying on dresses. I had been to four different shops prior to Flair and was starting to feel discouraged & unmotivated. Zoe pulled some amazing wild card dresses & the last one I tried on (that I was skeptical about on the hanger) ended up being the one I chose! She truly listened to what I wanted (even when I wasnt doing a great job of describing it) and fed off my energy with different dresses. She has an incredible eye for dress styles and understanding what fits a brides personality and venue. I am over the moon excited to wear that dress on my wedding day, and have Zoe to thank for that!

I can not stress enough how amazing this boutique is. I live in CT, and it was a 2 and a half hour drive to Boston for this SPECIFIC shop. I had scouted out with in a 75 mile radius for a specific Hayley Paige dress that I had been dying to try on to see if I was in love with it as much as I was in love with it in a screenshot online. When I got to the boutique my appointment was at 2 but they took me super early as I arrived mad early. Now mind you, I’m the type of girl who hates shopping, hates pants shopping the most and until this moment I had gone to 4 different stores. I had a few bad experiences with other places. When I met my consultant, Kaitie Silk, she was absolutely hailarious, and made me super comfortable to be myself in this beautiful boutique. Kaitie had promised me she would make the appointment worth it as I had just drove 2 and a half hours to get there. Kaitie was wonderful, she had cracked a bunch of jokes to make me and my friends and family laugh. The most important thing was she listened to what I had to say as a new bride to be. She listened to the styles I liked, explained to me the different types of styles and picked out dresses that were in my budget. Kaitie Was super helpful helping me try on dresses, and letting me stay in them as long as possible because I can be totally indecisive at times. This poor girl had all the patients in the world for me and I couldn’t be more great full. When I had found “the one” it was actually the dress I had been staring at over a screenshot for months. Kaitie let me stay in the dress as long as I liked, she let me walk around the boutique in the dress as well. My favorite part was when she had me walk away from the mirror and pause for a moment with my back towards the mirror, to then turn around and get the first look of me in the mirror, full vail, accessories, and flowers in my hand. In this moment I knew this was the dress and I had to fight back tears. I appreciate Kaitie so much for going the extra mile, above and beyond to make me comfortable, for listening to me, and for helping me find my dream dress. I 1000% recommend making an appointment with her at this boutique. Also I didn’t post pictures of my dress because my fiancé would totally see them. After going to multiple shops and on the verge of tears with the lack of options and support, I walked into Flair and had a completely different experience. There was a beautiful dress around every corner and I ended up purchasing my dress that very first day.Kaitie Silk at Flair is especially good at what she does- this girl was born to help brides find their perfect dress. She is your consultant, a total visionary, and a hype girl. She genuinely cares about each customer she works with and even helped me with coordinating an amazing tailor after my purchase. She made me laugh, helped to smooth out my nerves, and my mom, future MIL, and I all walked away from my appointment feeling like we had struck gold when we got her as our consultant. The team knows the wedding industry inside and out and work very closely with the designers they bring into the shop. They even let me come back to try on my dress while I waited for my shipment to remind myself how much I liked the dress.There are so many elements that go into finding a dress, just like planning a wedding. You want to work with a team who will help you through the blips and knows what they are doing, because inevitably they will happen. If you get a bad vibe from a shop, dont chance it, no matter how beautiful the dress is. Its just not worth it. Im getting married in 30 days and cant be more excited to rep Flair, the designer, and the tailor who all came together to make this dress what it is. Ill be singing their praises for a long time- Im glad I put my trust in them.

We had the best experience at Flair Boston! I went in for a bridesmaids dress appt with my girls, and ended up leaving with a new wedding dress. Katie Silk was wonderful, patient and overall awesome. Although my consultant was very nice the whole shopping experience was incredibly rushed. My appointment started late because the appointment prior to mine ran long so I ended up having less than an hour. I really didn’t have time to actually look at each dress for a very long time or think about anything. It just wasn’t an enjoyable experience overall.

