Broke down on the interstate with my two sons 6 yrs old and 20. Chad J. Went out of his way to bring me the part I needed on a Saturday night at the gas station we walked to. He wouldnt even let me give him a 20$. Praise be to our heavenly Father and Chad. Thank you brother.

Went to get oil and stuff for my car and I must say the female cashier they had working on the 31w bypass this past Thursday afternoon was AWESOME!! We both kindA learned together on several items we did not know much about!! But she was great helping me find everything and having with ringing me out and explaining the rewards program and everything. ..give her 5 stars thnk u

The people that work there are not knowledgeable with finding what you need they told me my truck didnt have the part I wanted to buy and I stopped by another parts store just down the road and got the part I needed .....

If you wanna work at Autozone this store is not the one the store manager will not give to time to greave over a grandmother or mother. I buried my grandma at like 5 pm and he expected me to show up for my shift the next day at 8pm.

We were in Bowling Green at CosmoProf and our Honda Pilot wouldn’t start. We walked over to AutoZone to see if they had a jumper box. Tony Gregory the Manager walked back over with us with a jumper box. He worked and worked to get the connectors on the battery and it didn’t have enough power to start. So, he walked back over to the store with us and we bought a new battery. He came back to the vehicle with us and installed it. I would recommend this store to everyone and autozone is very lucky to have Tony Gregory as an employee and manager!! Thank you!

Be careful when buying kits--our brake spring kit had several missing parts. On closer inspection it looks as if someone opened it, scavenged the parts they need and stapled it closed. Thanks a lot for quality control Autozone 😡

Waited in line from 11:10 till 11:47 to check out while 3 people helped multiple other customers including ones that came in after I had. No apologies from the manager or staff they just kept on going like this is a normal deal. Dont come to AutoZone much and now I remember why.

Best auto part store Ive ever been to.

Broke down early in the morning before the store opened. Working to remove bad part when employees (3) arrived. Went to door at opening time to see employees eating breakfast behind the counter looking out the door at me. I walked up the street to leaking and got the part and wife said auto zone did not unlock door until 7 minutes after opening time. While working to repair car other employees came in and of the total of 5 only one bother to ask if everything was ok. Im not saying they should ask to fix it because I dont let others work on my vehicles. Just saying they should at least have courtesy to ask if anything is needed.
