Not someone with high standards for a suit but my experience with Indochino was deeply disappointing. During the fitting process, the in-store rep inquired if I wanted a pattern on only the inside pocket of my suit jacket and vest, which I found to be a unique request and agreed. When the suit arrived, the entire lining was covered in this pattern instead. See photo.I communicated my shock to the store. After a week, the assistant store manager Jonny placed the fault on me, advised there was nothing they could do after I had signed the dotted line upon placing the order, and simply told me to enjoy the wedding. The disappointment I have is not just with the suit but also with the lack of service and support I received from Jonny, the Vancouver showroom, and Indochino in general. Once the suit and my payment were made, Jonny and Indochino showed zero interest in whether I was content with their product or even if I would wear the suit.Unfortunately, when I visited the Vancouver showroom again after it arrived, Jonny made little effort to find a solution and instead looked for ways to turn me away. I explained that it was not something I could wear, but his concern was with the cost and inconvenience I would potentially cause Indochino and he refused to look at the suit.If you are looking for a custom suit, I’d recommend making the investment at a store/company that shows interest in your satisfaction with their product and service. Would be happy to update this review if I do receive any real support or assistance but two weeks on, it does not look promising.

There is no number to call to communicate but instead only a chat option. There is no refund option all because these are customer suits which I understand but my suit came from China with a promise of arriving in 2-3 weeks but instead it was almost 4 weeks.I would not recommend ordering customer suits at all, especially if they are coming from a foreign place.Do better indochino.

I went in and prior to placing an order for 2 suits, made it clear that I needed them before a certain date. I was told the suits would be delivered in 4 weeks rather than 2-3 weeks because of a busy time. Which is completely understandable and still fit the timeline.However, we’re at our deadline it just shipped from China… now I’ll be stuck with 2 suits and shirts that I have no use for.Complete waste of time and money.Thanks Indochino, I will definitely not recommend to anyone I know.

The staff was amazing and extremely knowledgeable - Sonny walked me through the entire process and took my measurements in a timely manner without feeling rushed or pressured. I have had or been a part of 3 experiences with this store. With every experience, the suit came terribly off-measurement and had to be adjusted. Better to just buy off-the-rack and have it adjusted.

Ill let the photos speak for themselves. The measurements were based off the measurements from their staff. I got new measurements done. They remade the suit. Still had problems but then other covid-19 problems delayed my responses to the for the 10 day turn around for alterations. They only gave me 10 days. It was too far out. So Im paying another $200 to get the suit altered. Will not use them again. My suit is going to cost me $900 in total after alterations and its made in China. I have a suit made in Canada from Ted Baker that was $800. Too bad they are bankrupt. I asked for the vest to be remade as it didnt fit. They said it did and that the lining would match my remade suit. I also bought a tie (not shown) that would be the same color as the lining. All 3 linings are labeled Burgundy but they are 3 different colours. I asked their staff to confirm at a showroom and they were unable to do that since covid. Its ok for them to delay responses from covid but I cant be delayed for the same reason. It took 2 weeks for them to say they couldnt find the lining colour in house.I highly recommend that people consider using a local tailor. It will cost about the same in the end and you will get better quality wool and be in control of your suit. Im going to have to buy a suit off the rack for my wedding now.

I decided to order a suit through Indochino and have my fitting done and alterations at the Yaletown location rather than attempting the measurements myself. I placed the order online with my measurements loaded into the system.The whole process made me feel very important throughout, starting with the initial fitting that had infinitely more attention given with Desmond and another gentleman being great at making me feel at ease with all the changes by spending more time with me adding pins everywhere we agreed on for my desired fit for my wedding suit.I received the suit about four weeks after the order was submitted which is what I expected given the posted timelines and other feedback I had seen online, but I planned everything well in advance just in case as its out of anyone locals control what happens..When the shipment arrived, the suit jacket and vest fit great, the shirt and pants needed minor alterations so I booked another appointment and was assisted by Zandrew who was great to deal with too - just minor darting needed on the shirt and lower pant leg a bit hemmed more and tapered.. overall they were a very close fit and definitely wearable but why not ensure Im 100% with everything when they offer tailoring and it is a quick fix.I was very surprised with how great everything fit even before the alterations and am very happy with the outcome and the quality of the product. I purchased a luxury line suit on sale that now fits perfectly that I paid about the same as a cheap off the rack suit that wouldve needed excessive tailoring to look even comparable.

Phenomenal customer service! It was my first time getting a custom suit and, despite not knowing what I wanted or what to expect, the whole experience was very friendly and comfortable. I am very happy with my suit.

