I came to this store to upgrade my phone and review my phone plan. The staff was amazing and put me on a better plan that actually saves me money each month. Additionally, they helped me to upgrade my phone and get everything transferred over before I left the store. Great experience and would highly recommend!
Employees character changes after you get the service. Super nice and helpful before you get the service. Attitude and not wanting to help when get the plan and come back with a question. Keep the same energy.
I had an excellent experience at this Verizon location. Coming in at 4pm on a Sunday with a very challenging phone issue, the man on staff, King, worked with me for well over an hour (past store close) to make sure I could walk out of the store with the problem solved, and was extremely pleasant and positive throughout the time. If you need to go to a Verizon in Boston, go to this location. Thanks again to my King!
It takes hours to talk to someone.Only ine person is working.You wait hours.Verizon is not a good company..In someplaces you cant get enough internet.
My visit to the Verizon Store at 1363 Boylston Street in Boston was a great experience. Not only was the sales associate very courteous and professional, but she also saved me money!She explained my upgrade options in detail and answered all my questions, pointing out the best option for me. Inderpreet was a phenomenal customer service representative. I came in to have my phone checkfor a sound issue I was having. Inderpreet managed to upgrade my phone 3 generations as well as get me a hotspot with a very minimal raise to my current bill. She was also extremely helpful with other issues I was having. If there was a way to give her a 6th star for going above and beyond, I would do so.
These people really don’t know what they’re doing. Worst telephone service and they’re a phone co. You can’t call stores for help. Customer service is a nightmare with long waits and fogged inagents. They want $50 restocking charge for returning a defective $70 jet pack bought 2 weeks earlier. Staff is programmed to just keep selling when product doesn’t work and client has no trust in them. Automatons keep giving spiel without a touch of reality!

I knew my old phone was about to die and needed an iPhone 11 fast. Amanda was great. I knew what I wanted but wanted to see to be sure. I got my iPhone 11 transaction completed in about 15 minutes and then she spent another 45 minutes setting it up while I shopped at the Star Market across the street The time flew. When I returned the phone was ready and we finished the set up together it couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience.
Inderpreet was terrific, very knowledgeable, gave us all the options and helped us pick the best one.
We didnt know that this store is not the Verizon direct store so we were charged 40-dollar service fee. We thought that 40 dollar was for activation fees. Their customer service is good though.

I received excellent customer service from the moment I called to inquire until the moment I left the store. The rep on duty was exceptional, she demonstrated interest in my needs and wants while maintaining and adhering to Verizon rules and regulations.
Kristiana was AMAZING! Came in with a dead iPhone and she went above and beyond to help me get the best deal, try and figure out how to use my old iPhone in the meantime, and spent 30 minutes on the phone with the tech to make sure I walked out happy.

I plead guilty to blocking my SIM card. Brain fry on a hot and humid day. Amanda guided me through the process connecting me with tech sopport at Verizon through the shop phone. The issues were resolved with a new SIM card being installed and activated. Needless to say my phobe and I left her very happy, as neither of us would have succumbed to gloom without her. I wasted two hours there trying to transfer a number from AT&T to Verizon. The number never was actually transferred—even after 48 hours—despite assurances from store employees and Verizon support. I got a “trainee”, and maybe she did something wrong.I gave 1 star originally but raised it to 3 because I was able to get my money back in a subsequent trip.

The store was not crowded at all allowing an efficient experience. This store also had many promotions going on allowing me to get a great deal on some accessory items. I highly recommend this store!

Very rude and unhelpful, needed a sim for a Uk iphone, checked that it would work which it said it would and turned out my iPhone I had that had just been replaced the previous week was locked to a network. Staff member could not offer refund and said to come back in to see manager who could look into a refund would be there Tuesday 9am. Manager was not in however a very confrontational member of staff basically told me it was my problem and even if I was to come back at mid day when the manager was supposed to be there she probably wouldn’t refund me anyway. I now have have a sim that doesn’t work and am $50 out of pocket. Appalling, rude service. Avoid
I have rarely being treated in such an impolite way as Amanda Baldwin did this morning.Another salesperson sold me a SIM Card two days and started the activation saying it was supposed to work on my iPhone 6 in a few minutes, and that I could leave; unfortunately it was not the case. As I came back asking for help, he suggested to wait until today and ask the Store Manager with a refund.She just kept saying this is not refundable, and never apologised for her shop selling me something that was not working, and claimed it was my fault to have left the store without letting the salesman try to fix the problem (which would have been nonetheless useless, as again it was not refundable).There are errors that could not be fixed; in those cases, it would be great to apologise. Something that Amanda Baldwin is clearly not used to do.

I had a tricky activation involving a bricked Motorola and a transfer to a new Pixel 2. Thanks to staff here it was much less painful than it could have been. Very helpful and patient.

For a Verizon store its fairly large with a nice showroom but the staff could probably use a refresher course in customer service .When a customer spends a thousand dollars on a new phone the employees should at least give a smile.
Kevin went out of his way to be helpful and stayed pass closing hours to make sure my phone was properly backed up. Hopefully you’ll have a chance to work with Kevin if you need anything with Verizon.

I stopped at the Verizon store on my way home from work to look into options for a phone upgrade.When I arrived, there were 3 customers in the store. Vanessa cheerfully greeted me, and completed a sale with one of the customers. She told me she would be with me shortly and proceeded to assist the couple that was there before me who were also asking about their upgrade options. Soon, other customers would stop by and Vanessa was sure to acknowledge them and assist or answer questions as swiftly as possible.This is when I realized that she was the only sales person on the floor, and the entire store. I was impressed with Vanessa’s professionalism in assisting the many customers that continued to walk through the door, even close to closing. She patiently answered many (often compicated) questions with kindness and expertise.In addition, she is a wiz at all things cellphone and was amazing in helping me find the right cellphone and trasferring all my stuff to my new phone.I will be referring my friends to this store, just so they can work with Vanessa.Thank YOU, Vanessa.
