I love the brand and clothes. More times than not though I am followed around the store for absolutely no reason at all. Being followed around a store isnt a fun feeling for a customer who likes to shop without someone breathing down their neck. Please stop making your customers feel uncomfortable.

Agree with other reviews. Staff needs some training in customer service. Very rude and not friendly.

One of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had, I was being helped by a young women. She was very patient with me and gave me great suggestions for a gift for my niece. Everyone was an overall joy and were all so very helpful.

Germano was the best!! He was helpful and patient and gave us great advice on buying the perfect jeans. Very happy customers here!!

The staff here is terrible! White male has a bad attitude and a male of color is just too much! You need new staff won’t be returning

Love this store so much!! The service is extremely friendly. My boyfriend always buys his clothes there. Two months ago I was buying a t-shirt for my boyfriend. But I wasn’t sure how would it look on him. So the manager (who appeared the same body shape as boyfriend’s) tried on all the t-shirt I chose. Haha! Very very nice act! Ended up buying two t-shirts for 60$. Pricey but it’s worth it! Also, the girl who helped me out was very nice.

They could have a better selection and not have everything overpriced for no reason at all. at least make the illusion of a sale going on or something lol

Not the best selection and their price reduction policy is horrible. I bought items less than 14 days before a sale and got nothing back. Also, since the store has limited selection, most things are shipped to you and while they say it takes 3-5 days, it took a week or more for all items I bought from this store.

Pay $200 for a pair of ripped jeans
