Its an Apple Store, so its easy to give a great review. Tons of kind young people that are super helpful and sweetly understanding when I ask dumb questions. They make it so easy to spend.The location is pretty sweet. Its still very city, but all things considered its lovely.

Suzy and Penny are the real MVP’s! The two of them were so helpful and kind in assisting me with my iPad purchase. They were both very informative and gave great advise on what was best for my student and artistic needs. There is another Apple store closer to me but knowing these lovely people work here makes me gladly go out of my way to this location.

I was 10 min. late for my genius bar appointment and they said they had give up my appointment and put me on the waitlist which would be 2-3 hours. I went back after 3 hours, they said I was still on the waitlist. I then went back 4 hours later, the store was closed and I couldnt get anyone to come talk to me. I was never contacted in any way. Ive been back twice now with air buds that dont work.

Went in unsure if I wanted the iPhone SE or iPhone 12 mini. Staff were honest and informed when asked direct questions about the products giving me facts. They also showed me several features to catch me up from the iPhone 6. Also patient as I tried to figure out what it was I wanted and didnt push me to buy a ton of things or the more expensive option just because. If you come in pretty informed about the important things its a great experience. Also the architecture is wonderful.

Very nice staff! However, you can’t just walk in and buy a product from them if enough people placed online orders to pick up. I even called them and was told it was best to just go in and try. A waste of an Uber ride. A store is understaffed if you can’t place an online order 3+ hours before closing and pick it up the same day. Or if you can’t just walk into the store and make a purchase. This company has so much gosh darn money and can’t even handle people walking in to buy or placing an order for same day pickup.

I went there with my 2 month old baby, had an appointment at 1.15 and got there 20 minutes late because the baby wouldn’t stop crying, walked 25 minutes to get there and they refused to see me, and sent me to another store that is 30 min away by car (I don’t have a car). Seems like they could use some common sense and empathy.

We’ve been visiting this store ever since 2008. We were shocked to experience the rudeness in this place recently. We arrived at the store 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment at 18:20. It took us 5 minutes waiting in line to enter the building. We were then asked to sit on the 3rd floor for Genius Bar for 30 minutes. After talking to a Genius Bar representative for about 30 minutes, we had to wait in a new line on the first floor for another 10 minutes to get a screen protector. The Apple Store used to be customer-focused, with friendly caring people. Not any more.While we were in the shop, I went to the lady’s room in the basement. As soon as I entered, a young Caucasian woman staff followed me in and integrated: “Excuse me! Anyone sent you down here? Who sent you down here?” I said: “Nobody sent me. Why?” She said with a straight face: “ Just so you know, this bathroom is for employees only. It’s not a public bathroom!”Really? Is this Apple customer service? You made customers idle in your store for over an hour without providing bathroom access? If the bathroom is for employee only for Covid concern, why don’t you post a sign in the store to let customers know, why don’t you block customers from accessing the basement? If customers ended up in your bathroom without knowing the secret Employee Only policy, can’t you explain it in a better tone and manner?If APPLE doesn’t improve their customer service, they will surely lose me and my family as their customer.

Never been a huge fan of Apple but my employer uses their products and as the party responsible for them I find myself in the store for repairs and purchases often. I want to be annoyed but I enjoy every trip here. The employees now their stuff and if you come in on a mission with a product in mind the upsell is subtle. Enough where if I wasnt shopping with the corporate card Id probably bite. Im and IT professional and they quickly find your tech level and speak to it. Fun store and exemplary employees.

The Apple over by Prudential is definitely a hub of activity. Wish a took a photo while I was there for a repair appointment! The modern glass facility is multilevel with a central spiral staircase, and just down the street you see the the Old South Church. Somehow it all fits together. The Apple store has adapted to well to pandemic regulations. They have a futuristic bank teller style set-up for “Genius Bar” appointments. The service was great - my Ipad got a new lease on life for no cost except my time! Thanks for the help. The Ipad is a superior product from my experience. In normal times the Apple store is a fun place to hang out and browse.

I brought my laptop to get the screen fixed and when I got it back it looked brand new! They also fixed the sticky keys (which I didnt even mention on the repair request, thank you!) on my keyboard. Awesome place with helpful people.

Went to pick up 13 Pro which I ordered at Temecula, CA store. Like night and day - customer service at CA store was consistent with what I’m used to at all Apple stores. Boston store was like the twilight zone. Complete disorganization. Instead of being excited about my new phone, I left exhausted.

Drove there and spend time to park and made it 20 min before closing. I wanted to purchase an apple TV and person said: we cannot make anymore sales tonight but we will open tomorrow.Previous to this time they made me wait 30 min. They told me to go to the 3rd floor and a representative will be with me, representative never came. I had to ask around and wait again and they just forgot. Customer service is horrible even when you are purchasing a phone or one of their products.