Last week I made an appointment to see a wedding gown my daughter was considering, but since she lives in the Bay Area, and I cant travel to dress shop with her, Zoe and the team at Flair made my mother-daughter experience possible!Zoe had the dress ready for me on the mannequin in the shop, and it almost felt like I was there seeing the dress with my daughter. We had some questions about fabric and alternations, and Zoe was more than helpful, calling the designer to ask some specific questions and got answers on the spot. Zoe also gave us tons helpful advice since the timeline we are dealing with is rather short in the wedding world.I would definitely recommend Flair, and since I have 3 more daughters, we will be back. :)

I had the most amazing experience shopping with Flair! In particular, Kaitie Silk was my wedding dress shaman. She was patient and kind, and helped me to discover what I was actually wanting out of a wedding dress. Crazy as it sounds-- I walked in convinced Id be in an effortlessly elegant simple dress and when none of those were hitting the mark, Kaitie had the right idea. Go big or go home! I LOVED my experience at Flair! Katie understood my aesthetic and even researched my wedding venue before I came in to try on dresses. Katie was my consultant, and she made me feel like a bride for the first time (planning a wedding during a pandemic can kind of take the wind out of your sails). She did lie though - she said it isnt like the tv shows and that I may not get that dramatic moment and it was ok if I didnt. But I definitely did, and it was thanks to her. Katie really listened to me, and nailed down my style when I was having trouble articulating it. Seriously, if you have the chance, go here! You wont regret it

I went into Flair on my own in a snowy February day earlier this year for a trunk show for a designer I was interested in. I tried on dresses so expertly chosen by Kaitie, and ended up trying on THE dress that day. Kaitie was everything I needed in that moment, from helping me FaceTime my mother, to just sitting with me to talk about the process of obtaining the dress, and life in general! She walked me through a customization process that I never would have even considered to be possible, and I’m so thankful for all of her time and effort in coordination with the designer to help create my dream dress! The process of obtaining the dress was so seamless, and when it came time to pick it up, I was able to have my mother with me, whom Kaitie was respectful and courteous with the entire time (even with her many questions). Thank you to the whole Flair team, who I know is swamped with a busy wedding year… you are all fabulous people.

I had a great experience at Flair, specifically in working with Kaitie. Making an appointment online was easy and the details of whats involved in the appointment were clear. Most importantly, though, Kaitie made me feel comfortable and confident in our partnership - I immediately trusted her based on her introduction and her approach to helping me find my dress. She was honest in her guidance towards/away from certain styles based on my body type, personality, and event vibe. There was absolutely zero pushiness to make a sale. Although I ultimately wound up finding the one elsewhere, Kaitie made the experience enjoyable and I absolutely recommend making an appointment w/her if you can.Flairs selection was solid, but I would recommend that they expand their appointment time from 60 minutes to 90, if possible. I did feel a bit rushed to get in and get out, especially in a small space where getting in and out of dresses that arent necessarily your size is a bit tough.

Kaitlyn helped me to find my dream dress for my October wedding, and then again to find our bridesmaid dresses! She made saying yes to the dress so incredibly easy and fun! I’ve heard horror stories about how stressful the shopping process can be but I experienced none of that, in fact we had an appointment at a second store and we cancelled because I felt so well taken care of with Kaitlyn. Flair has a great selection and a really wide range in pricing which was great, and Kaitlyn was very respectful of my budget. It was incredible how she narrowed down and swapped out dresses each time I tried one on, slowly getting closer to the perfect match – which my dress 100% was! I absolutely loved it from the day I bought it, at every fitting and of course on my wedding day. I wore it the entire night until we finally wrapped up the after party at 2am – and even then I was sad to take it off! Thank you to Kaitlyn and Flair so much for all their help and expertise - they are the BEST!

Flair is amazing. I had been with friends before to get their own wedding dresses and when it came time to get my own, and dresses for my bridesmaids Flair was the first place to come to mind. The intimate setting and attention to detail is awesome and its a great and supportive environment that isnt pretentious at all. I am not one to write bad reviews, as I understand that everyone has an “off” or bad day, and being in the high-end retail industry myself, I empathize with that. However, when it comes to shopping for your wedding dress, a “once in a lifetime” opportunity, I was in “aw” at the lack of basically everything we received at flair this weekend. The person we worked with created a tense environment, didn’t ask who any of us were that were shopping with the bride, complained about being at work all day, was running around and rushing the bride out of each dress. We also were told over the phone we would be the only people there, and we could bring 4 other people with the bride. When we showed up there were other groups in there AND they checked with them to see if we could even be allowed in.The experience was so bad, that if the bride found her dress there we are are going to see where else it could be made. This really was a true disappointment, as when you go into newbury street to shop for dresses, this surely isn’t the outcome anyone was expecting.