Would give this place and experience a zero if I could. Absolutely clueless young staff with no customer service skills. We went for a wedding fitting and there was no introduction to the Indochino concept or process, knowledge of their product, or eye contact period. We’re well dressed normal people who were willing to spend money on an entire bridal party, and they treated us like it was a burden that we were there.

THEY WONT HONOR THE WARRANTY!Ordered vertical stripe, suits came as horizontal stripe.Tried to get it fix, but CSR told me off.Raise issue with Better Business Bureau, now they told me to go in to the store and see what they can do.The rep say the suits matched the fabric on display. Of course if you turn it side way it would! They wont fix this.So in short, unless youre an influencer with lots of followers, i think their product warranty does not really apply to you.even when it is an obvious screw-up.The staff is very nice and want to help but they just have to follow their evil corporate policy.

Getting a suit here is a wonderful process.The location here is well lit and everything looks clean and fresh. The staff were very helpful right from the start and welcomed me and my groomsmen. We looked around and our guide helped us choose a suit colour that would work well for what we wanted. He explained all the details clearly and helped us make decisions when we were having toruble.Once I went to get measured Nick was very friendly and made good banter with us. He was prompt and did everything in a timely manner. He also explained what he was doing along the way to help explain everything to me and help me understand the thought process.One recommendation I do have is to make sure to book and appointment and plan for at least an hour. Overall the experience was painless and I am excited to get a custom suit.

My husband and I were skeptical about their service from reading their reviews, but wanted to try anyways. We took advantage of their Black Friday sale. Booked appointment online, went there early and they helped us anyway. The guy was nice but not too patient with all the customizable details that we had questions about. And he was keen on a certain colour and made it sound like its the only choice for the latest look. Suit took less than a month to come and most of it fits pretty well. We just have to book another appointment to fine tune the details.

Let me start by saying Im not the most knowledgable about fashion or suits. (Im just not passionate about it) So when I came to Indochino to prepare for my wedding, I was not looking forward to the visit.Thankfully Joanne was at the store to help! She was super knowledgable, would answer any and all questions (no matter how naive) and took extra time and care to present plenty of options. In the end helped me pick items she knew Id look good in and styles I was comfortable with. A charcoal suit, a vest, and two shirts!A week after I received them, the suit and best fit fantastic and I only needed some slight adjustments on one of the shirts. Those changes were done at no charge!If and when you book an appointment, request Joanne! Especially if you dont know what you want, shell help!

Great experience. Ive now ordered a total of 8 suits from these folks and have always found the quality to be very good and the turnaround time from ordering the suits to receiving them is very short.Ive gone to their physical location in downtown Vancouver on several occasions and the staff there have always been great. I wear a suit every day for work and Indochino is the only place Ill buy them from.

Terrible quality suits from cheap material imported from China - after buying two premium suits after 6 months one of the suit pants ripped. Even after acknowledging their product quality being below expectations in this instance, the response was to offer another pair of pants to me at a discounted rate, rather than reimburse or replace because the warranty is ONLY 10 DAYS (which says it all in my opinion). Dont waste your money on this companys lure of branding/marketing...there are much better products (and customer service) elsewhere.

I dont know why it took me this long to finally go here! I saw Sam for a consultation and fitting and I highly recommend this. She was patient and not pushy at all, great approach to everything. As long as the suit arrives as promised I will be adding to my wardrobe often.

Ive bought several suits from Indochino. For a tailor made suit, I think their pricing is great. So are all the ways in which you can customize your suit. What really sets them apart for me is the commitment to getting everything fitting just right, even if that means multiple alterations or even a remake. I always ask for Gerald in the Vancouver showroom - he is excellent.

I went in to the Yaletown location to get fit for a couple suits. Went through reviews to see who was the best there to see. Gerald Cruzs name comes up very often and always had exceptional reviews so I called to book an appointment with him. He spent an extraordinary amount of time helping me pick materials, options/features on my suits and shirts. Above and beyond my expectations. Is incredibly helpful in the selection process which of course is important. He spent lots of time measuring and explaining what he was doing so you really felt involved in the process. He was very meticulous in his measuring. I cant wait to get everything. I would definitely recommend that you visit and ask for Gerald. You wont be disappointed!!

I recently had my first experience with Indochino. Overall it was an amazing experience! I was helped by Jonah Rose. From start to finish he was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable the entire time I was there. Very impressed with him! I will be using Indochino in future for sure!

*revised*Indochino was kind enough to offer me $75 in an alterations credit for me to get alterations externally, 4-stars overall for good customer service!Unfortunately after two suits from Indochino, I won’t be coming back because the fit is good... just never perfect even after performing alterations. Further, the fits are inconsistent and alterations usually take weeks.The suits are good for the price ($400-$600) but I think I’d rather spend more elsewhere for a better fit and higher quality wool.

