Great store. Friendly and helpful sales people. Tried the cold room, with a parka as a unique way to test the protection from the jacket. Liked a few different styles. Only downside is the pricing. But I guess, you get what you pay for.
We stopped in recently to have a look at the expensive coats we see so many people wearing. Wed assumed that Canada Goose was more image than anything else - how can a parka justify a $1000 price?Now we know. There are so many thoughtful details built into these products, and they are built to last. They fit beautifully, too.Our impression of the store was very positive. First, the customer service was outstanding. We were helped by Xiaowen. We told her we werent buying coats that day, but she took the time to show us every tiny feature of each coat we asked about. She explained where they were made, how to care for them, and told us about monogramming options. She went in the back and looked for alternate sizes, suggested other options based on our preferences, and took just as much time and care with our friend (who was buying a hat) as she did with us.Also, they have a Cold Room. Its basically a walk in freezer with big windows and an ice sculpture in it so you can take a picture for Instagram. It also lets you feel how warm your Canada Goose coat is! Very smart idea.We walked in as skeptics, and waked out vowing to buy coats in the near future.
The store was great. We had the manager helping us with our selection. We found a great jacket! They then offered a monogram service for a flat fee of $75. They told me it was $75 for no matter how many places the monogram was done (this was discussed with the manager and the employee doing the monogram). So I decided to monogram the shoulder and the pocket thinking it would be only $75. I pay and get the monogram done. I leave and go on with my day. I then get a call from the person who monogrammed my jacket and get told “oh we only charged you for one monogram can you come pay for the second one?” I tell her “your manager told me that it was only $75 for no matter how many places on the jacket we got monogrammed.” She said “there must have been miscommunication, can you come back and pay the extra $75”. I unfortunately did go back and pay even though they originally told me it was a flat $75. While the employees provided great service at first they then turned around and demanded MORE money after the product was purchased and the service was provided” when a mistake like that is made, no high end business would turnaround and demand for $75. I am extremely disappointed in the company for doing this.
Unbelievably GREAT customer service! I came into the store very upset due to the the poor condition of a recent delivery order I had received from CG, and the employees at the Canada Goose at Copley Place were extremely helpful, pleasant and understanding! They apologized profusely and found the item I purchased and helped me do an exchange. 10/10 would recommend- they totally changed my mind about canceling CG!
I have a very wonderful experience in this store with Sales Andrew’s help. Andrew give me many excellent recommendations about the size and although at last there is not my preferred color and size in stock and I need to order online, Andrew also helped me tried again and again, more than ten times. At last, he is very handsome and patient guy and this is a very perfect experience:)

Some of the reviews state bad staff. I had a pleasant experience. I think people assume just bc they are buying a 1000 dollar plus jacket they deserve extra special attention. Buy your jacket and leave no one cares you spent 1000 on a jacket. The sales team is just there to inform you and get your selected color and size. Be very careful when ordering a jacket here. You will not get an order number to return online and will only be able to return it at this specific Canada Goose store as I was told when I called.Online they claimed you could return the product within 60 days if it is unworn and with the tags, but in the store they do not honor this. They have differing return policies. Make sure to get all the information before making your purchase, dont go by anything that is on canadagoose.com.
I like Canada Goose coats very much. It is the warmest coat I have ever owned and very functional. The retail location is a good starting point as you can see the different styles and sizes. The people there have good product knowledge and are friendly.

