Continuously daily parked on the bike lane. Shame for CVS. Their drivers also are idiots.

The man in the blue jacket, I believe he is the ASM or Manager. He’s a shorter bald man. He was incredibly rude. I was doing self checkout and he interrupted me. He came up and started to tell me how to use the checkout, when I, myself, have worked at CVS before. He took my debit card without permission and swiped it for me. I also saw him a few weeks later at the Starbucks across the street. He cursed out a barista because she didn’t know his drink by heart BEFORE he ordered it. I talked to her about it. She was a minor. He cursed out a child and she was very upset. Will never shop at this CVS again with that vulgar man around.

Filled a prescription the lady said 25 minutes and I asked if it could be expedited as I was in a lot of pain. I could tell they were busy but they filled it in 5 minutes which I really appreciated, being in pain and all. I forgot my credit card too and they called me straight away saving me a trip. Thank you to those pharmacists wish I knew theirnames!

Pharmacy staff excellent. Very cordial as well. Like this CVS very much. Customer service is key here.

Just to sign for a prescription, CVS forces me to OPT IN to their promotions. There is no option to opt out. Instead, they opt me in and then PRINT instructions for me to phone CVS. I get an automated system that doesnt understand marketing preferences, outreach preferences, etc. I finally get in queue for a representative ... and they are closed.This is CVS not treating customers as customers but instead preying on them as a herd of revenue-producing beasts to be manipulated. This is one of the most blatantly cynical approaches to promotion that I have ever seen. This campaign is actively destructive to the CVS brand.

Photo id taking with no solid white background and the manager blame on the printing matching says this is what they do and ask me to deal with it. Everyone told me CVS has better photo taking than Walgreens and now it’s not! The pictures are blurred because the person who took it had shaken hands. The printing machine cannot print color right and they dont even bother to fix it!

Went to change a product instead of asking for money back, due to the fact that I didn’t have the receipt (this is advertised word by word in their website). A very rude bold guy repeated as a machine “not without a receipt you can’t” even when I mentioned the fact that THEY advertise it. Never coming back to this branch.

I always go to CVS to buy my makeup, but today the cashiers told me that I cant touch o look the makeup, that I just gotta buy it and if I dont like it bring this back.. I think they racist from the moment that I got in there she was behind me all the time.. idiots