Gerald was friendly, professional and gave appropriate recommendations at every step based on my specific needs for the suit. Measurements were precise, and he gave reasoning for every tailoring decision. I felt like I was getting treatment at a super high end luxury menswear store, and would definitely recommend Gerald for any MTO suit needs.

He knows the product line like his finely combed beard and is a real enough fella to know exactly what you want.The store is exactly what you youd expect from a high end made to measure suit store. No BS, functional with clean lines. Great team environment too. Harsh asked another tailor for a second opinion on a number of aspects of my suit and I felt like the whole company was behind making this suit the best one ever.Harsh put his personal spin on the sales process moments after I left the store as soon as Id parted with a bunch of money. He hollered at me from the street to tell me that I can at least walk away with a pocket square. What a winner. Cant wait to get the finished deal.

The Indochino experience has been excellent from the start. Im hard to fit but Jonah at the store was extremely helpful in selection of fabrics, options, and doing measurements. My visit to the store was on a Saturday and the suits arrived 13 days later! Thats as fast as buying off the rack and getting alterations done. The initial fit is excellent and will only require a few minor adjustments. Overall Indochino completely exceeded my expectations!

I made a spontaneous decision to buy a suit with under a month left in Vancouver, and after reading some reviews I decided that Nikhil was the man to see. Calling it luxury brand does not make it so. Service and quality is what makes it luxury. Got pants hemmed for my son, they did not bother to press them. White shirt has some kind of stains looking like watermarks in multiple places. Hard to notice while trying it, but clearly visible in a well lighted room. Expected way more based on how they marked themselves.

I have purchased two previous suits from Indochino over the past 9 years, but this was my first visit to a showroom to be measured and order. Jonah devoted about an hour to me, didnt rush me (even though I was struggling on which navy I wanted to purchase), and I ended up with a suit that is both me and fits great. As having a bit of an awkward body type, I have always appreciated Indochino, but having the help of someone who knows what their talking about when it comes to the options makes it even better!

Booked an appointment to have my measurements adjusted from my original at home version. Appointment booking and confirmation went smoothly. I was on a tight layover in Vancouver and needed to get this done within a set time. I dealt with Adrian, he was provided excellent advice and consultation throughout the process. A great business model. But I was a little underwhelmed with the execution. Staff seems to be paid on their looks rather than their execution. In the tailoring business I expect passion, expertise and precision.but instead I felt like I was visiting some college students just trying to pay the bills.In the end I received a somewhat ill fitting suit. Will be taking it back to them for a few alterations. Which I have heard they will do gladly.I do see a lot of potential in the business and would love to but more suits from this company, ideally. There just needs to be a larger emphasis on hiring qualified Employees

I went to Indochino after looking through selections at several other stores and not finding anything that fit my style. I called them up and even though it was late in the day and I didnt have an appointment, Joey was very kind and assured me wed be able to find something that fit my preferences. They were quite busy, but I was helped out immediately and quickly started to feel like they had many different options that I was interested in. The selections of colours, fabrics and customizable options went well beyond my expectations. Mariam was incredibly competent, kind and professional, and patiently took my measurements and helped me customize a suit that fit my particular preferences exactly. I walked in stressed out, without a clear idea of what I was looking for, but left feeling like I bought a suit that fits my style perfectly.

Discriminatory Customer ServiceDiscriminatory customer service at Indochino towards a female-identifying customer. The staff were inattentive, rude, and failed to offer support or assistance even when we asked for their help and advice. We were extremely disappointed, especially in comparison to my experience shopping there as a gender conforming male. My friend felt discriminated against because she is a woman wanting to wear a men’s dress shirt. She felt ignored and minimized, which prompted sad memories of other similar incidences. Her experience at Indochino left her feeling depressed and sidelined by society.I reported this via Indochino’s ‘Contact Us’ page online and received a template-like ‘sorry’ with absolutely no acknowledgment of the gravity of what took place or any offer to rectify the situation. I am entirely unimpressed, will never shop there again, and will actively discourage others from doing so.Our advice: Go to Harry Rosen for amazing customer service! Le Chateau staff has also treated us well.

I went there to get custom shirts as off-the-rack shirts always have sleeves too short for me. Adrian was really friendly and professional. After taking my measurements he explained to me what are the different customization items I could choose from, and make me take advantage of their great deal (5 shirts for $319). I went online to decide the fabric I wanted, and I returned to the store a few days later to finalize the order. Easy!

