Helpful and efficient staff. The store is well organized. A large selection of bags and suitcases are on display.The color of the suitcase we wanted was not available in the store.The salesperson ordered it for us and it was delivered to our home 2 days later.

I loved my visit here on Memorial Day. I needed to cancel an online order, and make an in store purchase due to a delivery time constraint. The sales clerks were extremely cordial and amazingly helpful. My entire issue was sorted, and my new Away aluminum suitcase in hand within 10min. This business has my highest recommendation.

Quick and easy purchase in a streamline, no-fuss environment. I knew what I was looking for before I entered the store, but a staff member still whipped out the spec sheet when I was unsure of a measurement. They also encouraged me to pull whatever suitcase I wanted and wheel it around, open it up, see how it looked in the mirror to make sure I made a purchase I was comfy with. I also had additional concerns bc the Bigger Carry-on is slightly bigger than what American Airlines states as its carry-on limit, but the staff assured me that theyve never received complaints from anyone about their luggage not fitting, so I got it in red and am very pleased so far.

Nice bags marketed toward millennials. This isnt the type of business the Seaport really needs, but its the type of business the Seaport probably deserves. You could easily drop a couple hundo here. Cool spot.
