Person at the front didn’t greet or say goodbye, did greet others ahead of me. Definitely racially profiled for some reason. I spend a lot of money at north face in Houston, oh well?

I have been a North Face fan for their coats for years but when I purchased a coat online it wasnt at all what I expected to say the least. The coat was very thin and the hood snaps kept popping off to the point where the hood fell off and I didnt realize it. I decided to return it online when I asked why dont I return it to the North Face store on Newbury st. 🙄 I didnt know there was a North Face store on Newbury st again🙄. So I did an easy exchange got a better coat and the hood zips not snaps very nice totally satisfied. The employees were very nice greeted me at the door, fast and easy exchange.I was asked would I take a survey and the survey took longer than the actual time I initially needed in the store. I am not saying this not to discourage customers this is for North Face please cut down on the survey question I felt like I was flashing back in high school taking a test thats how your survey made me feel theres way too many questions!

Not a good experience being a customer. Very bad customer service by the lady upstairs. Very rude and careless to the customer.

A great store with some decent sales now and then. The outlet store in Freeport Maine is my go to usually but, this location will take care of any warranty problems! ✌️

Tomorrow we are having a snow storm, I wanted to get some boots in this store but I was told that they are doing the inventory sheet so boots are not for sale at the moment. This doesnt make sense to me, why are they doing the inventory sheet during the day? Shouldnt that be done at the end of the day.Make sure you call the location first guys, cuz you might waste your time.You know whats funny, I called this location to see if it was open and they never mentioned that boots are not for sale at the moment.

A very limited selection for a North Face store.

Great selection, but took very long to get in and seemed to have a system that didn’t work too well

So depressing to shop there. The floor staff watch you like a hawk and are unhelpful and unfriendly. It is better than Patagonia, so thats something.

I bought a pair of pants 2/8/2021 but they are slightly too small so I brought them back today 2/13/2021 unworn but Tyler Clarke, the guy at the register, would not accept my return as he said the bottom of them looked like they’d been worn. Total rubbish! I’ve never worn them, and they still have their tags on. Worst North Face store on the planet- I have shopped at many!

This location says open on website. I had online order sent here and sign says temporarily closed. Even when you call store it says closed. Please call before going. Hour and half trip wasted.

Went on line looking for a coat found it . call the store to see if they had it in stock which they, did I then did request a hold on the womens Arctic parka coat which was there I tried it on it was a little tight snug but they have the next size up tried it on its fitted fabulously I just bought my coat Im am happy.Thank U

A nice two-level brick-and-mortar version of North Face at the far end of Newbury Street quite close to Patagonia--for the convenience of outdoorsy types. The only downside is that the store only carries a fraction of whats available at the North Face website. So its a good place to browse and try on clothing and shoes for your size. But keep in mind that those shoes might be in several other colors at the website. Still, Ive found the staff helpful, and this store definitely has more North Face then you would find in your average department store, so its worth a stop.

Sebastien was extremely professional, friendly, and patient. He helped us find different sizes and colors, both in-store and online. Truly excellent customer service. Highly recommend this Northface branch!

Not a great customer experience when I walked into the store yesterday around 6:30pm. Looks like they had a private event at 7pm and I understand the rush to get rid of customers and close. But I went with the internation of buying a winter coat and had a poor customer service. Next time I’ll buy online or at another store. Definitely review your customer experience process.

Staff over there are quite helpful, North Faces product are pretty decent, you cant go wrong with it. They were able to hold an item for me until I was certain, since it was such a hot item (one day hold).

Super helpful staff, helped my boyfriend and I pick out his jacket in less than ten minutes giving me some time to browse for myself! The sale was an added bonus, too!

The associates here are absolutely miserable. They must think they’re freaking CIA agents as they skulk about, following me around and talking on their earpiece as I look for a mirror to try on the $150 fleece I’m about to buy. They couldn’t be any more obvious that they profile certain people as shoplifters when I’m an honest cash paying customer. Avoid at all costs

Nice store on two levels. Has more jackets than pants. So if you are shopping for a jacket this is a good place to look. I prefer Macys when shopping for North Face pants.

To be honest, I was expecting a less-than-helpful experience while trying to find a last minute pair of gloves. The staff were helpful and polite -- despite not having the gloves I liked in my size -- and Id go back here first despite the several other options within a block.

The merchandise assortment is targeted a little more towards what college kids would wear around campus rather than on the more outdoorsy gear, but given the location you kinda have to expect that. But no worries - the friendly staff is always happy to help you order what youre looking for and have it shipped to the store in a couple days.

Good spot for buying The Northface products. Space is tight but they have most if not all of the new items in stock. I wish they had tall and slim fit sizes.

I sort of expected that a specialty store would have a better answer to the question of finding a coat in my wifes size than just handing us a catalog. That, and the huge number of frankly ugly coats that look like they were made in the 70s made this a disappointment. I guess Ill stick with Columbia.

It is winter in Boston which means it is time to get out the coats and jackets. There is no better place to get your winter gear than The North Face. Their latest collection is classy, comfortable, durable for the Boston weather, but might burn a hole in your pocket.

Its bit of a pricey store in general, but I can always count on it to find necessary winter clothes and accessories. And the staff are very helpful and polite.

This is a nice little store with two floors and has everything that youll need. I went during black friday so it was pretty busy, but the staff was friendly, energetic, and helpful. I got a hoodie that I really liked at a great price so I was extremely happy.

Utterly shocked and disappointed in complete lack of assistance with a jacket exchange at the Newbury Street store. The store manager was the most unhelpful and surly employee I’ve encountered in any retail store. We are fans of TNF products but will not return to this store again.
