Chipyard has tasty homemade cookiesThe Boston Chipyard is a place that sells homemade cookies. The types of cookie are chocolate chip, chocolate chocolate chip, walnut chocolate chip, macadamia chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin chocolate chip, and peanut butter chocolate chip. For anyone who is a fan of mint, they also have mint chocolate chip cookies. It’s located at 257 Faneuil Hall Marketplace in Boston, Ma. It’s on the side of faneuil hall of Dicks’s Last Resort. I indulge in my sweet tooth for a dozen homemade cookies. The dozen cookies were a mix of chocolate fudge cookies, oatmeal raisin chocolate chip cookies, and chocolate chip cookies. It was only $7 dollars. The cookies are delicious and homey. The cookies hit my taste buds. The chocolate chip cookies were the best. They were chewy, and each chocolate bite melts in your mouth. The oatmeal raisin cookies were really good too. The oatmeal ones were a perfect balance of oatmeal. I will go defiantly go back for more cookies!
Tastes good but there need to be lot more chocolate chips in the cookies in my opinion.
Delicious cookies! Will definitely patronize this business in the future. The gentleman that I dealt with at the counter also had a very pleasant demeanor.
Literally Toll House Cookies. Not worth it, and not even warm.
The cookies are always fresh and delicious. The perfect treat.
Cookies are always fresh and warm. The guy greets with a smile and always has a kind parting word. Two thumbs up!
To die for. Best cookie around. PERIOD!!!!
I absolutely love The Boston Chipyard This cookie company is located inside Faneuil Hall right next to the center of the courtyard inside... Dana, the longtime manager of this establishment really is the best... He makes the cookies (or cookie dough) just to your liking... I enjoy their cookies pretty regularly when Im visiting Boston. I highly recommend stopping into the Boston chipyard to enjoy a few cookies for yourself.
Yummy fresh baked cookies 🍪 a must try place!
Not only are the cookies amazing, but so is their service. A few weeks ago I visited the shop. The experience I had exceeded my expectations. I ordered a dozen cookies and the manager to my surprise gave me fresh cookies from the oven in a tin that he took the time to shine. His Remarkable service has made me a Raving Fan!
One gets variety of fast food. Good place to sit and eat before embarking on a journey.
Best chocolate chip cookies, their banana cookies are awesome. Great place to check out for desert in faneuil hall
This is usually a staple of my visits to Boston from Australia. Today though I was greeted by what I can only call a condescending person who seemed upset by life. I asked for clarification of the prices which looked like a bother to her. I then asked for a tax invoice/receipt which she could not produce. I dont recall ever being denied a tax invoice / receipt before when buying cookies. I went out of my way to come here as I do on every trip but I may try the van up the road and see if they can produce a receipt.
Update your hours
Behind the cutesy name is a simple, quick and effectively good cookie stand which sells mini cookies of all sorts at the reasonable rates of 6 for $3 or a dozen for $5.Theres seven different cookies to choose from: classic chocolate chip, chocolate chocolate chip, walnut chocolate chip, oatmeal raison chocolate chip, peanut butter chocolate cip and mint chocolate chip. The staff is very quick and its very hard to resist the smell of those cookies... that you can smell... throughout the entire area. Each cookie I had there was very tasty and baked to a golden yet moist perfection. Great for sharing as well as they arent much bigger than a US dollar coin making for a great on-the-go snack or pick-me-up.Oh and did I mention that you can mix-and-match your cookies? Sweet.
Just sent these to my dad for his birthday. He says they’re amazing. Only issue is there was no indication who sent that. May have been my fault, but if you’re sending as a gift ask them to indclide your name!!
Omg.. these are simply delicious. The cookies, though small, are extremely fresh and flavorful. They have a number of flavors including peanut butter, macadamia nut and white chocolate (my favourite) and banana chocolate chip. They are reasonably priced and reminds you of your grandma! :)
Omg the cookies are so delicious. Right from the oven. The staff is great
From the moment you walk by, the sweet scent of their cookies will stop you in your footstep and make you mouth water, and even if you have the strongest will ever possessed by a man, you will not be able to resist their amazing cookies. By far the best cookie I have ever eaten.
Like the later hours, as its usually still open when the Quincy Market food court has closed.Sometimes I get cookies that are still warm but often not. Thats okay, as I love their cookies.
Been coming here since I was little. Friendly service, cookies are alright, but depends on whos baking the cookies on the day you come to this place as the cookies can be crunchy, chewy, or both depending on preferences. If you are in need of a snack or simply looking to take some cookies home with you, then I recommend this place.
Buttery and delicious cookies. Best if you can get a fresh warm batch which is fairly often. A bit pricey as far as cookies go but I guess that just prevents you from eating yourself to oblivion.
Good place and great selection.of food.
These are the worst cookies I ever tasted. I thought the other reviews were sure about how great the taste was. A complete waste of $14 Fudge and traditional chocolate chip. These dont even taste like cookies, or maybe the baker that day did a half job on making them. Should go back for full refund!
Wanted to buy one cookie just so i could decide if i wanted to buy more....i was told you cant buy just 9ne. So easy.....i bought none.
Excellent cookies-- always fresh and a huge selection. You can get a mix of a cookies for all tastes. Reasonable prices for such a touristy area.
Cookies are delicious, but the service was so rude I won’t go back.. We did give them 2 chances but the service was bad both times :(
The Chipyard, despite its touristy location, offers the best cookies in Boston. They are always fresh and flavorful, and the mini size lets you try all of their flavors, from chocolate chip, to oatmeal raisin chip, to chocolate chocolate trip.
Looking for a taste of Boston to take back home because the clam chowder wont keep? Too tired to trek to the north end for some pastries? Doing the tourist thing and need food for the trip back? Get these cookies!
Amazing cookies, the best i’ve ever had
The cookies I bought were over cooked, had an awful taste, and tasted old. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SMALL, CHEAP cookies. There are so many other places in Faneul Hall that actually serve fresh baked goods! Im not going back to the Chipyard.
Cookies were good but totally overpriced. Dont waste your money.
Love these cookies so freaking much. A MUST go to anytime I visit Boston!
Awesome place love the clam chowder
Mediocre cookies.
Warm buttery cookies, grab on the go, so good.
