I hadnt done my brows in over 15 years but my eyebrows were looking unruly. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with threading she did a great job without taking too much off--as I like my natural shape. Would highly recommend especially for young people so they dont mess up their own brows.

I’ve been coming to benefit for several year for my brow wax and tint and I can’t get enough! Katrina and Sara have offered great customer service over the years with product recommendations and helping me when I had a reaction to the wax.Today, I was serviced by Imane and she was so nice! We talked about what I was looking for with my brows and we had great conversation while she worked. My brows came out amazing as usual. I can’t recommend the Benefit bar on Newbury street enough you won’t be disappointed!

I come here literally once a month for a brow wax, tint, and lash tint. Every employee is exceptional, professional, and sweet - but once I had Sarah I haven’t booked with anyone else or gone to any other salon since. She makes me look like a supermodel every time!!! I look forward to coming in. 10/10

I scheduled a threading service. Talked about what I wanted my brows to look like and felt comfortable there. You do get them threaded sitting in a chair in the store where other shoppers are walking around, but that didn’t bother me.

Sarah worked on my eyebrows and now 2 days after wax and tint my eyebrows are still red, swollen and hot to touch as well as stinging. She totally burned me with the wax (see pictures below). Even makeup won’t cover it up (see one of the pics below) For my lashes she left gaps in them I had to just go elsewhere to get my lashes done because she didn’t do a good job at all. Definitely do not recommend this place. I should of gotten a full refund!

I went to the Benefit Boutique to have my brows tinted and threaded for the first time in a year, and Im so happy with the results!Sarah was so personable and made my appointment enjoyable, and she shaped my brows beautifully. Usually when I get my brows threaded, I ask for just a clean up and shaping... but they always come out too thin. I was SO happy when Sarah showed me my brows, she did exactly what I asked.I will definitely be returning for future appointments!

I booked an appointment with Molly because she had so many great Google reviews, and now I can confirm them! Not only is she a fantastic aesthetician (both my brow wax and tint turned out perfectly, and the waxing barely hurt at all), she’s super personable and friendly and made the 30 minutes fly by.

I had an excellent experience getting a brow wax here. Heather was very friendly and professional and she did a great job on my brows. She listened to what I wanted while also taking into account my face shape/structure and I was very happy with the results. I will be back!

Molly is AMAZING! I am never letting anyone else touch my brows again! I got them threaded and tinted and I am in love with how they look. I was nervous because I’ve had bad eyebrow jobs done in the past, but Molly was such a pro. She helped me pick out the best color for my brows and shaped them flawlessly. She is so sweet and kind. Molly was also so knowledgable about the benefit brand as well, she helped me pick out some products that are totally elevating my lash and brow game. Can’t recommend her and this Benefit location enough!

It was my first time going to a benefit cosmetics store and I think it will be my last. I made an appointment for eyebrow tinting only but I had decided that I wanted to get my eyebrows threaded as well. I did not made changes to the appointment since I thought it would be ok for me to get an add on service right there. However, when I went in the store & told the aesthetician that I wanted to get my eyebrows threaded she told me she couldn’t do it because she has another customer right after me(as if my appointment didn’t matter). We went back and forth as to why she couldn’t do it if tinting only takes about 5 minutes and threading takes 10 minutes minimum but she then finally told me “okay, just sign in and take a seat” ok.. I proceeded to sign in and take a seat and I could already tell that she was feeling some type of way about me adding another service. She began to tint my eyebrows which I found it odd that she would tint first before threading but I went with the flow. When the 5 minutes of the tinting were up, I looked in the mirror and it looked like as if I haven’t had anything done to my eyebrows & I asked her about it and she said that it will darken throughout the procedure. Ok. She then moves on to thread my eyebrows, first of all, I have 3 years threading my eyebrows, and today felt as if it was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded; it was hurting so much, somehow my hair was getting in the way and tangling with the thread which was hurting even more & something that has never happened to me previously. At this point I am already frustrated because my eyebrows aren’t looking like the way I expected them to look & it is hurting. At the end, she asked me if I liked it and I just continued to make faces of disappointment and she asked me if I wanted her to touch up my eyebrows with an eyebrow pencil which was a shock to me because I am paying for a service that it is supposed to replace the eyebrow pencil for couple of days or even weeks. Everything just made me more and more disappointed. If I knew I needed to do a touch up myself with an eyebrow pencil I wouldn’t made an appointment for this service, I would’ve continued using my eyebrow pencil at home. Also, this is not the first time I get my eyebrows tinted and I never had to retouch my eyebrows with the eyebrow pencil for weeks when I go somewhere else. It is more disappointing to me because before booking an appointment I went through google reviews and saw that Molly has received a lot of great reviews and I went ahead and booked with her, but I was truly disappointed. I honestly did not like the end result or the service I received overall.

