This is my go-to store and has been for years. The staff is professional and friendly and the place is always clean. They carry a huge range of wine and spirits and have always bent over backwards to recommend something similar if they dont carry what Im looking for. the owner Michelle is always there and extremely helpful as well...cant say better things about this place!

The guys working here have very little knowledge at all. They even made me feel uneasy from when I first entered the place. If you value a good deal and overall a positive trip to the liquor store, GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE. This one has a lot of red flags…

Choice is hands down the BEST liquor store in Boston.I was sending my friend Choices address off of Google when I came across the recent poor ratings. I never write reviews, but I just had to write this one after reading recent reviews that frankly seem to be made up by the same person... ANYWHO...Upon reading these recent reviews, they mentioned the workers having very little knowledge and being illiterate and incompetent. First off, this is just false. I have been a loyal customer for years and they have always been so helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store - they are far from illiterate and incompetent.Also, the alcohol/liquor selection is the best Ive seen here in Boston with great pricing. This is also the cleanest liquor store Ive ever walked into, which is extremely necessary especially during Covid times. Great liquor store, perfect location, and exceptionally well-run by the owners.. definitely stop by if you havent already.

Overpriced and had real ID taken here. Educate your employees and learn how to respect paying customers. Disrespectful and and worth requesting DMV replacement over returning to those incompetent and illiterate men.

I went to choice this past weekend and couldn’t have found a more well rounded staff. They have a great selection and I definitely would recommend coming here.

These guys made me feel very uncomfortable. They also didn’t know anything about the alcohol I asked about. It’s like they staffed this store with brainless beanbags and drew faces on them. Waste your time doing something better than visiting this poor selection “liquor store”.

My roommates and I have all visited this store once with our new Real ID star (enhanced) license mandated by all states. This is the ID required to fly inside the US now. These IDs are not scannable by their system, therefore we have been harassed by the employees that they are fake. I had to call the cops on an employee confiscating my updated and valid drivers license after she continuously used condescending language about my fake drivers license. My other roommates have been more fortunate and have gotten their fake IDs returned without law enforcement. Terrible customer service. Please educate your employees about updated identification.

Some surprising finds here. Good beer selection and some steals on the wine shelf if you keep your eyes open. Friendly staff for the five star win.

Wow! What a selection! Being a beer guy myself, I was amazed to find brews from all over, including my native Québec! Try a Maudite (Damned), you wont be disappointed. 😉

VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL

This place is stupid close to Sheraton. Plus hey have Boddingtons in a 4 pak. Friendly folks behind the counter there for assistance.

I went there several times since I live on the other side of the street. They have a big supply even if the shop is not so big. Maybe the price is a bit expensive.
