Very rude people there I ordered my phone 2 months ago still dont have it. When I ask about it they hung up on me numerous times and when I went in they could not give me a answer if where my phone is. I notified corporate still np answer from them. This company should hire people that know what they are doing and have common courtesy.

I waited one hour for the guest service person to tell me to come back tomorrow the next day because I asked her what are we doing why am I not getting any service and why is there only one person in this hole store that dose not know what she is doing shame on Metro pcs. It cant be that hard to find good help SMH!!!!!!
