No one knew what was wrong with my phone went to verizon 2x says they fixed it but they didnt. I brought it to I world as soon as I did the gentleman knew exactly what was wrong. My daughter has been there numerous times for problems with her phone and kids. Amazing place !

I never ever leave a review before but these time I cant let anyone to experience what I did....These is the worst place ever ...my experience was totally disgusting... definitely my first and last time ....I when because my galaxy s10+ screen broke ... so he charged me 285 for the front and $10 more for the back one .. which I paid right away ..(295) ..this was on Wednesday September 8th.so . I came on Friday the 11th to pick it up .... and my surprise was that my phone was still broken.... I trying to talk to him and he starts screaming at me .he also followed me to the exit insulting me... so please dont ever paid before ... until you see your phone .. I wish I could give a 0 starts...but unfortunately I cant.....

Eneas was very helpful and straightforward about my poor dead phone. In the end he could not help resuscitate it and declined to take a payment for his time. I imagine that the healthcare industry will go bankrupt if they were thinking like him. Very thoughtful and polite gentleman.

Eneias was great! Very personable. When I called he was super friendly and helpful. Gave me pricing over the phone which was very reasonable and I just left there a very happy customer! I had 2 phones fixed quickly!. He fixed an issue with the charging port and a smashed screen. Definitely 5 stars for us and I will be going back for sure!

They don’t deserve ANY stars!iWorld is constantly ripping people off! All the good reviews are probably friends of the employees or company owner. NEVER buy a refurbished phone from them, 8/10 there’s some unfixed problem and you won’t have enough warranty time for them to properly take care your device. After doing business with them I found out that they’re infamous for ripping people off.P.s don’t leave your device with them and pick it up later there might be a screw or something missing, 🙄 that’s just ghetto.

Its a cell phone place, they repair phones, have tonnes of cool phone cases for a little place. The employees or owner are/is always helpful. Close to home. Ill be back I need a new phone case.

This place is still (2021) the absolute best! I have been coming to this store for years now. The prices are very reasonable For screen repairs. Also other things. I just took my daughters phone to get fixed we thought it was impossible to fix it, and then it looks brand new again. I would definitely go here if you’re thinking about any type of repairs. Also if you are in the market for anything such as computers headphones wireless headphones phone cases speakers anything like that this place is the place to go.

I just bought an IPhone 7 from Iworld in East Boston. This store has like new used phones. The owner was very helpful. After a few text messages, we arranged to meet at his store on a Sunday when it was normally closed. He was very helpful.

I would give 6 stars if there was an option. Quick and friendly service. Verizon store in Revere actually recommended we go to iWorld as they were backlogged with iPhone 8 coming out so to fix my moms cracked phone screen was going to take a few days. Even with her insurance iWorld was much cheaper and it took 30 minutes -even with someone ahead of us!

Place is amazing! Brought in 2 iPhones both completely broken screens and with their service they fixed it under an hour. I recommend.

Left phone of 12 yr old daughter for screen to be fixed and next day while phone was in the custody of this business Verizon informed me a change was made to my account creating a Verizon cloud account from my daughters phone. It was determined that someone hacked her device and accessed her personal information and pictures. Dell claims his conscience is clear and dents any knowledge so it must have been magical unicorn fairies that did this. I will never use this business again. Since someone there is a creepy douche going through little girls phones shame on them. And shame on Dell for not helping me get to the bottom of this security breach.

Very bad customer service, went in with my kids to replace a screen and immediately wanted me to sign a form and because I was reading and it deciding what I wanted, started to say that was thinking too much and with bad words send me out of the store.He doesn’t deserve any stars,Don’t ever get in that place.Horrible customer service, I can’t imagine what would happen if I would let them have my phone.

I have had the worst customer service experiences over the past week- I did not have higher hopes walking in here to inquire about a new iPhone screen. Boy was I wrong!!! This place is fantastic! Not only were they friendly, they were extremely fast they had the lowest price for replacement screens around! I would completely recommend this business to anyone!!

A bit tough to find, but seek it out across from the RiteAide on Bennington st. Went to Apple Store, waited 4+ hrs for the guy to LOOK at my phone and claim he couldnt help me with it because it suffered water damage. Brought it to iworld, they actually OPENED the phone and didnt find any evidence of water damage and fixed every detail down to screen and case.Dont give up in your device. Dont keep feeding money-grubbing corporate. iworld fixed my screen, replaced batter and helped with headphone problem phone had. Plenty of accessories, too. Taking ALL devices to these technical docs from now on. Apple is just not interested in fixing your items if they can just sell you a new product.

My daughter recommended iWorld in East Boston to have an iPhone looked at. She had been there for iPad screen replacement and iPhone repair in the past and was happy with the services, costs and results. I left with a great experience under my belt, money in my pocket and an iPhone 6 back to good working order.
