My teen daughter finds what she wants every visit. She says its her go-to store. Items priced great for my budget! The polite and helpful associates were a plus.

The customer service was HORRIBLE. No one came over to assist. There was one other customer but 2 employees. When we asked for help, there was no hello or anything, just what size do you need. We requested for the other shoe to get a better feel of if we wanted to purchase, but nothing was said to us. So we just waited. We returned the one shoe and left the store. The young lady said Oh you dont want to try on the other shoe? We said no and left the store. Customer service is HUGH in retail and this store does NOT have it. I try to patronize local stores, instead of going to Amazon or some other online vendor, but this is one of the main reasons why I just stick to online. My online vendor experience has been better than in person:-(.

Maybe it is the quality of workers, but whenever I engage in conversation with a floor assistant, they do not know the newest releases next time you go in, ask anyone if they got the “Sisterhoods” in. The blank stare and confusion is sad. Especially if you have an admitted Sneakerhead asking the question.

I went to buy some pants and shoes and the employee name asiyah # 1422 she need to improve her attitude and she didnt want to help me with anything and she acts like she dose not want to work and her with that attitude makes people not buy anything