Really disappointed by the service provided on my recent visit. I have been a repeat customer at this location (bought 3 suits over the past 3 years) and had an unpleasant encounter with the manager Natasha. Long story short she was both dismissive and standoffish and did not make me feel valued nor respected as a customer. I still need to come in to pickup my reorder (after 4 refits...) but rest assured I will no longer be buying anymore from Indochino. I know you guys could care less about my business but I hope you can take my experience to heart and improve upon your service in the future...

Kelvin and team have been epic with their customer service. I have just ordered suits 3 and 4 from them only two months after I ordered my first two. Incredibly pleased choosing them to tailor my suits. And timing on delivery was impeccable on the first two. From order to my hands in 2 weeks (usually takes up to three weeks). I have been researching of the rack and adjust or made to measure for a couple months. I finally made the decision to make an online appointment at the downtown Vancouver location. Great Experience! I was greeted promptly and offered coffee and water. Zachary was there to escort me through the process. He made it fun and comfortable. he would gave insight and, when I asked, appreciated personal opinion. The whole process was a great Experience and I will recommend it when I try the finished suit on.

Ask for Zachary he was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and really made the experience. The only thing I didn’t like which was a big one was that the website modeled suits are in a studio and the lighting in them I guess are very bright so the actual fabric in the showroom doesn’t match it it’s a lot darker so the suit I actual wanted was way to dark but Zach took his time was able to help me find another great suit.

Booked in for measurements and a custom suit - was very pleased with the experience with my tailor Ryan. Very low key, but knowledgeable and passionate. At no point did I feel pushed or pressured. Looking forward to seeing the suit in a couple of weeks!

Great experience. Booking an appointment was easy, can be done online. Nicholas, the person who helped me, was friendly, attentive, and informative. The store itself was clean and well spaced and lit. The only thing I would change was there were a couple staff members who were yelling across the store to the clients they were helping which didnt come across great. Overall a great experience Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced suit of quality.

I’ve been a loyal client since I had my wedding suit made with Indochino in 2015. I’m an every day suit wearer and my wardrobe is now almost entirely Indochino shirts and suits.That said, after a bit of a saga that started in March, when I had gone in to the showroom to replace two pairs of pants that had blown out, the Showroom Manager Harsh has made everything right. Two new complimentary suits later (after 3 remakes as part of the saga) they fit beautifully and I just ordered an overcoat. Can’t wait to receive it in time for winter!

I visited the Yaletown store to get a suit for my wedding. From beginning to end, Harshdeep was nothing but a pleasure to deal with. He listened to what I wanted and also gave great recommendations to make the process stress-free. The suit arrived and fit like a glove! Im happy with the suits and shirts I ordered. Shane and the rest of the team were helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process.I had a tight timeline on some alterations needed and they made sure my suit was ready to go. They were quick to respond with any emails or phone calls, and I found their level of customer service is ultimately what won me over.I have now ordered two suits from Indochino ( one fire my wedding and one for my best mans wedding), and I found the more recent fitting was more accurate. Im happy with the fit and will probably order a suit through Indochino for the next wedding.

So I went to get 2 suits made for me a few weeks ago, the greeter was nice and I was helped right away, the person who helped me, Joey, was great and helped me decide on choosing a Navy Double breasted suit and a gray check double breasted suit, I got measured up and I was out within an hour which was great; so three weeks later my suits came in, they both looked great and went I put them they felt great, except, the sides were a tad slight and the arms were just a little short(for a MOTM suit, its expected need a few alterations) but overall just minor things that are easily fixable. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would most definitively be coming again

The experience of going into the store to get fitted was great. I connected well with the salesperson fitting me but the timeliness of the suit being delivered was very underwhelming.The suit came a few weeks after the order was placed but it was not the fit you would expect considering you got measured. The jacket seemed like it was off the rack as it could fit another person inside and the pants were 3 inches too short.Do not shop here if you are expecting a suit in a timely fashion as alterations are almost guaranteed and are slow in store (4-5 week turnaround, mine is expected to take 6 weeks) and only a $75 limit for out of store alterations. This will make my whole process of getting a suit around 2 months if not longer.

Great experience. The entire staff was good. I was helped by Gerald for the appointment. I have bad hearing sometimes and kept asking him to repeat himself. He still didn’t get impatient/upset with me for doing that. Definitely recommend him for future appointments.

Wonderful experience doing my first custom suit fitting at Indochino. Jonah was helpful and super patient... even stayed 40 minutes after closing to help me with my indecisiveness. The suit arrived and looked great. A couple further alterations need to be made, but are covered free of charge.

Great service. Great people. I was incredibly nervous about getting my first suit, as I have never worn a suit without feeling like Im playing dress up. Luckily the people that worked there made me feel super comfortable and made me feel good. Totally going there again for another suit!
