Justin of the Bowie store really took pride of the AutoZone merchandise. Justin provided full customer service from greeting us, giving us the choice to choose from the range of products, quickly rang us out but he went above and beyond in installing our wiper blades IN THE RAIN. When my headlight socket shorted out, I came here to get replacement parts. I was hesitant to do the repair myself because I have a hybrid, and didnt know if I had to disconnect the hybrid battery, or just the regular one. Then one of the managers offered to do the repair for me! He did it quickly and saved me a lot of money going to a repair shop. Now THATS customer service!!!!I would go to other auto supply places before this, but theyve more than earned my dedication. I recommend them to everyone.

This location will charge your card whether they have the parts or not. Charged us $160 for rotors n pads, then only had 1 rotor. They charged us the full amount. Then they said it would take 3-5 days to receive refund. The manager was no help and the female working was rude AF.I had to call the Regional Office to get resolution. Diana, DM/Reg Mgr rectified the issue and was very helpful.DO NOT GO YO THE ANNAPOLIS RD LOCATION IN BOWIE, MD

I had to go in autozone and I had the pleasure of being helped by someone named Jinky she made sure I got everything I needed answered all my questions and never made me fill like I was being rushed. Even told me I had $20 in reward points to use on my purchase. Thank you Jinky you made my day.

That plac was ok. Realizing these places make you have to buy more than you came for. Only wanted a quart of oil which would have cost almost nine dollars. Had to purchase 5 gallons which cost eighteen dollars.. Seems like a big mark up for one quart.

Justin and Mark saved my car tonight. Im driving home from working 14 hours in the ICU when my car starts acting super sluggish coming off the highway and I notice my battery light come on. I quickly google the closest AutoZone to me and I call the number. Justin picks up the phone and tells me he can help me right away, just come on over. I get there and Justin takes my information, tests my battery, discovers my battery is shot, and has a brand new battery waiting for me. Their custumer service is superb. AutoZone needs to do something special for those guys because they are a blessing for the community. If youre have car trouble, come here, problem solved.

I needed a new battery. I called and asked if they installed batteries bought there. The person who answered looked up my vehicle and for my vehicle they said they could do it. I showed up and Justin came out to my car. He removed my old battery, sold me a new one, installed it, gave me some advice about something I needed to follow up with a mechanic on and I was on my way. He was professional and nice and I could not have asked for a better experience.

The manager was extremely patient and thorough when installing wiper blades and took the time to train an employee on the process as he was installing. Other staff were also very courteous and helpful

Ive visited this store twice and it is clean, well-stocked and the employees are quick to help and address your issues. In 40 degree F weather, the Manager (Isaac) checked my battery; replaced my battery, checked my starter and alternator, and checked me out at the register very efficiently and with great professional courtesy. I wouldnt hesitate to come back here to buy products I need, or benefit from the services they offer.

Manager told me they don’t change batteries for trucks, only for cars.

Well I cant say this for every AutoZone but I had just recently started going to this location and I have to honestly say Im impressed the store is always full and clean and the customer service was fairly well unfortunately I am a commercial customer and it just seems like at every AutoZone in this area is having very big issues with their commercial Department their staff is not trained correctly and they just dont seem to know exactly what theyre doing so when I go in there I have to wait and then they have to figure out whats going on with my order and just a whole bunch of other stuff so they did not receive five stars for that specific reason they need to spend more time on making sure they have qualified individuals in each department but with that the parts are decent quality and the prices are great and they do call me every week and offer me specials

Friendly staff and they always have what I need for my vehicle. Past visit was for cleaning supplies for the Avalon along with wiper blades (which were expensive but I got a $10 store gift card)& gas cleaner. There are numerous locations in my area so I never have to travel far to visit one. Decent store hours as well and they also let you borrow tools, I have never done so but I have seen people come and and do so.

First time there and they had everything I needed for my car.

Imagine ordering a part for your car. The parts clerk only knows what he sees on the computer. He ask you a question about the needed part. He says he does not need the VIN number. You pick one of his options. WRONG! Thank God your mechanic is in the parking lot. This is not 1975. Parts clerks no less then I.

The slowest service ever. The store is nice and neat but the store is always under staffed. You should never wait more than 10 minutes just other to the register.

Had to pick up a new oil pan drain plug. Staff was helpful with pointing me in the right direction and looking up the part number.

Employee was very helpful to searched and suggested an item for my vehicle.

I came by to ask for help. The black guy behind the desk told me to wait 3 minutes but never helped me. I needed help getting my hood up. We wasn’t concerned at all. Find another job if you don’t like to help people!

Naught a bottle of wheel and rim cleaner and it leaked in my trunk before I could pull off.

Management was rude. I asked a question involving specifications and the did not have any knowledge on a simple iac valve and tps.And it took them 3 tries to get me the right paint i needed. Never buy parts from autozone anyway i was only there to test knowledge and get smell good stuff and paint. Theyre great for accessories and projects. But for actual fixes and dependable parts. I would recommend advance autoparts
