Highly recommend Beyond Kitchen! I lost my kitchen and most of living room to water damage that went unnoticed for at least a couple months while out of town. Called in Beyond off of Google search due to numerous high reviews. They did not disappoint. Plan was to not only repair damage but include upgrades as well. Luis performed initial estimate and he knew exactly what I was looking for before I brought it up. Flooring, counters, kitchen all needed to be replaced. Crews they brought in did an excellent job with everything. Nothing was rushed, and you can tell these guys take pride in what they do, individually and as a business.They know their stuff. Most important, there was always a direct line of communication. I was always kept informed on when, how, and what would be completed. Never left hanging or out in the dark. Could not be happier with final product, especially with the value now added to the price of my house.

Beyond Kitchen & Bath recently completed a full bathroom remodel and the finished product is amazing – way better than I even imagined!I had several estimates from local companies but the detail and quality of Luis’ estimate was much better and easier to understand than any other I received. The options we discussed were clearly segregated so that I could make decisions on where I wanted to upgrade or save money. I also liked that I could order my own fixtures (vanity, tub, etc.) so I was in control of those costs. Luis offered several design suggestions that I would not have considered that had a major impact on the finished look without adding considerable cost. (He suggested moving the toilet to which also allowed for the shower to be larger and the shower door to be in a position that enabled easier access to the shower faucet.)The crew was polite, professional, followed COVID protocols, and did a nice job cleaning up each day. They asked questions when real-time decisions needed to be made or they wanted clarification on something before proceeding. Luis was available for questions and helped me to make material selections throughout the process. When I was having trouble finding something specific, he would offer send a link to something that he thought would work well – and it often did. Communication was quick and easy.The quality of the work is excellent. The tile work looks great, the plumbing was well-done, as was the lighting and painting. Luis checks on the work regularly and made the crew re-do something that wasn’t to his liking – though I had not noticed the flaw. He also made sure to be present for certain parts of the job and did the heated floor install himself.The finished product is beautiful – just like I imagined, only better. I hired Beyond Kitchen & Bath for 3 bathroom remodels. Luis and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, communicative, honest, prompt, courteous and flexible! Weve finished the powder room and the kids bathroom thus far and I couldt be more pleased. BKB really listened to my vision, discussed what would and would not work and executed my the plan expertly! Of course unforseen expenses arouse however, they were all caused by the original builders taking short cuts and not any error on the part of BKB. Sure small adjustments had to be made during and after the projects (i.e. faucet handle adjustments, hanging or changing accessories etc.) but BKB kept coming back with a smile until I was 100% satisfied! We added glass tile and mirrors in the powder room to give it a larger effect and all white marble for the kids bathroom. We cant wait to begin and complete the master bathroom. My family and friends are very impressed with the work and plan on using BKB themselves.

Luis and his team removed tile and material down to the studs and rebuilt the shower. They also redid access panels for the tub. They are truly beyond Kitchen and bath as Luis redid my laundry room by installing cabinets, sink, redoing waterlines and painting. Luis also installed a large closet organizing system and made it more sturdy then it would be out of the box. I would recommend Luis and his team from Beyond Kitchen and Bath. I emailed this company for a free estimate and scheduled an appointment with them. The day of the appointment, they didn’t show up at the scheduled time. I called and they said they had been double booked and weren’t tracking that they had an appointment with us. He was in the area and stopped by anyway, we talked about what our plans were for the master bath, living room and kitchen. He took a ton of photos and said he would get back to me with a quote but that was 3 weeks ago now. We never heard from anyone at this company again. If I can’t trust them to maintain a schedule of client appointments or to stay in contact, how am I to trust them with my most valuable asset - my house?? I’m glad I found out how unreliable they are before committing to anything! Definitely would not recommend. Huge waste of time.

My new bathroom was done by Beyond kitchen and Bath Remodeling I wanted all the bells and whistles. It was pricey. Almost wanted to not have it done but went ahead. I was pleasantly surprised. From the time I said go ahead to the time it was completely finished was less than 4 weeks Although it didnt take longit wasnt rushed. It was done right. Top of the line materials. What I thought was expensive turned out to be a bargain. VERY impressive.

We had an amazing overall experience with Beyond Kitchen and Bath. We hired Luis and his team to remodel our master bathroom after a major plumbing issue. They turned it from a dated, functional space into a contemporary oasis. It is now quite literally my favorite space in our home.We did an extensive contractor search. We ruled out some contractors because their work seemed too “cheap” and they claimed to do everything, rather than just bathrooms. Others were way too expensive without a clear reason why. Luis came in in the middle of our quotes, but he was one of the only true bathroom specialists.Here’s a few things I appreciate about Beyond:1. Focus on quality. Luis is neither the most expensive nor the cheapest contractor out there. But for us, he was the ideal mix between cost-consciousness and top quality. He worked hard to make sure our installation was “high end” in every way.2. Great use of subs and vendors. Luis has a good network of subcontractors and vendors for specific projects, so that specific tasks are accomplished by experts in that space. For example, his granite guy, his shower glass guy, and his cabinet painting guy were all specialists. Luis managed them very well and ensured we had their best service at the best possible price.3. Daily progress. The team did not take long periods off, even during the holidays Luis ensured that his crew showed up on time and make progress every day.4. Fixing problems. As is going to occur on most jobs, we had a few bumps in the road - some painting areas that needed to be cleaned up, a plumbing issue that needed to be resolved. Luis handled these issues and insured that they were fixed.5. Payment schedule. We appreciated the ability to do weekly or twice-weekly payments as the job progressed.And most importantly, the final result. Our bathroom speaks for itself. Luis remodeled my upstairs bathroom (Bowie Levitt Cape Cod). It can be a difficult space due to the sloped ceiling, but Luis had great suggestions for the space. He provides a detailed estimate with a price breakdown for each item -- something none of the other companies I received estimates from did. He was able to start the job quickly and helped guide me with what I needed to purchase. He resolved any issues that came up, and my bathroom looks beautiful!

