I love their cookies. Also helps that theyre open pretty late. They have everything-cookies, ice creams, brownies and more. Its the real deal. Id recommend the triple chocolate chunk cookies and their snicker doodles are also good.

The cookies are to die for !!!! It was just a great experience eating them, they are just the right amount of chewiness with the right crunchiness on the side. We bought a variety. We ordered online but staff was so great that one of the cookies wasn’t there so they called us to ask us to replace it and they arrived in a decent speed. Thanks guys !

This spot was the only late night dessert open in the area and unfortunately wasn’t the best. Cookies are good, but the store is awful. We have been hung up on three times while trying to get in contact with the store about an order that we placed and never got delivered. Our tracking information has been stuck on “baking” for way too long. Their phone line intro is way too long as well. We don’t care to listen to a whole list of options. We just want to talk to a human being.

This was my first time getting cookies from here and it did not disappoint!! Both girls working at the counter were lovely and very friendly. They quickly boxed up my cookie selections, rang me out and even after a 15 minute drive back to our hotel the cookies were still warm and delicious, would absolutely get cookies from here again!

Ordered cookies for a meeting at work - they never showed up and no one answered the phone when I called Insomnia. So, I wrote a message to their customer service, and they offered to send the order to us for free, as an apology. That ordered didnt show up either. We wont be using them again.

Been to this place 3 times and all three times I was disappointed. Each time I’ve made my order online I walk up a few min earlier and always get told they are being made but each time I’ve tasted them I was not pleased as they tasted stale and hard. You are definitely better off getting the big 5$ bucket of cookies at BJs or Star Market🤷🏽‍♂️

First time going and I was very impressed. Went there after my son was released from the hospital to bring home some cookies. I asked for some gluten free cookies but they said they werent made just yet. But they said they would make a batch right then and there for me. My daughter raves about this place. So one day we were in town and drove right by it so she asked me to stop. After perusing the menu I was struck by how high the prices were for a cookie. But my daughter assured me that it would be worth it. So I bought 6 cookies for me and to share with the people at home. Plus some extra special$$ cookies for my daughter. And on this day we were both disappointed. My cookies were over cooked, crackery and dry. I only give it 2stars because of my familys testimonials including my wife concerning previous visits.Overall crazy prices for sub par cookies. At least on my visit.

Walked over to the store at 61 Bromfield street and started to walk in. Was told by an employee inside that they were taking a 30 minute break and kicked us out. They proceeded to lock the door. I rarely write reviews and due to the terrible customer service I felt this was worth the time.

Ordered online (Grubhub), made the payment, the cookies never arrived. I ordered way before closing time (1:50 am) and the order was supposed to be delivered by 2:20-2:30 am. When I call the restaurant at 2:45 am to check on the food, they tell me that they cancelled my order without even informing me and I had been waiting for my cookies for an hour. Very bad experience, will never order from them again.

Best cookies in the north east. If you don’t agree then prove it. This place is fantastic and the people that work here are very helpful. If they ever seem like they are grumpy or rude please give them a chance they have to deal with a line that goes outside and down the street just about every night. I would be very tired and edgy too.

Unbelievably cool employees. Sooooo many people hyped up insomnia cookies saying “it’s the best cookie you ever had” and it 1000% lived up to the hype. $30 for cold cookies and disappointment? No thanks!I ordered the Chillax Pack last night for my girlfriend, her sister, and myself. The Chillax Pack is supposed to be 6 cookies plus ice cream! The ice cream would be perfect for my friend who is gluten free and just had her wisdom teeth taken out! After the app insisted I give the driver a 35% tip before he even did anything, I placed my order. Waiting... waiting... waiting... 45 minutes later, my order shows up.... there are only cookies and no ice cream. When I asked the driver where the ice cream was, he said You didnt order any. If you have an issue call us, just before jumping back into his car and speeding off. After calling the number, I quickly realized I shouldnt have bothered because its a general number for every Insomnia Cookies in the country that just plays hold music on repeat.After that experience last night, I think Id rather bake my own cookies from now on... Overpriced disappointment is what I got instead of the ice cream I ordered.

I ordered a 12 pack & 2 specialty cookies at 10:30 tonight. Around 11:30 the tracker still said “Baking” so I called the number listed to check up on it. The woman who answered was very nice and helpful, she said my order had left the store 5 minutes before I called. Lo and behold, 2 minutes later my order arrived! Very happy with both the customer service & the products.

Employees at this location wore no gloves, my cookies were cold, and was charged for someone else’s order and got a “refund” and then paid for my actual order and never received my actual refund. Please get this location in check. Have employees that actually care and want to be there. Customers should get what we are paying for. Please do better.

The worst possible experience, their cookies are great but that’s about it. Be ready to wait 2+ hours for your order to be delivered, and rude staff who provide horrible customer service. Wanna cancel your late order? You’re out of luck, the order is already “on its way”.

