This place had some interesting products I observe when my wife and daughters were exploring. I dont know much about soaps bath bombs facial scrubs or whatever else I read, but they appear to have a better local market rather than commercialized. Make up your own mind and give this place a try.

Great place, people are nice! Super expensive, but considering the items are handmade, and its on Newbury street, what can you expect? I havent tried my chocolate face mask yet but I will update this when I do.

The girl with the super short hair kept following me around the store. I felt as if she thought i was going to steal. I felt prejudiced as if i didn’t belong there. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. Won’t be coming here again.

I really like Lush products. Theyve gotten too expensive in the past couple of years for my preferences. Also, I felt rather judged and unwelcome when the greeter chased me down and scolded me for not sanitizing my hands on entry. Normally I feel great at Lush, this was honestly a one off experience.

Lush is a place where I feel valued from the moment I walk in the door. Someone is always available to ask if youre finding what youre looking for and give recommendations. The concierge style check in at the door also makes it feel safer to browse around inside. Even with stock sparse at the moment everyone is obviously trying their best.

Renee was super helpful!! She was committed to guest safety and cleanliness by requesting guests use hand sanitizer and use the popsicle sticks for sampling. She helped me find a new shampoo scent match my limited Fathers Day Shower Gel! The store was packed and she made me feel so special and taken care of while attending to other guests. Cant wait until my next shower thanks to Renee!

Awkward in there. WHEN Drew works I feel more comfortable shopping but maybe because I had male questions about products and there werent any working at the time. Everything was out of stock too... So it made it more weird being there.

The service was phenomenal! They have a man up front to help guide people to sections in the store and help maintain the COVID guidelines in the store. I’m from out of state and not used to the crisp cold weather, so my face was super dry. A very knowledgeable, nice gentleman helped me find a moisturizer right away. In and out in under 10 minutes!

I understand times are hard and explaining store rules are super important especially when dealing with covid 19 BUT the lady who greeted us with blue hair had a rude and condescending tone. She also made sure to spy on us the little time spent in-store. I immediately left the store while my cousins stood there and made a purchase. I work in retail and its not what you say its how you say it.

Wonderful products, have lots of plastic free options and they recycle all plastic tubs in their stores for reuse! Great bath bombs too! Great quality and great customer service.

I mean its a Lush, what could possibly go wrong! Its perfect just like every other location Ive ever been to. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They recommended new products based off our conversations and gave samples of all of their recommendations. As always I left with more than I needed, but Im not mad about it! :D

One of the biggest LUSH stores I’ve ever seen! There’s a lot to choose from and as always, the staff are very helpful.

I love Lush’s products. They are vegan and handmade. The best thing for me that fighting animal testing💜 Recently, I got a shampoo and conditioner.( fairly traded honey shampoo and candy rain conditioner) . They work perfectly. Highly I recommended!

They were a little too intense regarding Covid protocol....Kind of felt like they were just looking at me and my girlfriend to do something wrong. Awesome place otherwise and I am 99% sure that I was in the wrong. I am not the best at staying safe.

The lady who helped me was very sweet and really knew her stuff. I bought the sleepy body lotion and body wash since I was looking for something to help me relax at night after a long day at work. Ill be coming back again! Also the location is a good size right on the corner on Newbury st - really easy to find!

Generally a pretty busy store especially on weekends. But it is very well staffed and has quick service. I stepped in and had to peek around people to find what I was looking for and an associate helped me within a minute and chopped me a slice of the soap I wanted. Love their products, especially the bathbombs and the ocean salt scrub!

Small space,but a lot of goods

This store is nothing like it used to be when it first came out....a lot of natural, great smelling lotions and potions for your entire body that made you want to buy the whole store. Now, after not being in a Lush for many years, every single thing I picked up smelled downright gross. Except the solid perfume area, still good stuff. And the Karma smells amazing but sadly doesnt last. Wish it came in a spray.

Im a big fan of Lush, I think their products and purpose are great. I came here looking for a hair shampoo and conditioner, and got exactly what I needed. The service is great, the workers are knowledgeable about the products and help if help is needed. I reccomend it.