I swear by this place! I see sarah and she is so nice, personable and professional. Everything is very clean And not rushed. I won’t go anywhere else for my eyebrows!!!

I’ve been seeing Heather for years at this point and she is the only person I’ll let touch my brows. I travel from the North Shore area just to see her. She is truly the best at what she does. From start to finish she makes you feel special and understood. She will make any adjustment needed to make you feel comfortable through any process she is doing. I’d like to note that I get my brows waxed and tinted. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to take their brows to the next level! :)

The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. The boutique was clean and followed Covid safety procedures. Sarah H does a fabulous job, I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted, they have never looked better! I can’t wait to go back(did I mention that I commuted over an hour to go there? They are THAT good!)

I ONLY go to Heather for my brow tint and wax! She truly is magician. She always matches my brows to whatever I am changing my hair color to ☺️. I was feeling like some lashes today and Heather took the time to squeeze me in, educate me on how to apply at home etc. She is just overall excellent and I really enjoy seeing her every time I come in to get fabulous brows. Sarah H is the only person I trust with my brows. After some less-than-great experiences DIY-ing and getting them done elsewhere, I found Sarah, who completely understands and flawlessly executes my vision. She is truly the brow queen, but amazing at general waxing as well. Newbury St is quite a hike, but I enjoy making a fun afternoon out of it every time I go!

Went and got my eyebrows waxed, tweezed, and tinted by Molly. She was very professional and listened to exactly what I wanted and worked with me. Love the results and was overall a great experience. Will definitely be coming back regularly!

I visited the store for an eyebrow wax and was impressed from start to finish. It was clean and very covid secure, I felt reassured, safe and very welcome. After determining what I was wanting Heather did a fab job of waxing my eyebrows then showed and demonstrated to me different products to use to define my blonde brows. I wanted to see how the products felt and wore throughout the day so Heather wrote the information of each item down for me so I could would remember the items if I did decide to buy them later.I left the salon feeling groomed, glam and very well looked after.

Heather is a delight. I’ve been getting my brows done by her for a while and she has a talent for making customers feel remembered and respected. Waited half an hour, they got dye on my clothes and over plucked my brows :-( didn’t tell me how much a switch made during service would cost, and for my ruined sweater and bald brows I paid $110. products generally nice but please just do your brows at home!! not worth the trip or the money.

I went here explained what I needed dark brown eyebrows, I am a natural blonde..They were NOT right from the beginning. I expressed my displeasure and was told if I don’t like it come back in a few days and they will fix it! Yah right!! They do not look good at all!!

Best brows in Boston. They did my eye brows exactly how I wanted them. The aesthetician did a thorough consultation and touched up my makeup afterwards. I left with great products and a new look!

Service was great! I just wish the employers focused more on not only their customers sanitation but also their employees health. I went 4 days before the new year to get pampered as everyone else does and the woman who did my service was consistently coughing, sneezing, clearing throat! Common sense is to send the sick employee home! When I called the next day due to NOW being sick for the holidays the mgrs response was “ I apologize we are not doctors” . Very unprofessional of Management.. ( Newbury St location)

Nataly is the only person who has ever done my eyebrows (I kept my bushy brows untouched until I was 26) and nobody else will ever touch them! Such a friendly staff and I love the perk of a free wax on your birthday.

Havent done my brows here but the staff is excellent when it comes to helping choosing the correct cosmetics for whatever look you are trying for

The woman who shaped and threaded seemed nice enough but when I was transferred to another woman to do the makeup she instructed her to keep it basic which made both of us visibly uncomfortable, it was rude and awkward. Im sitting there surrounded by women who have paid for the same service who are being pampered, and because of this womans assumptions was in and out in 5 minutes looking no different than any other day. I tipped them both, I think because I was in shock. You ladies need to get it together and keep your judgements and personal assessments to yourself. Perhaps ask the customers what theyre looking for instead of being insulting.

They always do a fantastic job, but make sure you have extra time - they always run late.

This rating is just for their brow tinting service. Basically, they use some sort of vegetable oil based tinting and when I washed my face that night, it seemed like I got nothing done so it was a bit disappointing.