If you are going to spend money on a winter coat DO NOT GO HERE. They resell jackets that others have returned. For Christmas, my boyfriend bought me my first Canada Goose jacket. Very excited to receive such a novel jacket I tried it on instantly. Unfortunately I needed just a little more room to be 100% comfortable. So I waited in line at this store for 30 minutes to exchange it. First off, the only thing that was up to “COIVD-19” standards was the line. In the store there was other shoppers all in one area. I personally took the jacket to try on to another area. Then the (what I was told) “manager” came over and said the jacket was unacceptable to be exchanged because it was “worn” and it needed to be resold. I don’t think trying on a jacket is “wearing” it. Also whoever “exchanged” my jacket must of WORN it. In the midsole of a pandemic you guys are taking back jackets from people and reselling it? At $1000 a piece I would want a brand new jacket. The “manager” was not apologetic at all. Very dry and “who cares” attitude. Charlie Hartin. I then asked for his card to find out he’s not even a manager. He’s a BRAND AMBASSADOR. This is how Canada goose represents there “brand” it’s embarrassing. I then proceeded to ask for the REAL store managers card. He then handed me the assistant managers card, Tarheya Rogers. Who never even batted an eye to come help a troubled customer. After getting the REAL store managers card, after asking for a manager 3 times at this point, I still got nothing from the working assistant manager. Who clearly is not involved in the interest of her customers. I called, left voicemails, and emailed the store manager and was ignored. Shouldn’t be surprised since the rest of management ignored me as well. I then called customer care over the phone. Because that’s how piss poor their management team is. I have to call an online order customer service rep to get some type of assistant at a luxury department store. Very disappointed with the service I received from the store and brand as a whole at this point. I will write another review if someone does actually respond or do something to fix the situation. But dont hold your breath.
Absolutely love everything from Canada Goose, but this review is for Megan, who helped us try on every coat in the store. She was so patient with all our questions and helped us pick out the perfect jackets for Fall. 5 stars for awesome staff!
Walked in to the store. First thing I see is a handsome young gentleman named Angel. Not only was he an excellent help but he was also very nice and personable. The product is amazing and I was sweating buckets in the cold room because their jackets are so warm. Hunnid💯🙃🍭✅

The “door man” was very nice explaining why we had to wait in line. Ensuring it was for optimal customer service. We were greeted by a friendly face and then it went down hill. I had to seek out someone to help. Once I found the coat I wanted on my own, I waited for it to be found out back. Then I waited to get rung up while being cut by several people as the cashiers ignored me. As I was finally being rung up I asked if I could leave my $1000 coat there while I went to dinner. I was rudely told no there was no room. I said I can’t leave for an hour??? Nope! I then cancelled my purchase and didn’t even get a blink or a sorry. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They let me walk out without another word, I guess they don’t need my business. Oh this is while I was wearing an already purchase CG jacket. No respect for the consumer dollar. Disappointed
I had a very nice experience. At first I was not sure what I was looking for so I just wanted to browse. After being greeted I was left alone to look around. When I was ready, I was able to find a staff person to assist me. They were a great help and patiently answered all of my questions. There was great coordination with the back room to see if they had my size in a particular style. The sales person did not always have to leave me to go check.Since I am the type of person who does not like to try on clothes (or outerwear) in the store, this was pleasurable (and the cold room was awesome).

It was super busy when we went in on the second weekend of September. However, William was aware of us as soon as we walked in - we had done our research before hand, and happened to be in town from Maine this weekend and felt it was important to try the coats on before purchasing. William was efficient, friendly, and helpful. I appreciated his time and the friendliness of the rest of the staff.While other reviews mention going to Saks or elsewhere for better service, I cant imagine any improvements, additionally we discovered by purchasing at this location we were given a complimentary garment bag - which Saks and other retailers are not able to provide. All in all, Ive never been more excited about winter!
I mean why is there a waiting line for a clothing store even when there are no people inside. Canada Goose is very high headed as compared to the quality of clothes they sell. The staff inside the store also behaves as if they are doing you a favor by showing you around the store. Half of the times the store is out of stock for the model that you are looking for, and they refuse to inform you when it will be available. Moose Knuckles sells better parkas at the same price. After visiting the store, I honestly cant understand all the hype around it.
Customer service is horrible. They carry much less than Saks 5th or Bloomingdales. Every time I come, it’s difficult to ask for any help.
Too busy! I had to wait just to enter the store. Once in, they had nothing in my size, and i am not a strange size. I gave the salesperson my contact information because she was supposed to call me when a certain items came in but she never called. And for the honor of waiting in line and getting nothing, they wouldnt validate my parking. JeeZ

