Call before you go, they close early in the evenings.Not an authorized retailer for SkinCeuticals products (I verified with the company), only reason I called is because the sunscreen didnt have an expiration date which is mandated by FDA.Went to return the sunscreen and they charged me for it again, then argued with me about it, only double checking their system after I had to show my bank statement, no apology for mistake or attitude.Cant say this is a professional team.

Highly recommend this sweet spot in the heart of Bostons blossoming Seaport. Tess Webb is an incredible service provider and the citys go-to Esthetician with a gentle approach and deep knowledge on product and treatment offerings. Lucky to have Tess and her dedicated team in our neighborhood.

Tess is a miracle worker. My acne became so bad in the last year, with giant painful cysts along my jawline. I tried antibiotics, birth control, topical treatments from the dermatologist and, after nothing worked, I signed up to start Accutane in a month. I tried seeing Tess as a last ditch effort and was SO happy I did. Within two facials with Tess they were gone COMPLETELY. My skin hasnt looked this good in years, and I finally feel confident in my own body (adult acne sucks). Its been two months now and still no new acne, and I owe it all to Tess!!!

Bluemercury at the Seaport in Boston is AmAzInG!!!!!!!! The Team that works there are EXTREMELY attentive. The Professionalism that I dealt with while visiting was completely awesome. The Team knows all about Guest Service, and they spoke to each product that I asked more about. I had a facial that was TOP NOTCH by Tess..... The Jo Malone Lime Basil & Mandarin scent surround diffuser is totally worth the money - it smells awesome. ***** Five Stars *****. I asked for the store manager to compliment him on the staff and the look of the environment. Sean Powell CUDOS to you!!!!!! - Bluemercury is blessed to have someone who cares like you do about all aspects of the business. The team that you are managing is also blessed. I hope you all have as much fun at work as it seemed the day I was there. You all get my vote....I will be back no doubt! Its all about guest service and youve got it hands down.

I absolutely love Blue Mercury in the Seaport! The staff is very helpful and if you would like to try a product, they are more than happy to give you samples to test them out. I have been going here to see Tess (shes the best) for my monthly facial and am always happy with the results. For those of you who are curious - I get the microdermabrasion and extraction facial. My skin is AMAZING! I ALWAYS get compliments on my skin from work or when I am out. When I do spend a night out in Boston, I only wear concealer, bronzer, and am able to skip the foundation (yes, ITS TRUE)! Im in my 30s and I have oily combination skin with pigmentation but after the facial, I have smoother and clearer skin. The service here is great and its definitely worth the money!

UNIMPRESSIVE Eye Brows Tweezing FOR $35. BEWARE: waxing will me MORE $$$ (despite the menu of services said $25...which is expensive as well for what it is)Just got my eyebrows done in this place and am quite frankly disappointed as it is too expensive and quite unimpressive result. The girl was nice - thats why the two stars and not one - but everything else was too disappointing. Was going to try their facials but I guess I will take my business elsewhere since I am REALLY unhappy with this charge. Wish they told me it would be $35 before...I would have never agreed to this.

Tess has literally changed my skin with her facials. I went to never leaving my house without a full face of makeup to cover my acne and blackheads to never wearing face makeup and always getting compliments on my skin. I honestly can’t even believe it. Tess simplified my skincare routine and totally healed my skin with her regular facials
