This place has the best quality greeting cards. They blow Hallmark out of the water, but be prepared for process in the $10 range. Its worth it to me, though, for those I really want to impress.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming! Store has such a positive atmosphere from the moment you go in. And of course, their stuff is so cute and original!

Completely ignored by 2 staff members who were engrossed in their own conversation. I even lingered right next to them and neither made a move to let me see the merchandise they were standing in front of or even acknowledge I was there. It was as if I didnt exist. Not the first time its happened in that store but will be the last.

Great they have good option cards for a birthday.

After a second visit to Papyrus, Im convinced that their workers are hired based on how rude they are. They arent attentive and speak to you however theyre feeling at the moment. Never going to another. Fool me twice, Shame on me.