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Upon walking in, there were several employees waiting to help you (if requested). The store was clean and well kept considering how many people were in there combing through the items. I had a few questions for one of the employees who was more than helpful and knowledgeable of their product and I’d definitely would go back again to this location because of his sales approach.I’m not sure what the others are complaining about based on the reviews I have read at this location but I do suggest going down for yourself and see what this location has to offer. If you are there to actually buy the product or show any particular interest, you’ll get the help you seek.
Took my jacket in to see if there was a problem with the fur on my hood and was accused by a sales associate that my jacket was fake...... she even asked for the receipt....I will never be shopping at Canada Goose again and will advise everyone I know of how rude and inconsiderate this store is. Your customers pay a lot of money for your products and to have unprofessional sales associates goes to show how important customer service is to your brand.Please do yourself a favor and do not shop here
Even though they have the best products,, they have the worst customer service! They try to avoid eye contacts so you can’t ask them questions! Obviously they are new to the retail business model! I don’t blame the employees! It’s epidemic in that store, I’m sure it’s a systemic error! Maybe they didn’t get enough training
Took my nine month old jacket in there because the stitching had failed. No tears the jacket has not been worn much and it was obviously a manufacturing flaw. They took me to the back of the store so that they could deal with the lifetime warranty. Wanted to charge me $55 cleaning fee. The jacket is barely worn.I asked to speak to the manager on duty and Rodrigues was rude to the point that I walked out of there.Are you kidding me? This was less than a year old. Contrast with Patagonia where I walked in with a five year old jacket and they just looked at it and fixed the zipper for free.
Have you ever tried calling the store. Not one single person bothers to pick up. I have waited as long as 20 minutes to check inventory before I drive almost 2 hours to get there. Complete joke, they dont deserve the business.

Lovely, large store for all your Canada Goose needs, conveniently located relatively near one of the main entrances to the Prudential Center / Copley Place mall. Parking is always challenging in Copley Square, but this location is very close to the MBTA green line Prudential subway station. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. Personally, I dont like the Canada Goose brand because of the goose down and fox fur, but this is a good store.

I bought a very expensive coat at this store for my Mother-In-Law for the holidays. In the excitement of opening her gift, the Canada Goose tag fell off. We went to the store a few days later to exchange it due to the sizing being wrong. The employees at the store were extremely condescending and rude as was the store manager when we tried to exchange. Ultimately, they told us because the tag is missing we can not exchange the brand new coat. Mind you I had my paid receipt and bag etc from the original purchase just a few days earlier. I understand that they have a return policy for a reason and ultimately, it is at the store mangers desecration if they want to accept a return with no tag, but the way they treated my wife and Mother-In-Law was horrible and shameful.

All of the sales associates are super helpful! I had a couple of small rips and tears in a vest that I have had for a few years that I have totally abused. I brought it in to the store and the sales women warrantee the vest and sent it back to get fixed no questions asked. Well I was in the store I bought a new vest the sales woman helped me pick out the proper size and helped with a cool color.
The employees were outstanding in helping me find the right coat with the right fit. Double checking for certain requests upon certain products, I ended up purchasing the chateau parka and it was well worth the investment.
You will get better service at Target or Walmart. And the jackets will be better organized too. I literally know more than the employees at this place and have just started looking at this brand. They employees will walk by you and not even pretend to care. You would expect so much more from a store selling parkas for a grand. You will wait 20 minutes to get in the store, and another 20 in line trying to buy something. Good luck!
My husband got me a jacket and I was unsure on color. When I went back the staff was helpful in allowing me to try on additional colors. It was already purchased but they still took the time to assist me.

