Dr Cope, Casey and Patricia are an amazing team. Dr Cope was very patient with me while she checked my eyes. She made it a very positive experience. Casey helped me select a pair of glasses that people stop me on the street to ask about. Patricia took her time adjusting my glasses until I was comfortable seeing. SEE Eyewear is the absolute best in Boston!

We buy all of our glasses from this store. Great sales people who find just the right frames for your face, and give honest feedback. They have fun frames for every taste and for a reasonable price. The delivery is quick! Got to love a good all around eye glass store!
Have been to other See stores, Chicago ( for many years) and San Francisco this was not the first time I’ve been here and somehow expected different service. I gave them another chance since I’ve loved my glasses and always had great service. But not this store. Not sure if I wore my invisibility cape but that’s how much help I got. Won’t bother with them again.
This store is a great—one of my favorite places in Boston! The staff offers exceptional customer care (from great style advice to figuring out best payment options) and the selection of frames is fabulous! The limited edition collection offers something for everyone and the frames hold up well. Ive worn glasses my whole life and this is the first shop that makes shopping for a pair a true pleasure. Do yourself a favor and stop in!
After visiting numerous eyeglass shops I found this little boutique, and also found the perfect pair of glasses. Not only did they have a big selection, they were very courteous and the prices were very competitive. I will definitely use them or future purchases.

Run away. Frame collection includes a good number of v attractive designs. Run away anyway. I dont know if it is a prob w the entire corporation (suspect it is, but didnt stickbaround for conclusive proof) but the Newbury St Boston location has been so amazingly incompetently managed that I wouldnt go near the place if shopping for glasses.Weve had to return glasses three times for incorrect lens grinding. Cancel prepaid orders for failure to deliver after 12 or more weeks then wait 7 months for refunds from corporate. Drive 40 min each way + pay $20 for parking when told glasses were ready for pickup when they werent - twice.The frames look great. They are overpriced & not worth a moment of the nincompoopery with which one must tolerate to get a finished pair of glasses. So run away. Run TF away.
Dont go here.Its been more than a month since I ordered my glasses and they arent even fitted properly. I cant believe they tried to charge me extra for this debacle. The service is heinously incompetent and the shop is greedy and apathetic. Im never going back and neither should anyone else.Heres what happened:1) I place my order for a pair of eyeglasses, get told it may take 10 business days.2) Two weeks later, someone calls me from the shop and tells me that my glasses are ready. I rush over there, excited, and then the same person I talked to on the phone spends 20 minutes looking for my order. Then I get told the optician isnt in to make adjustments and fit the glasses.3) The next day, I haul myself back and get them fitted. That night they feel horribly uncomfortable.4) The very next day, the nosepad arms break off.5) I go back to the shop again and they have the nerve to try and charge me for the repair. I yell at them and they eventually waive the fee, and they say it will only take a couple of days to get them repaired.6) Two long, full weeks later, I get another call that my glasses are ready. I specifically ask them if the optician will be there to do a fitting. They say yes, theyre here every day.7) I come in, and get told the optician isnt there AGAIN.Completely egregious.
People are very nice.good price for eye contacts.Products arrives very quickly and they will call you.
Returned to have lens replaced after UV-coating failed. Paid for new lens and promised a 3 day turnaround for me to drop off frames and have new lens, which would be made in advance, placed into frames, and then completed glasses send back to store. Glasses were not even shipped after 3 days, finally shipped on day 4 and arrived after weekend 6 days late. Asked store to keep me informed of status - I had the flu and did not want to go out in the cold - but never heard from them either by a call, text or email (I gave them all my contact information and asked them to keep me informed). I called them every day, and they had to look up my order - like it was a burden for them. Finally picked up my glasses 6 days late, store was empty, so not sure what the staff does. It surely is not focused on customer service. I gave it 2 stars only because the glasses are fine. As for the customer service, etc., my recommendation is to try one of their competitors.

This place has to be the worst place Ive ever been, I had such a terrible experience at this place. I mean I dont even know what this place sells. Your service was the worst in all of America, I really dont recommend ever coming here! Also there is no costumer service, the other reviews must be bots.