Great experience wedding dress shopping at Flair. They had reasonable COVID precautions, and with a limited number of people in the store, it felt less stressful/hectic. The staff were friendly and helpful, with lots of practical advice for picking a dress (and making sure its ready on time).

When I first got engaged, first thing I did was hop online and search and search and search for a bridal boutique to find my dream dress. Flaire was the first and last shop I walked into. Katie was probably one of the nicest humans I have ever met. She was SO easy to work with, listened to me and wasnt afraid to be honest with the way things looked. There are too many amazing things to say about my experience dress shopping at Flair - specifically working with Zoe. I was very nervous that I was going to be stressed out or overwhelmed by the selection and generally being an indecisive person when it comes to my wardrobe, but Zoe made the process SO easy and stress free. We were the only ones there for the appointment and got to bring my close family friend with me. We also facetimed to my mom in Japan, and Flair had a tripod so she could see everything perfectly. Zoe also took the phone and gave my mom the full 360 of the dress AND took photos for me so I could look back on them. Zoe was SO methodical in the way she had me try on dresses of different styles - it was so easy and dress #4 ended up being THE dress. She was so accomodating with everyones requests of changing the veil, trying different belt options and even skirt options. After I tried on dress #4, she gave me the opportunity to try on more to help solidify my decision. I could go on and on about the amazing experience I had at Flair with Zoe. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you make an appointment here to find your dress - their selection is amazing and affordable, and the dress shopping process was so fun and stress-free. Zoe also provided a list of recommendations for tailors and happily shared her opinions on shoe choice and hairpieces because I am so indecisive and she has such an amazing eye for the overall look and design of the outfit. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I worked with Zoe to find my dream gown! She was patient and listened to all of my request and helped me find the perfect dress. I had a pretty strong vision going into my appointment and she found options that met every requirement! I had been to other locations that pulled lace dress after lace dress despite having said my main requirement was no lace. Together we were able to find the most perfect dress that I loved through out the 2 years planning process I owned it for!Additionally, Liz in the office was a dream to work with! I had opted not to try on the dress upon pick up because I was nearby for a meeting - DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE LADIES! After I panicked, Liz set up an appointment for me to come in and try on. For reference, if you try on outside of the store and theres an issue with the dress, thats on you! There was a spot of beading missing on the strap and Liz was able to order me a replacement that my seamstress was able to add on.Flair was one of the only spots that housed a beautiful collection of gowns that went beyond tradition. I struggled to find a dress that met my vision, but was able to do so here!*awaiting professional photos and this was the only one we took that shows the dress!

My experience at Flair with Kaitlyn was EXTRAORDINARY. Flair was the first place I looked for a wedding gown. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a super positive attitude and tons of enthusiasm. Kaitlyn asked me what I was looking for and I mustered up a pretty lame description, she then found 6 dresses within seconds and every single dress was beautiful, fit my vision and looked really great on my figure. She just gets it. She also kept me well within my budget which is so considerate, weddings are not cheap! The dress I ultimately chose was absolutely not what I expected to choose but it is so stunning and unique that I actually think about it all the time like a weirdo. The best part of the experience was Kaitlyn gave me all of the information about the dresses and let me know that I could contact her with any questions without being pushy at all!At the second place I went to look for a dress, I was repeatedly given dresses well over my budget without being told before trying them on. I also felt pressure to buy a dress right away for a special discount and then when we left there was no follow up. I loved a dress at the second location but I can honestly say, my experience with Kaitlyn is was the #1 factor in deciding to go with Flair, the stunning dress was a runner up. She made me feel beautiful and she really listened to me, my sister and best friend. I highly recommend Flair and Kaitlyn to any bride looking for an amazing experience. An appointment that could simply just be about finding a garment became one of my favorite memories.