Wanted to return a coat on a Saturday night. Probably only 5 customer in store and no one was at the cashier. I just need to drop my coat off, didn’t even need an exchange- just need 2 mins. But the staff at the door told me to get in line for the return. So absurd.I would recommend people to go to saks or Neiman to purchase. Believe it or not, those department stores have more colors and sizes available. Plus, no absurd wait time or attitude.
Purchased a coat October 2018, the coat was stained called the store they said it has a life time warranty. Sent the coat in they cleaned it and returned it, set the stains in. The warranty said that they would replace pieces if necessary. Called them again, now I have been on the phone six times and you wait for 20 minutes. They said they would send me a return label that was August 14th 2019, today is 9/24/19, and I am still waiting. The customer service is horrible.
The average rating of 3 should alarm the store. Perhaps they think the jackets sell themselves? The service was poor period. Guys, go to Nieman Marcus or Bloomingdales for better service. Things dont stay hot forever. Once everyone has one it will be just like Polo.. And just like Polo, you get sick of the logo and want to rip it off. By then the sales ambassadors will be applying for jobs at fast food chains.
Boston location is only 4 stars. NYC store has more assortment, variety and options for 5 stats.Brand and quality of goods are 5-stars. Knitwear is very impressive too and highest quality/design.I was one of the first 20 people in the store on grand opening day on Black Friday 2017 and appreciate the brand quality for durability and technical features.Bought a great medium-weight Hybridge Perren Black Label jacket in November that I can use 4-5 months each year. As well as the Vancouver Hoodie and Galloway sweater.

Went to purchase a jacket at the Prudential store. Decent service but was VERY disappointed when they didnt have medium size in one style we were looking for. For a high end item, the store should carry each size for all styles. Seems like a simple thing, especially when you have to wait in line to get into the store!
Really unfortunate this store is still selling down and fur. There are so many synthetic alternatives to coats nowadays and this cruelty should no longer happen. Look up how Canada Goose produces their jackets to see how animals are treated.

We went to the store last Thursday and worked with Jasmine. Since Saturday and Sunday are tax-free days, we decided to come back on Saturday. We were told that they open at 9:00am. And Jasmine promised to hold the jacket for us. We went to the store Saturday at 9 (because we need to catch a flight at 12 at Logan) only to find that they open at 10. By 9:30 we finally got someone’s attention by knocking on the glass door. Manager came up to the door. After we explained the situation, she offered no apologies, calling this a “human error” then shut the door on our face. And by the way, Jasmine never hold the jacket for us. This is a high end store. The jacket we are looking to buy costs $1,000. We really don’t deserve this poor customer service.
I would also give them zero stars for their customer service if I could. I ordered a jacket online and went to it pick up in the store. Multiple employees ignored me and never asked if I needed help. However they did ask other customers whom looked as if they were going to buy something. I was actually going to buy more items while I was there then changed my mind.I gave this jacket as a gift and once the recipient heard about my experience they are planning on returning the jacket.Like others said youd think a business selling $1,000 jackets would have better customer service.
Bought a Chateau Parka from them. I did not check every part of the jacket for defective at the store because what could go wrong with a 1k price tag jacket right? Wrong. The inner pocket zipper stuck and cant be un-zip. The jacket doesnt have any tags (price tag and product description tag) attached to it. Could be a floor model or returned used item? Not acceptable for that price. Will return it and never go back to that store.
They were displaying red jacket right in front of the door, I went in to see and check it out. I don’t know how you buy things but the “sales reps” came in and asked me not to touch it. I suggested they should place something that tells customers not to touch it. I will perhaps never go that store ever, because of the policy or the people they have. Could also be the sales rep. who was kind of meaner, it was just a jacket and usually I do not touch stuff that I am not interested in. I am very disappointed “not my kind”
Horrible. We called the store and all calls are forwarded to some far away land of know nothings. Was told I had to email the store to check stock. It has been 5 days. Nice jackets, stupid policy and horrible customer service. Actually a joke. UPDATE... IT HAS BEEN 15 DAYS AND I GOT ONE ONE EMAIL WITH NO ANSWER AND AN EMPTY PROMISE. Totally marvellous.Akeem and his college were super. They reserved the coat for, and when I went back it was still on reserve.In the end I wasn’t sure, Akeem spent his time with me, till I found the coat I was happy with.So when I got back to England Akeem had sent a thank you card, thanking me for choosing Canada Goose.
I went there with my family and I went to buy jacket. They couldnt find the jacket color I wanted so when they went in the back to find my color. In the process of trying to find my color they gave us Voss Water. I ended up not buying a jacket but I was really happy with the customer service!

