I am a Winnie Bride! I had my bridal appointment just yesterday and I am still scrolling through all the amazing dresses that I got to try on! I have a feeling I will be re-living these moments for weeks to come! My consultant Lauren and her assistant Claire, were truly the best. We were warmly greeted right as the doors opened at 10 am and offered champagne to begin! Lauren and Claire were so helpful and had many great suggestions to ensure I felt beautiful in all the gowns. Lauren also had fantastic recommendations for accessories as well as tailors in the area.The shop itself had an incredible selection of gowns and was beautifully kept. I would highly recommend making a trip to Winnie for any bride!

I had a terrible experience at this place. I booked a wedding dress in 2019, and the original time for wedding is in Oct 2020. Because of COVID, I had to postpone the wedding to Sep 2021. When I booked the wedding dress, I was told that the dress only comes in with standard size and no customization around bust or waist areas. So when I picked it up in July last year, I tried the dress on, it felt almost perfect except for the bust area. They gave me a card for a tailor place and told me that it would cost $200-$300, and I could call 2 months before the wedding to tailor so it would fit me perfectly.The nightmare started when I called the tailor place a few days ago, and the cost to tailor is $1500, and they said they wouldnt have enough time to tailor it and will charge 50% rush fee on top of it, meaning it will come in as $2250 to tailor the wedding dress!! Its quite devastating to find out 2 months before your wedding! And the price to tailor is so ridiculous that its almost good enough to get a new wedding dress.So I called Winnie Couture if they could help, and their response was very disappointing that theres nothing they could do. They keep emphasizing that the ownership of the store has changed so anything happened before the new owner was not on them. And what makes them even cheaper is that the veil I booked is missing in the bag. It was a year ago when the sales put everything in the wedding bag after i tried the dress and the veil. Because the dress is bulky and heavy, i did not open the bag to check if the veil was there. I brought it home, leaving it in the closet for a year. So when I found out the veil is missing, again, nothing they can do. Not even just give me any veil available to use on that day!!!! Again pushing the fault to myself or the previous owner rather than try to help. If there were a little bit more sympathy, it would have made me feel differently.Conclusion:This store seems to have unstable business model and when it changes ownership, you get screwed. Current owners dont seem to care and try to fix any damage from the previous experience and quite cheap.Not recommended.

I recently visited Winnie Couture and worked with Lauren. I had the absolute best time. When I tried the first dress on, I cried!!! I was elated to be there and have dresses that fit me so well and flattered my small figure. I had a poor first experience at another boutique so this just exceeded my expectations. The dress I chose is absolutely stunning and I can’t wait to wear it. This bridal shop truly makes you feel like a bride, from the beautiful marble floors to the elegant furniture and classy mirrors, it was amazing. Thank you so much to Lauren for assisting me with trying on dresses. My family and I had such a lovely time with her and I can’t wait to go back to work in my veil!

My wedding isn’t until 2023 and I made an appointment with Winnie Couture just to try on dresses to get an idea of what each style would best work for me. I worked with Kendall. Kendall was beyond amazing her and Madison made me feel so comfortable like royalty! We laughed and I had an amazing time! I tried on a dress that I fell in love with from when I walked in after trying on 6 other dresses andddddd I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! Thank you ladies so much for making me a #WinnieBride! Please if you’re in the area please go to Winnie Couture in Charlotte, NC You will not be disappointed!! Kendall knows her stuff!!

I got served an ad on social media with a video showcasing how beautiful this bridal boutique is. I was immediately drawn in and inspired to book my first ever bridal appointment. As someone recently engaged and so new to everything, I was a bit overwhelmed, but Erica and Kristin immediately calmed me down and walked me through what ended up being SUCH a FUN experience. The store was gorgeous, the service and attention meant so much. I loved how unique each dress was and how many varieties and customizations are truly possible-you can truly walk out with a one of a kind style designed and made for JUST you! Overall, the entire experience completely exceeded my dress shopping expectations-I already have a second appointment set up to bring somefamily with me for 2nd opinions. GO. TO. WINNIE.I was lucky enough to stumble upon this bridal shop in my online searches and I’m sooo happy I did. From the moment I called to book my appointment, I felt like Erica and I had known each other forever. She was so bubbly and friendly. She asked me about my style and then started texting me some options that she thought I might like. Maybe it was just luck, but I truly believe that Winnie’s stylists are just that amazing because the first two dresses I was sent ended up helping me create my custom gown — taking aspects from both dresses. Erica and Kristin are amazingly friendly, so outgoing, and I felt so comfortable from the minute I walked in. There was no pressure at all. My first appointment went amazingly and I couldn’t wait to get back in for a second appointment...which was hard for me to leave because we had so much fun and so many laughs with these girls!! I literally cannot say enough about these amazing women, this fantastic shop, and their beautiful dresses. Thank you Winnie Couture for an amazing experience!!! I can’t wait to get my dream dress!!!!

WOW. Just WOW! Went with my family from out of town - 5 of us total - and they were so welcoming while other places made a fuss about the number of people I was bringing. The consultation was so personal; they didnt just ask wheres the venue and how many guests, but rather gave advice on dresses that would compliment the location, as well as my figure. Erica, Kristin, and Brenna were so patient as I tried on dresses - Im pretty fussy and particular - but they didnt make me feel like I was a nuisance. All three consultants engaged with my family while I was being helped into dresses which made the experience more enjoyable for them and helped me feel less rushed. They worked with my budget and let me try on all the tiaras! Just an incredible experience and Im SO EXCITED to see my dress after some alterations/edits we made to the neckline (which they were also just phenomenal about getting the exact look I wanted). This is a MUST in the Boston area and the champagne didnt hurt either ;-)