I had been putting off picking out my bridesmaids dresses for so long because I found all of the options so daunting. I went into my appointment assuming it would not be a great experience but to my surprise I had an angel of a consultant, Kaitie Silk. Kaitie made a very overwhelming process simple and fun and efficient. She knew every color, fabric, style and had a streamlined process that really helped me narrow down things. I came into Flair reminding myself that dress shopping was more about the experience than finding the dress. I was fortunate that I could bring my whole squad (4 plus myself), and wasnt sure what to expect due COVID. Not only was my experience *so* fun, but it also felt safe, AND we found the dress. This is all thanks to Zoe- she shaped this experience so that it could be all I had hoped for and more in the midst of a pandemic. Zoe fed our energy for excitement, she shared useful comments, suggestions, and tips, and made the narrowing down process so simple. Honestly, it felt like she was part of the team I brought! I worked with Zoe to pick my bridal gown for my upcoming September wedding. The entire experience was better than my mother and I could ever imagine. Flair made shopping for my wedding dress an amazing experience even in the times of COVID. Kaitie pulled dresses for me that I would have never picked out from online images or Instagram stories and NAILED IT. My dress and (honestly) all of the dresses I tried on are stunning. They have a massive selection in the boutique and are very knowledgable of all of their designers. Not to mention I literally called them the day before and they were able to get me an appointment (again in COVID times - which is almost unheard of)! If youre buying your wedding dress in Boston you MUST come to Flair.

Be careful dealing with this salon. I was charged $50 after finding my dress elsewhere less than 24 hours ahead of my Flair appointment. I hoped that calling and letting them know right away would stop them charging me due to acting with courtesy, but it didnt so if you find your dress before your Flair appointment, I wouldnt worry about calling them, it wont make a difference. Dresses might have been fine but now I wont be visiting for bridesmaids dresses or recommending to anyone else.Edit: thank you for the quick response. I understand your policy, I agreed to it. However fair you may see it, it has deterred me from giving you any business moving forward. Enjoy your free $50!

I cant say enough wonderful things about Flair! I went to my appointment thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, but when I tried on the designs in person they werent nearly as flattering on my figure as I had hoped. My amazing consultant, Kaitie, quickly pivoted and had me try on different silhouettes and I immediately fell in love with THE dress. I brought some family members who (though supportive) were very opinionated and Kaitie did an amazing job at keeping the appointment focused on what I wanted and made sure I was able to try on as many options as possible within the appointment time frame. Not only did I find the dress of my dreams, but the appointment itself was so fun and ran so smoothly. I also have to say I was so pleasantly surprised at how well Kaitie took my measurements. Many of my friends had to have a ton of alterations done on their dresses, but Kaitie did a great job and I need almost no alterations on my gown! I returned for an accessories appointment and it was just as perfect as the first try-on appointment. If youre in the Boston area, go to Flair!!

My experience at Flair Boston was so amazing and I have to credit Kaitlyn for helping me find a beautiful dress! I traveled from New York City to check out this boutique shop and I am so glad that I did! The shop is intimate which meant one-on-one attention during my appointment which I loved. However Kaitlyn made my day! She was super efficient, empathetic and educated about the wedding industry and helped me find a dress that I LOVED in my first visit. I am so grateful and honored to have found a dream dress at Flair! Kaitlyn, you rock!

Flair was the first and last place I looked for my dream wedding dress. I found THE dress within the first 3 I put on my body! The ladies listen to you and make you feel beautiful. They are so knowledgable and not pushy at all (SO important with such an important decision)! I felt like a princess the entire time we were there. I cannot recommend them enough. They are a one stop shop for your bridesmaids, too!

People working there are very rude. Management have no idea how to please and help bridesmaids... Dont forget, the bridesmaids today is a bride tomorrow...Lost all my business. Don’t go there !!!!