Honestly I would give them 0 stars if I could. The jackets are great but their customer service is horrible. I placed an order online because the store has no larges and barely any other sizes that aren’t small. I ordered online while in the store and then while walking back to my car noticed that Saks has a way bigger selection of the same jackets. I found the one I wanted so I tried to cancel the order. Turns out you can’t actually cance an order once it is placed. So they took my money and now I have to wait until the jacket is delivered and then I have to pay to ship it back. I called customer service and they said they can’t do anything about this. I literally placed this order ten minutes ago and they can’t just stop it. It hasn’t even been processed yet. You would think that for $1000 jacket their service would be better but this is atrocious. Every other retail store let’s you cancel an order. Will not be coming back here. If you want one of these jackets just go to Nordstrom or Saks.
I have never dealt with worse costumer service! I ordered mittens, that never came and they are not helpful at all refunding or replacing them. I tried to call Boston store and was transferred to online store, who told me that they dont have Boston store number! How is this possible?! I would never buy from their website again!0 STARS!
I bought my Emory parka at Nordstrom and the button fell off within days. They didn’t carry any more to replace it (they said they’d be happy to) and to call the prudential. Just got off the phone with them and they were terrible and rude. I spend $1,000 on a jacket and I need to send photos, file a formal claim, and THEN send it to them, then THEY send it to the headquarters which he said would take 4-7 weeks. He refused to let me speak to a manager after I asked kindly and did not care for giving me a good experience. Nordstrom after said they have a tailor nearby they can call to have come into their store and offer to repair it for me which is amazing. Canada goose’s policy is terrible and the employees are very rude.
Well, the worst store you can set foot in!!! The worst service ever!As I was trying sizes to choose between, they gave away one of the sizes and they only had one size of that product! So at the end I could not purchase what I wanted as a matter of irresponsible staff.On too of everything the supervisor/store manager is very rude and not helpful at all, even though I could not buy what ai wanted because of their error they acted as if it was my problem. If you can by what you want online do not go to the store.

Canada Goose has some of the most well thought out products on the market— comparable products are nobis, moose knuckles, mackage, etc.The store has some cool features, like a cold room that can help simulate how warm you can be. Unfortunately, I went to the CG store to make a purchase this weekend and wasn’t helped even though I was in store for over thirty minutes. I asked for help and was ignored. The staff tends to cater to tourists but not locals. Well... thank u, next!I ended up buying a competitor at a similar price point because CG showed me that they didn’t want my business. Plus... it looks way more stylish than a CG.If you’re not a tourist, I highly recommend going to Saks/Nordys/Neiman/Barney’s etc to buy a Canada goose if you must have one. If not— mackage, nobody, moose knuckles, and moncler all have comparable, if not better products with superior service at a similar price point.
I really liked the experience everyone was very nice. The employees asked me if I needed help once I walked in the store. The only issue was that there was beanie that was worn multiple times and they didnt have any more of the beanie in the same color. The hat is still ok. We also got free Voss water and yes Voss dose taste better than tap waterI have no idea why yall are complaining like what I said employees are nice and useful.

DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE COATS. The price point is not worth the quality. My coat is less than 60 days old and cost over $1300, the zipper broke and the store wants to take it away from me for 4-6 weeks so that it can be fixed rather than exchanging it for a new one. Its literally 0 degrees out and the coldest day of the year. What a joke.

The management team at this store has the mindset of, you guys are going to wear our brand regardless so why should we care about our services you are still going to buy a product from us so it’s whatever type of attitude 😤