This is the place to go when shopping for your Apple Products. The Staff is Amazing and ready to serve you. If you have ever been to an Apple Store you already know what to expect? I believe this one goes above what you would expect in my opinion. The purpose of my visit was to get my Mac fixed. I brought my daughters for the visit also. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and welcomed too. The first associate was able to help me on the spot. My Daughters ran off to play with the products. As you can see they were not disappointed by far. It doesn’t matter who helps you, they all are knowledgeable about the Apple Products Offered! Thank You Apple for a Great Experience and Outstanding Service you offer at this location.

My airpod pros were doing the annoying rattling thing so I made an appointment to get them fixed. Within 20 minutes of arriving, I was out of there with properly functioning airpods at no charge. Thanks Bonnie for the great customer service

I have only had positives at this Apple Store. Everyone that Ive interacted with has been super helpful and often go out of their way to try and help me resolve my problem. Great experience. Really easy to book an appointment online. The person I worked with in the store was very friendly and helped me find out what was going on with my MacBook Air. I ended up having to get a new battery so had to leave my laptop for repair. It was ready later that same day.

Salespeople were incredibly rude. My mom and I came in to buy a charger as we were visiting from out of town and forgot hers. The man just said it was out of stock and shoved us aside. When we asked him to help us place an order at another nearby store, he refused to do that and even refused to help us complete the order on the app as we weren’t sure exactly which products to get. So awful.

Horrific people, products. I would rather visit the dentist or RMV than the Apple store. I’m fairly confident Apple intentionally make the experience horrific, and as painful as possible so that a lot of people won’t wait around for a replacement for their junk products, which under normal circumstances would have been subject to a national recall. Let’s face it, it’s been all down hill since 2008 at Apple.

Terrible. I brought in my iPhone that would not turn on: The technician plugged my phone in, saw an error code and then told me he could do nothing to fix and it was time for a new phone. I then took my phone a street over to CPR and in less then an hour they had my phone working again. So go there and not to the apple store! I will say that the people at the apple store were very nice, but the effort to help my situation was not there

Every time I come to this store there is a problem. They did not clearly advertise you can’t walk in, and need to make an appointment. They guy that I asked to just buy AirPods literally refused to take me saying their booked yet he stood there for 15min doing nothing. Worst Service and a waste of my time with this no Uber service in Boston and this heat wave.

I visited this location three times over the course of a week to get my laptop diagnosed and repaired (once to have it looked at, once more to drop it off (my fault that I had to bring it home after diagnosis to back things up), and once more to pick it up). The service I received was excellent. Theyre taking smart precautions in the wake of COVID-19 that might slightly delay your visit - but once you get into the store and start interacting with any of the employees, things run very smoothly.

Pretty quick service. Had booked the new Macbook online and went there for pickup. There was a small queue and they did a quick temperature check and ask a few questions (email, orderID). The executive was back quickly with the laptop. Quick service.

I received terrible customer service. 2 employees with terrible attitude and at the end I got the wrong information from technical support. Apple support over the phone is much better. Also, dont ever buy the apple watch it has defects and the employee with attitude at the Apple store will tell you to pay $328 to fix it or give to them to recycle for free. I think the recycle garbage bin is a better choice!

Had a great experience with Kendra in the laptop section. She was straight up and really helpful, and didnt try to push anything I wasnt looking for-- just wanted to answer my questions and help me solve the issues I was having in the easiest and cheapest way possible! Also woke me up to MA tax free weekend which I didnt know about-- thats the kind of info I need when making a big purchase! Nemo in the phone fixing area was also helpful-- even in the face of sad news (my phone being broken) he was helpful and nice.

Peter was one patronizing salesperson. I don’t suspect ill intent, but interacting with him was a low-point in the buying experience. It seemed we were handling him, to avoid making “missteps”.Oh, and after buying $500+ of hardware, we were denied the use of the restroom by Apple staff (I don’t have the name: was a woman with a thick Eastern European accent). Not sure, but something seems off with service in this location.

Came to buy an Apple TV and have a screen protector replaced (which they did six months ago without issue). Was rudely told that I had to go through Belkin and then come back to have the screen protector installed. That six months ago someone must have made an “exception”. Good service for high priced products shouldn’t be an “exception”. Needless to say, they lost the Apple TV sale and since this is the third bad experience here, I’m done with Apple in general.

My first and worst experience in Apple store! The sales man there behaved not in a good manner. I wanted to purchase an iPhone but really discouraged by him because I wanted to finance it with Apple card and I didnt have one. So, he said that I should purchase it online not in store!!! I have both bought a phone at this location and gotten my Macbook repaired, and both experiences were great. I would recommend calling ahead or booking an appointment online first if youre looking to do more than just browse, because it can get very busy and they dont always have time for walk ins. All employees Ive interacted with have been amazingly helpful and friendly, and are very knowledgeable about the products.

The people here are so nice. I met a lady from MN and she helped me the whole time or found someone who could help. They walked me over the different cases. Its busy here but I always get really good service. My phone was acting up and they were able to resolve the issue.

Plenty of staff ready to assist you right from the entrance. Free 50 Mbit wifi is available even if you just want to escape from the scorchure for a few munutes inside the cool air-conditioned space of the store.