Amazing! I found my dress here and there are so many things I loved about this appointment. First is their covid policy - masks, only a few people in at a time, and they either quarantine or steam their dresses between brides. Second, Kaitie was amazing. Super professional, focused, on my side, and totally understood what I was looking for. She pulled some amazing dresses I would have never thought to try, gave me ideas on how to vary dress straps, and asked me the right questions to help me find the one! I never thought Id be the type of bride to say Yes! on the spot but after trying on a LOT of dresses Im so happy with my dress and glad I came to Flair even though I thought I was done looking after my last appointment!! PS I was the last appointment of the day so we went way over an hour and Im thankful I wasnt rushed into making a decision and got to take a quick maskless pic :) thank you Kaitie and Flair, I cant wait to wear my dress!

Even though I didnt end up getting my dress from Flair I had a wonderful experience. Zoe was patient, listened to me, and gave me lots of great options to try on! I never felt pressured or sold to. Especially in comparison to other experiences, Flair was a very refreshing experience. Would highly recommend!

If you are looking for your dream wedding dress you HAVE TO check out Flair. Choosing your perfect dress can be an intimidating and overwhelming experience. Our appointment at Flair was neither! Flair was our first stop to find my daughters wedding dress. We had anticipated visiting numerous shops and trying on way too many dresses. Natalie welcomed us to our appointment and without making us feel like we were in an interview got a great feel for what Abby was looking for in a dress. She then brought the first 3 dresses to try and with each dress got an even more detailed idea of what we were aiming for. In all it took trying on only 10 dresses and we had the absolutely perfect dress! Incredibly relaxed vibe but also a very perceptive team. Thank you Natalie and Flair for getting Abby her YES!!!

I had the best experience here because of my stylist Natalie!! She is amazing. From the second I walked in with my mom and friends she was so attentive to what I was looking for in a dress. Even after I left that day she continued to communicate with me about new dresses that came in that I may like. I would recommend flair and Natalie to all of my friends and family.

One of my bridesmaids recommended Flair after ordering her wedding dress from there; I had such an amazing experience working with Zoe for my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. Flair was my last appointment on the day I chose to go dress shopping; I arrived in a terrible mood after leaving a horrific experience at another bridal shop. One of my bridesmaids updated Zoe on my state of mind and she was able to turn everything around with her passion, thoughtfulness, and utilizing her experience to make me feel beautiful and special. I finally had that moment we as brides are all looking for, the chill and tear when you’ve finally found that dress. When I came back for my follow up appointment with my MOH, we were able to pick out the bridesmaid dresses as well. We got everything ordered with all the girls, even though they hadn’t seen it yet. Since my girls were there to pick out the dresses Liz is coordinating and evening for all of us to pick them up together to make a special experience for my entire bridal party. The customer service at Flair is like no other, I couldn’t recommend them more. Thanks!

I went to Flair more on a whim with a friend, but I am so glad I did! I really enjoyed their selection of gowns that included a wide price range and styles. I enjoyed how the people who worked there were not pushy or overly gushy. The store is in a cute location and didnt feel too stuffy or formal. I felt like the sales associate did a fantastic job being both neutral while providing feedback to my questions. I didnt feel rushed, I was allowed to roam the store and pull some dresses for myself as well as get some suggestions. Ultimately, I fell in love with my Amy Kuschel gown!

The staff and the store are unbelievably welcoming! Stacey is beyond amazing at what she does and what she has created! The staff at Flair were excellent! From booking onwards, the whole experience was very streamlined. The team was very flexible and responsive and worked with me over email to find a last minute appointment. Zoe was insightful, helpful, and I never felt pressured. She also stayed late to help me decide between two favorites! They have a beautiful boutique with all the necessary accessories to help you make your decision. The only tricky part was finding the suite from the street - go in the brown door just left of marimekko!

