10 minutes on hold, then someone picked up and hung up…About 2 out of 3 times I call them.It’s like a game… keep calling, they’ll eventually answer.It’s like amateur night.Terrifying that these unprofessional children are passing out meds.

I called for mailing stamps last week was told they have them. Came and they didn’t have any. I called before hand today and asked if they were able to do western Union. They told me yes over the phone and gave me verbal confirmation. I came and The workers WATCHED ME fill it out on the photo orb computer and waited until after I already wasted my time to tell me the computer was broken and they couldn’t process any western union money orders.

Do NOT go here for a COVID test if you need it for travel!! The website for the lab claims the results average a wait time of 6-12 hours. It’s days later and still no result. I’m on quarantine in a hotel in Aruba b/c the info on the website is bogus! Go to CVS instead. The staff at Walgreens did a great job getting me through the drive thru for testing quickly and I hope the sample was picked up on time but no way for me to know where the delay came from.

They are very rude. They do not speak upon customer entrance into the store and never have someone at the register. They appear to be bothered when you need assistance.

Located in the shopping center. Definitely cramped pharmacy drive thru and cramped parking next to the building. However, very good location and despite traffic, it is easy to access. The pharmacy drive thru appears to be under utilized so usually no wait. Inside, the pharmacy is busy, so expect some wait time - friendly service. **Note - always call first before picking up prescriptions, even if they say to come back at a certain time - trust me on this!

Phone service is horrible. Can I have a human please?

Prescriptions never ready as promised. Was told yesterday my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. Said i would come back. Go back today and still not ready and told to wait 20 minutes and to call first. No, how about you have the prescription ready as promised. Ugg. I am really disliking this store and the switch from rite aide. We were promised easy transition and it sucks

The experience is spotty at best. The pharmacy staff seems to be very nonchalant. They are courteous, but I have had to wait to be acknowledged after waiting several minutes in the drive-through. Nothing to write home about. They are convenient and thats why we keep using them.

Very expensive for toiletries as compared to other stores. Customer service is mediocre, it depends on who you encounter. The tall blonde man, I think he’s the assistant manager, always seems bothered. And I don’t think he knows how to make photo cubes. He made me wait until the next day although I placed my order online and it said it would be ready the same day.

The pharmacy is a tightly run ship. They treat you like a human being. The pharmacists are professional and knowledgeable. And they even manage to remain patient with belligerent insurance companies.

Wow... I just called the pharmacy regarding transferring a prescription from CVS to Walgreens. After waiting on hold through Ryder automated system for a few minutes someone in the pharmacy pitchers up and said, can you hold please. My astonishment is that before I could say one word all I heard is CLICK. Well, needless to say I will not be transferring my prescription to Walgreens.That was beyond rude and its surely not how I want to be treated by a company -that I assume- wants my business.Back to the drawing board!

Now on my SEVENTH hold. Ridiculous! Called back to talk to a manger and put on hold AGAIN. Dont say please hold six times without waiting for an answer which would be NO, I dont want to hold for 30 minutes.Will be looking for a new pharmacy. Who needs that kind of treatment.

This Pharmacy is clean and pharmacist really care about getting prescription filled. I always get my meds filled quickly each time.. No wait.

They acknowledge you when you come in and Ive never had a problem.

I started going to the pharmacy at Walgreens instead of Walmart once my insurance kicked in. Day and night experience. Several times the pharmacist himself would call me to double-check that a change in my prescription occurred or if it was ready for pickup. Renewing is as easy as replying to an email they send you when its almost time. So courteous and friendly in the store too and I was never kept waiting without being acknowledged.

Convenient, well stocked with a good variety of healthcare and quick-stop needs, and has an amazing pharmacy staff who will go above and beyond for their customers. When I moved to Bowie, I had a choice between two horrible CVSs and this Walgreens; Im so glad I decided to go here.

The pharmacy staff is the best, especially Todd. They are always willing to help their customers and resolve any issues that may come. I have been filling my prescription here for a year and prefer not to go anywhere else.

Put on hold by Pharmacy for over 20 minutes. Very unacceptable!

The worst pharmacy staff. They are rude and they are not helpful. Took them 4 days to fill my prescription and it was a box on the shelf. Had to throw a fit. To get them to refill my insulin needles. . I went without my needles because they wouldnt fill them. The one girl was a complete airhead .. never again will go there when Im visiting md..

Avoid the pharmacy. They have non-pharmacis behind the counter taking orders, and they are very rude. Even to each other. One was griping to the others about leaving boxes in the way. You can hear them across the store. The employeee that took my order almost slaps another girl in the face trying to hand someone back his lisence, which she forgot to give him back. Then she was catty asking me for info., which I had given her just 20 min ago. They also only have generics. AVOID.The stores ok but pricey compared to other stores like CVS and walmart.

Came by to get a some cough medicine, who would of known they have like a bazillion options but no true customer service. Closed my eyes picked one and on my way.