We went in today to get some cookie ice-cream sandwiches only to find that both employees were not wearing masks. If this wasnt an establishment that sold/made food I probably wouldnt be so concerned but it is a serious health risk. Also the other employee was on what seemed to be a personal phone call, swearing, and talking loudly all while up at the register (and not wearing a mask so spreading saliva on the customers and anything up front). This establishment sells food sanitation and safety protocols have to be held to a higher standard because its going to go into peoples bodies.

I give them 4.5 Stars for sure. I ordered an amazing, tasteful and warm Deluxe Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup cookie. It was about 11:15 PM on Thursday, after enjoying an amazing evening with my daughter at a Music Venue, The 1975 at BU. It was her suggestion and desire, to walk and get some of those famously delicious cookies at Insomnia Cookies It was a wet, well worth 40 min., round trip walk for sure. Also, because, when we got back to the parking lot at the college, there was not a dreadful line of traffic waiting upon us. The only comment I wish to make, and know from my own experience is; The more pleasant and welcoming you are to people, no matter what your selling, is an invitation that welcomes them back for another visit.

Horrible. Not sure what is going on in this Kenmore location, but it sucks. How do I order a ice cream sandwich and a big’wich and I have to assemble them myself? I didn’t pay for my items to be done myself. Cookies are not even soft like they use to be. Unorganized, masks not worn by one employee correctly, online order did not notify that they were out of a certain product that I ordered until I went to pick up my order. Lines out the door and down the street for a good 30 mins. Never coming back. Oh not to mention I never got my refund from my last visit .

I will always love insomnia. Insomnia is the best however their prices are a little outrageous to be honest and the price for the milk is absolutely absurd. Other than that the cookies are amazing but seriously consider lowering those prices.

Its really cool they are open so late. Its fun to take a late night trip to get warm, gooey cookies and milk. They were absolutely delicious, the only con is I found them to be a bit pricey, but its worth it for them to be open so late at night!

Literally the worst service Ive ever experienced from a delivery place in my life. At 9:39, my friend and I ordered a box of 12 cookies and a strawberry milk from the Kenmore Boston location. Around 10:35, we had still not received our order and so I decided to call customer service. The woman on the phone informs me that my delivery was marked for pick-up. Mind you, I had triple checked my receipt, had checked off ASAP delivery, and marked to pay with cash on delivery. She tells me that she can change my order to delivery, but it would take a while to come to me as the store had only one delivery driver. I sympathized and told her that I would wait. My receipt said my order would arrive at 12AM. After contacting support through the app over the next hour and a half, I called again at 12AM to be informed that the delivery driver had still not come back, but when he would he would be taking the order out. This is after almost an hour and a half, and the delivery driver had gone out at 10:18 right before my call. She also informs me our order was fifth on a list and there was no guarantee for when exactly it would be delivery. We ordered this and started this ordeal at 9:30PM. I explained to the woman how ridiculous this was, to which she was extremely rude and clapped back with Im trying to help you understand. I ended up cancelling the order entirely because I was literally not waiting up any longer for this delivery. This is honestly some of the worst customer service Ive ever received.

Cookies are amazing!!! I tried their brownie the first time and the second time I went I got the cookiewich, they both were incredible. They are so warm and soft, they just melt in your mouth! I would definitely would suggest eating here, especially if your craving a late night snack. The drive here is worth it! Staff is friendly and nice, even at 2AM!

My friends and I ordered cookies at exactly 9:00 PM. At around 10:00, we began to wonder how the cookies were doing, so we checked the cookie tracker- which stated they were still baking. I called the number listed for the Kenmore branch on the Insomnia website, and was told that they were walking out the door with the cookies now. At 10:30, the cookies still werent here. I called again, and was told that they were now just leaving the store, which confused me because I was told just 30 minutes prior that they were leaving. At 11:20, still no cookies. I call again, and am now told, from a woman named Karla (Carla) that the cookies havent left the store, and that the store was backed up on orders and understaffed. I asked her if I could send someone to go pick up the cookies for me with my order #, to which she said yes, and that she would call the store and let them know someone was coming. 15 minutes later, I sent my boyfriend with the order #, and he saw the line was out the door. He walked up to the front, and was rudely turned away and told to go to the back of the line, even though Karla (Carla) had called the store to let them know he was coming. I called again, spoke to a kind man, who offered to give me a refund (which hasnt hit my account yet), a coupon, and told me to send a complaint to this email address. I woke up this morning with 2 missed calls at 1:00 AM, who turned out to be from the Insomnia Cookies driver. It is ridiculous that I had to wait 4 hours, expected to still be awake and want the cookies at 1AM on a Monday morning. The fact I had to play phone-roulette 5 individual times to be lied to the first two times, and then finally hear at 11:30, that my cookies I ordered 2 hours prior havent even left the store yet is ridiculous. I love Insomnia, but this whole experience has made me extremely hesitant to order from the company ever again.
