My daughter Fallon from Fallon in the City and I absolutely love Sephora on North Street. The employees are super knowledgeable about makeup, skin care, teeth whitening, hair care, and so much more. You can sign up for points and get free gifts when you stop in. It is a fun place for my daughter to try on lipsticks. They will also do your makeup for events!

Awesome staff! Best place in Boston for guys needing that special something for the ladies in our lives!!! Got a Rituals spa kit for my mom....this thing is so beautifully packaged it almost doesnt need wrapping paper!

The store itself is awesome like all Sephora stores... The staff is as expected, polite courteous, and extremely helpful. Theres this one worker named Bianca. She rocks, she literally made me feel like like never leaving the store. Shes why Ill return and continue to buy there

Great place to shop. Really busy part of the city. Some the employees were not too much help or very welcoming, but the ones that are good, are great.

Got a free foundation mini-makeover service with Cassidy (I think?) and it was great. She made sure she was using a product that fit my skin type and tone. Everyone was super nice and my skin looked great.

A good, solid Sephora. I think the one in the Prudential is a bit more well-stocked, but this is in a nice, foot-traffic heavy area.

Very nice and clean store with and excellent assortment of choices for colognes and more. I love cologne and purchase many bottles annually. Recently I have added Sephora to my list of places to go check out scents and make some addtl purchases. This time did not fail, I went in with intentions of trying and buying a specific scent and in the end left with a completely different product and was extremely happy. The staff was very friendly and not pushy at all. They even went as far to compliment my choice with positive reinforcement. I will be back!!

Stopped in to check itout very nice large selections of the everything that most others have little of good mens cologne in the back and service is very generous good. Mixes in nicely with the rest of fanueil hall if you are around come in and hey have everything and good prices. Just not many gift sets. I found a fragrance I may return for. And have 3 of those that one only reason I didnt purchase was undecided but was interested. Highly recommended!

Ive been to so many Sephoras and this one was horrible. I was in there for a good 20 minutes and no one ever came up to me or asked if I needed help. I had several associates who just looked at me and walked right over. it wasnt until I was trying out some hair products one really nice associate with red hair from the hair section asked if i needed help. I was trying out some foundations and wanted some samples to try as all foundations oxidize on me. I walked around looking for an associate and again had them just stare at me and walk right by. I went back to the nice lady with red hair from the hair section for help and she called over someone from the color section to help give me samples. That associate acted liked it was such a chore to help me and then the samples she got for me only had one drop of product in them. Barely enough for one application. I would never come back to this store.

Been into this location a few times to find something quickly or return items purchased in error and the sales associates have been so super friendly, helpful and accommodating!

Ridiculous prices for those used to drugstore cosmetics, but the quality reflects the price, and the staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Got me set up with a foundation thats SOOO much better than the stuff Id been using and eliminates the concealer from my routine to boot! Also got a bronzer thats perfect for my skin tone... and smells like chocolate 🤤!LGBTQ+ friendly too -- I know some folks might hesitate to walk in here for fear of being judged, but after several visits I can assure you theres nothing to be afraid of. I suspect if you *did* encounter an issue, management would *want* to hear about it!

I was never treated more rudely than in this Sephora store. I understand that they are in the hub of a tourist trap but I was watched, followed, and asked if I needed help more times than I could help. A manager accused my friend of using a lipstick and not the tester and just to avoid a further scene and to spite her rudeness I bought the damn lipstick. Dont go here if youre a person of color!!!!!

- Didn’t have a lot of products other Sephora’s have.- The employees were nice and helpful, but had to be found standing around before helping out.- I wanted to be color tested for an item they didn’t have and I had to explain the color test to them.

[Got great make up] staff is always friendly and they are great when it comes to trying the products and asking for samples. I bring my own brushes so I know how it will look at home.

The store was great, in the prime position and offers a wide range of products. However, the staff were unhelpful and acted all arrogant like Hello small customers, I AM WORKING FOR A BIG STORE. If you dont like my attitude. Go somewhere else. I am getting my pay anyway.

I had a makeover done by an associate Vanessaly. She did an amazing job. She took her time and asked me way I was looking for. She was able to answer all of my questions.

This is my second time here! But today my friend and I are very unhappy! I didnt know why the checkout man had such a bad attitude when we were counting money! She didnt even say hello! And just throw it on the table! I doubt youre sure were going to be guests? And when we left, she settled the back guests, her attitude a hundred and eighty degrees! Its polite to say hello with a smile! I dont know why she did that! Because we are Asian! ? I dont think Im going back to this sephora!!! (shes a woman with orange hair.)

