Very convenient cosmetics store. Good people at the register and ok prices. Some customers can be rude for no reason. Most of these customers go to this store to buy their wigs because of an abundance of alopecia in this ghetto neighborhood. Customers shouldnt mix their personal insecurities with business and other customers needs. Just when we get a decent business in the hood, people still act irritable towards people. At least try to act kind to the other shoppers.

Great prices on hair products and all the wigs you ever wanted

This place has EVERYTHING and the prices are great. My friend told me about this place and I finally got a chance to check it out.The owner didnt seem to be in a good mood this morning🤷🏽😒First impression, lasting....10 stars for store, 0 stars for first impression from owner, 10 stars for the young lady that acknowledged me and 4 stars for the owners daughter.

I give a 3 star because when they are wrong about a situation they will never refund you your money and they argue with you about it and its very unprofessional

First and foremost, this beauty supply store is over priced and simply over crowded. I purchased passion twist for my hair and used 3 out of 4 packs. I didn’t open the remaining pack and I had a receipt to show proof of purchase. Additionally, was not told that all sales were final upon purchasing... I went to return the pack of unopened hair to the store and was told I couldn’t exchange the item. What made matters worst was the attitude and the unwillingness to rectify the situation. I will NEVER purchase another thing from this store again. They do not appreciate business and are not up front about their exchange and return policies! Do not buy anything from them!

They used to have poor customer service, but have improved dramatically. Store is a bit crowded, but almost guaranteed to find any hair and product you need.

Plenty of products for fair prices. It was the first time I was going over there. The cashier faced some racism from a customer who was waiting in line but the cashier stayed professional and ignored.

This is the only beauty supply store for me ... They always have what I need ... And are very informative I definitely recommend this location

Terrible customer service. Owners encourage you to buy more hair with the promise you can return it with no problems with receipt. They do not inform you that you have only 3 days. Terrible business practice. I think especially now in these dark times to treat customers that way that have been supporting your business. Never again will I support this business. Will be sharing this information with everyone I know in my community. If you pay with your hard earned cash it should be returned.

Post Covid: Stood in line for almost an hour outside the store. 1 customer at a time can go in, but you cant browse. You tell them what you want from the doorway and they go get it. There are 5 or 6 workers there ... I just feel they could help 4 or 5 customers at a time. The only reason I waited was because I *really* needed my item.Pre Covid: it was a great store with lots of options and good customer service.

Initially when I walked in. NO ONE said hello...or how can I help you. What turned it around for me was the attendant that walked into work about 6 or 7 minutes after me and spent an hour with me. She discussed hair, shared reviews from other customers, etc. They have a great selection thus the choice to go! She was the sole reason this experience was as good as it was.

This supply store is large with lots of verity of hair, but I would check prices as a worker told me one price and the product had another price I would have paid double. I would say to the owner price is very important when shopping and prices should be on all merchandise.

Because its conveniently located on my route to get my hair done and they seem to have a plethora of products that are pretty good

They have a good selection of hair but their customer service is the worst!!! Never going back there! All of their employees were having personal conversations at decibels the customers can hear. They dont mind using inappropriate fowl language. Their mouths are like sailors. They look at you and roll their eyes if you ask for help or ask for their opinions. Then the master/manager accepts this behavior as professional. I wouldnt go there again if it was the last hair store on earth!!! Also their charging $2 more on everything! I checked it out and compared prices of the same hair in other hair store.

Went in to grab a wig for/with my aunt. Large selection and the lady helping us was super helpful. As far as bad customer service, I guess it depends on the day because the lady that helped us was great. Im only taking away a star because even though you can SEE what you are looking for, the store was super cluttered and boxes were everywhere. They also have a great selection of any hair supplies you can think of. Ive never been inside before today but I will be back for sure. Keep up the great work guys.

Four stars i give to the girls in the back. The people who own the place are never welcoming. I always feel like they only care about the money. The older woman in the front ALWAYS seems so mean. ⛄ I understand work can be fustrating but she really needs to lighten up. I was looking for some Lioele products when I came upon this store. I called ahead of time to make sure the products were in-stock and they were. When I went to get them, the sales person was really nice and helpful. This is like Asian products heaven in a chic place. Plus, she gave me tons of samples. I know people say that online is cheaper, which is true but considering the shipping price, I say its pretty even. I cant wait to go back and stock up on some more!

Probably the best place to get hair, super affordable high quality hair, so happy I decided to stop by, customer service was excellent,helped almost immediately and I managed to find everything I needed with their help in their colossal selection of beauty items.

My favorite local quick stop for hair needs.Big selection of wigs,weave and hair supplies.Only thing is its pretty cluttered, its a pretty big size store with nice displays of some jewelry some with lashes and ECT. 4 stars for the boxes of clutter but all in all a great store.

If your a black customer prepare to be looked at and followed like a criminal, they will have you leave your bags at the front. The place is over crowded and what turned me off was the raid spray they had in the front. Clearly the place is infested with some kind of bugs or rodents.