Preface: Go here. It is amazing. Stacy & Kaitlyn are wonderful! Story: Flair was my first appointment for my first time trying on wedding dresses. I worked with Stacy who was phenomenal. She provided exceptional service. I left the appointment really loving two dresses, but had two more appointments for the day so wanted to see them through. It was literally a linear decline after Flair. The last two appointments were dreadful. I missed Stacy and the exceptional service she provided. I wanted to go back and try on those two dresses to make a decision. We called, and the soonest they could get me in was 9am the next morning. Stacy was unavailable for this appointment, but we worked with another woman named Kaitlyn who also provided amazing service and her sense of humor was the cherry on top. I said yes to the dress that morning and could not be happier. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

Thank you SO much to Natalie and the rest of the team at Flair! I found the perfect wedding dress and had phenomenal service at Flair. I had been searching all day with my mother and maid of honor and visited multiple bridal shops, and Im so glad I saved the very best for last. I loved how exclusive and personalized the whole experience felt from start to finish. Natalie had me try on a few dresses to start to get a feel for what I liked, and then based on my feedback, she ended up picking the dress immediately. Even after finding the dress I knew I was the one, I never felt pressured and she let me try on as many dresses as I wanted just to make sure. Even going past the close time, I never felt like I was being rushed in any way. The whole experience was a no-pressure, highly customized and personalized experience that I completely appreciated. It was so easy to get in and out of dresses quickly which was exactly what I needed after already visiting a few other places. I felt so great about my decision and I knew I made the right choice. Not to mention, the price for the dress was way better than I could have imagined at such an exclusive place on Newbury Street.

My sister went to try wedding dresses and the experience was mediocre for a few reasons - 1 being that we were rushed out of there in about 45 minutes and the whole time we could tell that the girl was trying to make a sale. She wasn’t totally invested in my sister finding her perfect dress. They have nice dresses and that’s what they are getting the 3 stars for.

I had the best experience here! Zoe was bomb and we connected right off the bat. She was always honest and upfront about what dresses were and were not in my budget. My first dress we tried on was absolutely stunning, and I instantly fell in love - but we went through a couple of other silhouettes I had wanted to try just so I wouldnt have that lingering what if? feeling after the appointment was over. I loved my experience at Flair. Flair was the first of my bridal appointments, and I found the perfect dress there (after only trying on 3!). Flair was able to send my dress across state lines, and made everything so easy. They recommended a perfect seamstress in my area to take my dress in, and everything turned our perfectly. I also got my veil from Flair, which was one of my favorite things about the wedding!

Flair Boston was the first place I went to try on wedding gowns and it was the last! Kaitie was beyond wonderful in making my wedding dress vision come true. I ended up with a fully customized gown which wouldnt have came to life if it wasnt for the help of Kaitie! Although I was nervous in ordering a custom gown, with the fear it wouldnt come out exactly what I envisioned, Kaitie listened and saw my vision and walked me through the entire process. I now have my dream gown and cant wait to wear it on my wedding day!

I had a GREAT experience at Flair. Gillian was awesome. I highly recommend her! I tried on some bridal gowns, had my maids try on gowns, got recommendations, and assistance in a timely and friendly manner. I just dont know how dress shopping can be any better! I did not end up getting my bridal gown here...I wanted something with some beading...and they really didnt have it. I did order my maids dresses there and they are amazing! Im so excited! I had my bridesmaids get their dresses here and I was really disappointed in the service and overall experience. The staff rushed through our appointment to accommodate another appointment. Its my fault for still ordering through them but when we did, they wouldnt let us come in to pick up the dresses but charged us extra to have them shipped to us. The piece that really got me was when my MOH went to pick up the dress and the women went outside of her shop and stood at the top of the staircase and THREW the dress down the staircase to her. She wouldnt let her come up to the store and try it on. The women was being such a pain about letting them come pick up the dresses in the first place. It was SO UNPROFESSIONAL, immature, and I do not recommend this vendor for bridesmaid dresses.. go somewhere else!! You dont need added stress from them. After going through the entire wedding process and seeing how wonderful all my other vendors were, this vendor stood out even more.

My experience with Flair was absolutely wonderful! They interpreted my vision perfectly and even helped me select the perfect belt, veil, and earrings to finish my look! Incredible patience and flexibility put my wedding party at ease as we found the perfect gown for the big day!