This location and staff has tainted the entire brand for me and I will never purchase again. This staff wouldnt even look your way if you didnt look like your next shop was Saks. They had no idea what products to suggest..poorly informed. They need to be trained on the products and in customer service. It was a nightmare can switched from three sales people who just asking very basic questions. They did not try problem solve issues with the beauty insider account. A waste of almost 1000$. I will take all cosmetic and skin care purchases to Macys now in downtown crossing because at least they dont act bothered by your questions. Shallow disgusting customer service.never again. Dont come here unless you like throughubg away money on products you werent aiming for.

Pretty good layout but pricey for most part

Great store but some stuffs are really unhelpful. I approached and asked whether she is available for me to ask questions. The lady looked really annoyed. Other than that, it is clean and nice layout.

Got so much personal attention and help from Sephora skincare consultant! And then got complimentary skin care treatment that left my skin glowing and so much brighter. Much prefer Faneuil hall location over Cambridgeside galleria, which I used to attend previously.

There was a Facebook video circulating about the Color IQ. It looked so helpful and an awesome concept, I was so excited because I had an upcoming trip to New England, so itd be the perfect thing to try! For one. A wait list would be smart, someone will find you isnt very thorough, no name, nothing. 15 mins someone approached me asking if it was me, I said yes. She didnt even tell me her name. She puts the machine on my face, names off a number, pulls up something. Tells me Dior is the way to go. I explain what I use now, trying to figure out if Im using correctly for my skin type, and she just shoots down what I use because she personally doesnt like full coverage. I was just really disappointed. I had high expectations and it wasnt even slightly met. Also, my friend had a mini makeover, and the group of employees next to her were discussing how bad they didnt want to be working and that one was going to be sick tomorrow.

Wandering around with tons of employees trying to ask for a rec and everyone either walks away or talks to their coworkers. Also the store was almost empty of customers yet there was a line as there was only 1 cashier. What a joke. Go to the one in the prudential center, their staff actually help.

This branch is alright. It holds more than youd expect. However, I went in one day to ask about the deal of the day offer on their board outside and the staff I talked to had no clue what I was talking about.

Not as big as the Prudential Center store, but definitely my favorite. From the easy layout and convenient location, to the huge assortment and the AH-mazing salespeople, I loved the entire experience. I felt welcome and understood from the moment I walked in the door, and enjoyed learning from ladies who didnt talk down to me or make me feel bad about my lack of knowledge (you know that feeling). Highly recommend!! When they offer more natural brands Ill gladly give that 5th star.

I shop at Sephora a lot to say the least and spend a minimum of $300 each time I visit. Staff at this location were busy gossiping and made 0 effort to acknowledge the existence of customers in the store. I fumbled around trying to find the product I needed myself for a while, but really needed help. I eventually approached two of the staff who were entrenched in gossip and asked for help. One woman wouldnt make eye contact with me and pretended she was busy when I asked for help. Eventually one woman agreed to help me, she knew very little about the product I was asking about and tried to sell me something completely different. I eventually found the product myself using their ipad device. I had a parallel experience when I tried to ask a question to another staff about foundation on the other side of the store. I love Sephora, this was my first and only bad experience. Product selection is good, store is clean and organized as expected. It was a weekday when I visited so perhaps the staff were complacent.

Small store, walked through and no one offered to help me until I was ready to walk out the door...😕

Brought my gf here for a surprise make-over session. Got there early (beat the traffic I thought I would hit) and they were super accommodating!The whole team was super friendly! But the part that impressed me the most, was how educational they were during the whole process. My gf isnt huge into makeup, and rarely treats herself with such; but lately has wanted to learn more and do more. Throughout the whole process, they not only explained the products, but how best to use them. She was so excited and came home anxious to try new techniques.I also want to mention the great selection of mens colognes available here. I wont lie, Sephora didnt pop into my head first when I thought about cologne for myself, but after this visit, it definitely will be.Last but not least I want to thank Bianca and Letty (so sorry if I misspelled). But they went out of their way to make my gf feel so comfortable throughout the process. Even going out of their way to style up her hair a bit, as they knew I was taking her to do a surprise photoshoot afterwards. I cannot thank them enough!Its unfortunate I live in Worcester and cannot frequent this store more often, but best believe whenever were back in the area we will pay this store a visit.Thank you so much again, and continue the great work!!!
