I cant justify this 1 star they are getting. I never review anything, I just got tired of businesses getting away with awful service and no one says anything. I tried to tell everything these people put me through but I guess you cant write a novel when you rate these people. Theyll cancel your order and sell that same thing for double the price and then not even send it for weeks. Plus they act like you are bothering them, if you order from them do not call them wondering if they are going to send you your order that you purchased a week prior. They will throw a tantrum (its true) and cancel your order because they hate theyre customers. Do not try to communicate with them and wait a month or two when they finally get around sending out it. They are a nightmare to deal with. I really wish I could have bought more but I cant give the money I work hard for to people who dont care about their customers. Sad, they have cool stuff, doesnt make you a good business though. I hope that answer this review like they did others, I tried calling, emailed them, Ive never had to deal with a business like this. I would love to hear their excuses

Yikes-This place is terrible.only 1 and 5 star reviews.... something fishy going on with this vendor. Why bother risking your money here when there are more reputable people in boston or online. Usually wouldnt recommend Amazon over a small business... but yikes...

Saved my Christmas. Went above and beyond the call of duty to get me the exact toy I needed. I looked like a superhero but the truth is I was just lucky to have found Beantown Collectibles. Great company with awesome service.

I want to buy a few things from this business but unfortunately i cant get in touch with anyone. i first thought they were a store because they have a storefront picture on google. i drove 30 minutes to be lost and not able to find the place or anyone that knew of its existence. i wanna give 5 stars because it looks like they have some really nice vintage stuff but no communication!!!
