Today I went in and I cannot remember if I ever had a worst customer experience. The store was empty, except for myself, my partner and the employee called Chris. First of all, he would not open the door (although I called prior to check if it was open). After we got in, he would talk to us while crunching on chips and drinking, unable to reply cause his mouth was so full of his chips. Then, when we asked if he can help us, he kept on redirecting us to the call center. We tried to explain that we came all the way in the store because we could not complete our request on the call center, but he did not budge. Although he said he CAN actually process our request in store, but insisted if its also doable though the call center, we should just do it through there. Horrible customer service!

I work at Mass General and tried on three separate occasions to go in and ask about the employee discount they offer. The first two times I went in, I stood and waited while the employee was helping another customer. After about 10 min, I still didn’t get an acknowledgment that I was there or a “hi I’ll be right with you.” so I left. Today I tried again for the third time and the employee told me she was just about to go on a break for an hour. I totally understand when businesses are short staffed. It happens. And everyone deserves a break. I just wish I got acknowledged the first two times so I had an idea of how long I’d be waiting.
Great experience! Yasmine was very kind and helpful. I was able to switch lines quickly, much better service now.
Went in to get a new phone, and it was a completely painless process. Associate was excellent. Put on the new case and screen protector for me. No wait. Very good.

Very friendly staff and clean neat store setup and display. 611 customer service rep falls under the par -- said to have cancelled a line as required but the charge still shows up in the bill. Will definitely come back to this store for service.
Dude working there was awesome. We came in late in the evening to get a BYOD activation. In spite of the fact that there was no sales commission to be gained- he was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