A toilet gasket leaked for long enough to damage the subfloor of the half bath it was located in. I had a friend-of-a-friend agree to do the job but then back out. Beyond Kitchen&Bath agreed to do the job for nearly the same price ($80 difference), and I liked that I was hiring a local company. All their work (taking out old toilet/floor, replacing subfloor, putting down cement board, tiling, installing new toilet, repositioning sink) was quality work. They even worked with me to slightly shift the timeline of some work. Definitely recommend.

My vision for our master bathroom major remodel included converting an adjacent closet to bathroom space. During the estimate process, Luis understood my vision and offered suggestions based on experience with similar 1960s style Levitt Colonials. The end result is FABULOUS! We now have a spa shower with a seat and wall niche, dimmable lighting, quiet exhaust fan, and enough space to store extra towels, toiletries, etc. I absolutely LOVE my bathroom.

Called this company for an estimate and they had a quick turnaround, very detailed on the quote, and I had 3 other estimates and this company was not the cheapest but most fairly priced. Luis was super nice and very detailed oriented. End result was exactly what I wanted.

We have been using Luis for our painting projects since before he started Beyond Kitchen & Bath Remodeling. He and his employees have, over the past few years, painted our two-story foyer, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room, and most recently our kitchen and family room. Additionally, they have removed wallpaper and in some cases made wall and ceiling repairs. They have always arrived as planned, moved / covered furniture as needed, completed the work on schedule and within cost. The big bonus we appreciate is that they do a good thorough job cleaning up, better than any other contractors we’ve used. Highly recommended!

I Hired Luis and his crew to hang and smooth finish drywall in my great room, bathroom, hallway, and bedroom. I work as a general contractor and see drywall installers and finisher everyday. Luis and his crew are some of the best that I have ever seen. There were numerous cutouts for AC vents, ceiling boxes, and recessed lights. The installer was very precise on his cut outs around the openings. The finisher was very smooth with laying the joint compound. The project looks flawless. I will hire again when I am ready to complete another level in the house.

We have hired Luis several times over the last 10 years. Each time he has provided excellent work. From painting to carpet cleaning and everything in between, he has never disappointed us. He listens to your requests and questions but also makes suggestions which have always been helpful in making our decisions. If you want some one who takes the same care as if he was working on his own home, then Luis and his workers are the ones you want to call.

After having a major water pipe burst on the second floor bathroom, Beyond Kitchen and Bath came to the rescue. They provided a turnkey solution that included replacing first floor kitchen ceiling, new recessed LED lighting, removed all kitchen cabinets and replaced with brand new cabinets. They also sanded and refinished the hardwood floors. On the second floor, two bathrooms (where the pipe broke) needed two vanities removed and new ones installed. The floor tile was removed in both bathrooms and replaced with contemporary floor tiles.They did all plumbing requirements and painted all walls and ceilings will two coats. The basement collected a lot of water as well. New ceiling tiles, ripped out some basement walls and replaced the drywall. New recessed lights were installed and two coats of paint for the walls. It was a big project. The crew were very good and cleaned up every day before leaving. The job was completed on time at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend BK&B remodeling for any job. Ive already ask for two more quotes for two more projects. A+ rating.

Its been great to work with Luis and his team for both our Bathroom remodels. Luis and crew have been professional throughout the renovation and very mindful of our house while working. They ensure and take the proper steps in laying down blankets to not ruin the carpet or floor and to clean up everyday after work has completed. Luis had some great suggestions during the design processes and has been accommodating around my work schedule when needed. Luis and his crew did a great job doing our partial bathroom remodel. He was very helpful with ideas and keeping us on budget. His crew was very neat and kept the mess contained as much as possible. Luis and his team did a fantastic job installing an over-range exhaust hood in my kitchen. My Levitt Colonial was using a Jenn-Air downdraft range that we wanted to replace, and I didnt want to use a diffuser. Luis installed an exhaust range and piping out through the roof, through the cabinets and the wall, in a way that looks great and took the least amount of room out of the cabinets above the range. He and his team were prompt, arriving at scheduled times, and Luis was always available for questions. I must admit, I was skeptical when I saw how good his reviews are here on Google but after seeing his work I am a believer. Ill be going to Luis and Beyond Kitchen and Bath Remodeling, LLC, for all of my future home kitchen and bath work. Thanks Luis, and thanks to your team for the great install.
