What a great place to go for glasses! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Skarlen who is one of the employees. She took her time with me to help me find the right new pair of glasses and helped with any and all questions I had. She was so helpful to me and the prices for the glasses were incredibly reasonable compared to other places in Boston! After buying a new pair and lenses, I even brought and old pair back to update my lenses and she helped me with that too! Would highly recommend and Ill definitely be back whenever I need new glasses.

They canceled my appointment with no notice. I found out when I showed up to a dark office and a locked door. I’d received an appointment reminder that day. Went down to the store where they said “oh, someone was supposed to call you.” They did not. I called another eye doctor from the sidewalk and *that* place got my $1500 for an eye exam and 2 new pairs of glasses. I will not return to For Eyes.

In keeping with all of the other gushing recommendations, if you are researching where to buy glasses, close your computer/phone and proceed immediately to see Gary and Dr. Frank. Beyond great price and knowledgeable service, these guys are understatedly delightful. The saddest part of my experience was leaving....having preferred to hang out for the day instead. Really great guys....really great product....really great service....really great price. Like I said, close your computer and go!! :-)

Dr Frank is a good doctor and a great guy! Very reasonable and always willing to help the customer. I needed to re-order more contact lenses and the staff had no problem placing the order. Usually other doctors try to force you into another appointment. Great service

This is the only brick and mortar retail store I ever go in. Seriously. I buy everything online -- from groceries to clothing to whatever. I cant stand going in a store. I tried buying glasses online through multiple online eyewear stores. None of them could get my progressive prescription right, never mind that they never fit properly. The Team at For Eyes is attentive, smart, kind and knowledgeable. If the arm on the glasses gets too lose or falls off, I just pop into their store and they fix it while I wait. Moreover, I enjoy the time I spend with the staff. I hope For Eyes treats their team well because they are literally the face of the brand and the companys biggest asset. Thank you for all your support!