The staff are so helpful and friendly it really makes for a great experience. They allow you to sample a lot of their amazing products and I even got a free in-house mask and facial. Russ was awesome as he showed me four different products to enhance my skin care regimen. I wasnt planning on purchasing anything, but after I experienced the products first hand I was sold.

The employees here are super friendly and so helpful in finding the right product for customers. I had a blast trying the bath bombs and chatting with the staff. By far, one of the best LUSH locations Ive been to!

I dont like their products (they smell too artificially sweet) but I loved their cloth gift wrap squares this holiday season. They added a pop of color to most of my gifts.

The store is beautiful and the staff is beyond helpful. I asked a few questions and the employee knew exactly what I needed to know each time. I unfortunately didnt get her name to give her the credit she deserves, but it was a great experience!

Very nice location and staff was incredibly friendly. I got two shampoo bars (one for me and another for my friend) and I already tried it and I love it! It made my boyfriends hair so soft and it smells so good. Plus its easy to use.

I love this Lush shop, is pretty unique and they usually have all the products that I am looking for. Now they are offering a lot of possibilities with their naked products and althougb the smell can be overwhelming at the beginning but in the end you just love it.

Love this Lush branch in particular because it was very spacious. Staff is incredibly friendly and mindful of customers. They will readily help you try out most products before you commit and they even supply samples. May seem pricey, but their goods are long-lasting and very pleasing to the senses. I got a container of lip balm there for 8.95 once and have had it for over a year and a half now and Im only halfway through it. The quality of care for the products and displays is highly impressive. Very eco-friendly business as well. Great for gifts

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They’ll ensure that you get the product that is perfect for you. They’ll also offer samples of products you’re interested in so that you’re able to take them home and test them out before actually commiting to the purchase! This is by far the best Lush location I have been to.

The employees at this location are ALWAYS super sweet and are incredibly knowledgeable about the product. Lush is a pretty transparent company in general, but I love the people who work here.

1st Clarifying Point: Lushs product line is amazing! Buy it religiously. Service is USUALLY is top notch as well. HOWEVER, THIS location (since they moved here from down the street) is lacking in the service dept.I asked questions but the team members were short in answers and not very engaging. Usually, you are happy to be lulled into a chat that will upsell the heck out of you. Trust me, it hurts so good to leave smelling so great. *Giggle* just NOT here because they... just... arent... interested.I gave up and waited in the checkout line patiently to ask if they had two sets (>$50 each), they agreed to get them from the back. I stepped aside because it looked like they were going to get it. Instead, they left me to wait 20minutes while they cashed out other people! I checked back in and another 10ish minutes later I only get 1 of the sets because they had other customers. You mean, unlike me? The girl TRYING to spend $100+ in this place who cant get cashed out? How much of a sale does it take to be taken seriously? She asked if I didnt mind waiting while they get the other one... Wait? What?! You me like the last time? I cashed out with the one they had and gave up on restocking on some of my favs (which was close to $70 in additional product).I do not, I repeat DO NOT have this experience at other Lush stores... ever. Even when they were up the street it was different BUT it also looked like new staff too. I was so disappointed to be treated like this at this one. Store loss >$130+ because they couldnt be bothered. *SIGH*

The staff at Lush is very attentive. The store overall geared more toward women and has an enormous selection of products. Was a great place to buy Christmas presents because the staff happily explained there various deals and a wide range of products almost immediately. The Newbury Street location is nice but I preferred the Harvard Square store

Lush is such an amazing store! They literally have products for your whole body! You can sample EVERYTHING!! I cant wait to go back!

My girlfriend loved it there was tons of product that she loves to use their as well as great employees.

It was a very bad experience at this shop. I wanted to try a sample of avocado shampoo and the store person was not ready to give me samples of anything. Even after asking for samples, he just neglected me !!! They just judge us how much we can spend and that is the way u get treated. I wish i had the name of the person who attended me so that I would have mentioned him here !!
