Their repairman, Ricky, was here weeks before Lowes or Home Depot could deliver a new fridge. Ricky diagnosed the problem immediately, had it running with a temporary fix within a few minutes, ordered a part for a permanent fix, and returned to install it within 48 hours. And at 1/10th the cost of a new fridge. Call D&D first, get it fixed quickly, at a very reasonable cost. Five stars because I cant give them 10! Thanks, Ricky.

Great people. The guys sold me a great new to me washer and they even delivered it to my house the same day within a few hours. The guys were so nice they even hooked it up for me and had it cycle through to make sure it was working and still told me I had a three month warranty on it. Im a returning customer after many years. There was a good selection of used washer and dryer sets to choose from. Everyone at the store is very nice and helpful. I made my purchase and in less than an hour the delivery was being made. The two men that delivered and set up our machines were awesome! Already got the first load washing👍. Heres an update on our purchase. Three weeks into having these appliances, the dryer quit working. Called D&D and they had it repaired in 2 days!!!! Plus it was still in the 30 day warranty period. Good people, good service!!!!👍👍👍

They were very quick about getting to my washer when I brought it in. They thoroughly checked it and explained things very understandably. The fee for them to come to your home to look at and diagnose your appliance is $80 right now, and $40 if you bring it to them. I love that they carry and service the old style washers that use enough water to really clean clothes. I had a new fancy washer and it broke after a few years. I got an old style to replace it from them and its been washing my clothes much better than that other thing. I can actually soak my whites, and open/stop the washer when I need to. It uses enough water to get my clothes very clean and the loads are done at max in 30 minutes which beats those new ones hands down. The new ones take so long to wash, it slows down washing. With my dependable, simpler machine, I really can crank out the laundry if I get behind. D&D always carries the old machines if you ever want to go back to the days when your clothes were actually clean and you dont have to wait an hour plus to do one measly load. And the family who owns it have been there every time Ive needed anything. As a side note, I stop in there to pick up a new dish rag often. The little older lady who owns the shop knits them and always has them on the counter for sale for $4. They very handy and colorful and make me happy to have by my sink.

I’m really impressed with this company. My daughter goes to school in BG and her dryer went out. I don’t live local but I was in town for a conference. I called and explained my situation. They agreed to wait for me to come after my conference ended and if I did find something I liked - they would guarantee delivery in that one hour window. I saw some excellent used dryers, I bought one and in 1/2 an hour they met us at the apartment. Nice delivery team as well! A+ Service.

I should have written this review a few years ago, but have had no trouble. These are the kindest most honest hard working folks on the planet. They are super busy all the time, which shows you how good their work is, but also humble and kind. Plus, the price is incredibly reasonable. I was aghast by how inexpensive the whole process was. Plus, they are kind.

Nice people, BUT,We bought a washer from them, and2 weeks later it broke down! They brought us another one, and 4 weeks later, the 2nd one broke down!! My advise is to go buy a brand new one somewhere else!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a washer and dryer set that they guaranteed would work. As soon as I purchased it, I moved 150 miles away from Bowling Green. Plugged the dryer in for the first time and it DOESNT work. After calling them back, they said I would have to bring it back for them to work on it. After explaining to them that Im 150 miles away, they basically told me that they were sorry about my luck and that they couldnt help me unless I bring it back. Absolutely horrible service and company.
