Amazing customer service from Brandon at the AT&T store in Bowie, Maryland. I decided to upgrade to AT&T from prepaid service with another carrier. Brandon discussed my phone needs to help me select the best plan and reviewed the discounts I was eligible for before transferring my service from the other carrier who, lets say, didnt make it easy to leave.
Dwayne was excellent! Helped me out with everything I needed by opening up a new business line and finally getting out of my contract with Sprint. During the process he went above and beyond, providing me with refreshments and a seamless transaction.So so SOOO happy I switched to AT&T and so happy I came to this location for my phone needs!12/10 would recommend ☺️

The store was a shambles. I was looking for a Samsung Galaxy phone to replace my old one. The three A models on display werent working, only one S model was on display: the saleswoman said the others had been stolen. She told us we could go to Best Buy to see working phones. Is that how you want to run your stores? The salespeople were more interested in talking to each other than customers. Ours, while sweet, was very unclear about the differences in the phones and costs. We will not be returning ever. Next time we WILL go to Best Buy.

The sale representative Brandon Jacob was very attentive to my concerns with selecting my new phone & plan. The only issue is that the store didnt have a screen protector for S21 Ultra.
Each member at this location asked us if we were being helped. The manager worked to find the best deals for us that she could even if it meant backtracking and taking more of her time. This was a great experience that reminds us why we are with at&t.

Eric from att store in bowie MD solved our phone issues. We called att technical service over 15 times with no resolution. He is the man!
I went into AT&T for an accessories and they had me waiting for over 40 min. And when I asked the employee for help she made snark remark. Not only was it unreasonable to have to wait this long for a screen protector but for the employees to not care made it even worse. There were about 11 people in the store and there was no order to how customers were being helped. I left after 40min of no assistance and will never return to this location under any circumstances. Strongly don’t recommend.
Wait times are too long, and the technicians arent trained very well. I came back to this store twice to fix a problem that should have been fixed the first time. I dont think they care about their customers.

This location continues to have inadequate inventory which is such a disappointment. I came in to replace my screen protector on my iPhone and the sales rep removed my old screen protector after pulling a new screen protector from the stores inventory only to realize that he had the wrong item. I was instructed to go to another store and he placed my old screen protector back on. Totally bad, bad, bad service. I’m going to take my business to another location going forward.

AT&T is not my current favorite company after dealing with them but the girl at the store did a fine job and all should be well now.

Its funny how I read a review my boyfriend didnt write about Alexus. It almost started a fight because he doesnt speak the way she wrote the review. I would advise everyone not to allow Alexus to take your phone in the back because she writes fake reviews while invading your privacy and use of your phone WITHOUT permission. I deleted the fake review but I would not advise ANYONE to use this store. After reading the reviews its funny how she is called out the most. This is fraud. Shame on the store. Fyi the review was from 10 months ago I just happen to be using his phone. Bet the owner wont reply to this. Shame on him or her too

I ordered the phones on line and waited for the delivery only to find out that my order was rejected after no one showed up and me calling to inquire. Customer service was no help so I had to go to a store. After 3 hrs I finally got two phones that were available and not what I wanted. Then the person waiting on me left to go pick up her lunch before I was done.Im really considering on going back to my previous carrier. This wasnt a good start to our relationship.
Customer Service is so important!!!!! I serve hundreds of families on a daily basis (mailman) and great Customer Service is my number one goal! Lo and behold ZAPORA!!!! I recently upgraded all 3 lines on my account from iPhone 8plus to 12pro max. Sprint/TMobile stop taking trade-ins so I migrated over to AT&T. I had been with Sprint for so long (Sprint PCS days) I had just decided to stick with the “merged company” UNTIL I met ZAPORA!! WHAT AN AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!! She was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and the list goes and on!!! I have never seen someone MULTITASK the way ZAPORA did. What a personality!!!! She made sure that everything ported over to ALL three phones. The store closed at 6pm, but we were there well after closing. My wife and I were not tech savvy like my daughter. ZAPORA never got frustrated and walked us through step by step!! WHAT A DEDICATED EMPLOYEE. Thank you ZAPORA for a fantastic customer experience 😀😀

I’ve been a customer since 2008 and this was my first time receiving the level which I experienced today. Thank you, I asked her manager if I could offer Toni lunch for such great service, Toni was humble and declined saying it was a pleasure to serve.

The rating is NOT for AT&T but for Tony, a rep at this location. He was a very strong advocate for us as new customers. The company had messed up one of our numbers being ported and really took us through the ringer for 2 months trying to resolve issues including additional billing that shouldnt have been there. Give this man a raise!!! He called all parties necessary to clear up the problem as though it was his own. Thank you, Tony!
I wanted to commend my AT&T representative at Bowie store. I gave her a hard time, not to her personally, but from past experiences of some how having 2 additional accounts unaware. I had to pay over $1000 just to get my mom a new phone. The old phone was on a brink of death and she has to have a phone. My old Rep created the mess. She kept cool, patient, and professional. Her name is Brianna and actually settled my frustrations. As well as the assistant manager Iseses.

, The girl that took care of me at the Bowie Towne Center store was great...She found me a great phone the Samsung A11 which is a very good phone without having to over pay for a phone and got a great case for phone..(phones that are $1000 in my opinion are a huge waste of money,this phone has 3 cameras,a Big screen and I think the phone was only like $196 +$33 case= Perfection) The Bowie location is a corporate one and phone dont cost as much as other AT&T locations like Crofton etc... saved like $50I appreciate her and he kindness,cuz being a Master Barber and also do womens hair has been very slow due to the Covid19 this yr.. money has been very tight this year. And she did me right..You are Appreciated

Another great experience with our T-mobile reps. On this trip they made me aware of battery vs processor options. With a new phone we were in and out in 20 minutes this time. There is even a new method for putting on the protective screen with no air pockets. Very happy.

I came into the store to get an upgrade. However, when I arrived to the store I was greeted with outstanding customer service. I had a little complicated issue but the manager JT was able to assist me and with my bill as well as transferring my data. He had the amazing patience. When you come inside a store and have a few issues I was expecting to be rushed off to the next customer but the wasn’t the case. Everyone in the store was very professional from the manager JT was assisted me as well as Tony. Which he was the first to greet me and was very professional. Chandelier helped me with changing my account over and he was patience as well. Even with my many inquiries they were all very informative as well as professional. I would recommend this store anytime.

I had two awesome sales people at the AT&T store in Bowie town Center my sales people were Imani and Madrid. When I came into the store they were both very inviting and I actually talked to Imani on the phone the day before I came to the store and she informed me that she would not be there at the time I was coming to try and change my service she told me to ask for Madrid and they both were the best experience I ever had as far as experiencing change in my service when I left the store I had a new cable company and five New phone lines And the service is amazing My Calls no longer drop and I always have 5G AT&T truly need more sales people like these two I am so very pleased and so very happy and you guys should be very honored and proud to employed two wonderful employees thank you thank you thank you so much

I brought my note 10 plus from At&t in bowie maryland my phone has been messing up every since i brought it . i tried to get another they try to charge me 500 to get a new one like really and it hasnt be with in the 14 days what should i do my phone still messing up