From a brides perspective - the experience was wonderful. Zoe & Katie were so incredibly helpful. We left feeling at ease and extremely satisfied with the bridesmaids dresses. My girls are going to look stunning. My only complaint for the owner is you NEED to fix the door buzzer. We had an 11am appointment and made sure to get there 15 minutes early. We spent the entire 15 minutes trying to figure out how to buzz in. The directions say to press #03 however thats completely inaccurate. We learned after the fact that you are only supposed to press 03. Then why do the directions specify #??? Makes NO SENSE! The kicker was we called the phone number and no one answered so there way no way to get ahold of the store. This was extremely frustrating and a horrible way to start our dress shopping experience. I think Flare should be grateful we didnt walk away and we actually did end up buying a dress. Also should be grateful that despite our rocky start, I still am leaving a 5 star review.

I got my bridesmaid dresses from Flair and they were stunning! We did all different styles of Jenny Yoo Chiffon. The team at Flair was so helpful in finding a style that fit everyone and made the bridesmaid dress shopping experience fun. I went to at least 10 other shops for bridesmaid dresses before I found Flair. The shop is really cute and has a great selection. The owner Stacey is awesome! The whole team was so welcoming and responsive to my needy questions. I cant recommend this store enough!

My daughter got engaged & had to plan her wedding in 7 months, we did not have a lot of time to find the dress she wanted. The minute we met Stacey we knew we were in good hands! The shop is very welcoming, the staff so easy to work with & they have dresses from famous designers & new designers. We were on a very tight timeline, the dress did not arrive on time it was early! We had plenty of time for alterations which was no easy feat -given my daughter lives in VA. We also bought the veil from Flair, it was featured during Bridal week- Stacey made that happen even though the wedding was just 2 months away. You always hear about all the stress involved in picking out a wedding dress, thankfully all we had were smiles and confidence that all would be fine, not to mention how beautiful my daughter looked on her wedding day! Flair was the first place that we looked at dresses and let me tell you it was such a wonderful and positive experience! Our consultant (blanking on the name! Embarrassing!) was so engaged and fun! She asked about all the details about my wedding and even engaged with my sister about where she was moving in Boston. She helped pick out lots of looks for me and was super helpful. I have a really really tiny frame so finding a dress I didnt drown in was something I was worried about. She didnt pressure us at all to purchase that day since she understood it was the first place we went, she gave us a great discount if we did want to purchase that week, and was all around so great. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! Such a lovely experience!!!!!!

We had an excellent dress picking experience here! My sister and I both ended up ordering dresses by the end of our 1(ish) hour appointment, and our attendant Madison found both of our dresses for us. She was highly competent and knew exactly what we would want when we told her our criteria. She even stayed 15 minutes late to continue helping us. The store has a good selection of bridesmaid dresses. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Overall, this was the best dress shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Had an appointment for my sister this morning and Kaitie was amazing! We had been to 3 other dress boutiques and she by far exceeded our expectations! My sister said yes to her dress in less than an hour! Highly recommend this location and Kaitie!

I had an amazing experience at Flair and bought my wedding dress from this cute little boutique. I looked at dresses all over Boston and NY (even Kleinfeld) and this was by far the best experience. Kaitie S was a huge part of it! Unlike most bridal consultants, she listened to what I said I wanted and brought me dresses that I would be interested in. When I didnt fall in love with any of them, she suggested I explore a slightly modified version of what I had requested. I felt respected and guided - not pushed or uncomfortable. She was also incredibly patient and honest with me about any custom work I had asked about. She even stayed after the boutiques closing because I wanted to try on the veil with my dress. I did not buy the dress that night but came back to try it on again; this was the day I made my purchase! Thank you again, Kaitie. I am beyond grateful!

I just purchased my wedding dress at Flair! It is located in a cute little suite on the 2nd floor along Newbury Street. We began by talking about my preferences and picking a few off the rack to try. You get in/out of the gown yourself and then they help zip/clip. I prefer this process over standing around mostly naked while waiting for someone to hang up and prepare the next gown. They were kind enough to clip and unclip so I could get a good view of the front and the back of each dress. As you provide feedback, they bring other dresses that fit your vision without being overwhelming. My helper, Kate (maybe Kaitlin? I’m sorry, I can’t remember!), was so friendly and provided just the right amount of reassurance. No pressure, no rush. My experience at Flair was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to send my friends.
