I came into the store around 7PM with nobody else inside with the intent of buying a suitcase. Not too long afterwards, another customer came in verbally stating that he wasnt intending on purchasing today but would come back later. However, the one employee there was way more attentive to the other customer despite his intent of purchasing later. After the other customer left, the employee was more busy putting back the luggage on display and other tasks rather than trying to sell me the products. I was in a position where I needed to buy a new piece of luggage. If the price was not good and if I had the luxury of purchasing later, I would definitely not have bought from them.

The woman who waited on my wife and I was exceptionally courteous and very knowledgeable. I would definitely ship her again .
