It is a treasured heirloom and I was very apprehensive to trust anyone with making this happen. The staff at E.B. I have had several issues with E.B. Horn over the years. After being recommended by a family member, I went to have a ring resized. When I picked it up it was the wrong size (not what we had measured) and they told me I would have to pay to get it resized again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back to have several pearl bracelets made for family members. They told me they could not do what I wanted, but offered another solution. All 3 of the bracelets broke within 2 weeks of wear. I know they have good ratings, but personally Ill never go back again.
