They do good work and at a reasonable price but it always seems to take a week plus to get my car back. The people are friendly and keep me updated though so I guess I cant complain too much. I would recommend it overall.

Great quick process to buy a used car. Their lot has a lot of newer used cars with great advantages and decent prices. Neil was great about getting things ready and allowing test drives on multiple vehicles. Both Neil and Josh efficiently completed the paperwork and the signing over of the car. Weve noticed that common courtesy is a dying thing at the dealerships, so it was nice to know Cronin in BG still has that. The service I received was excellent, everything was finished in a timely manner and the guys in the service department are always great to work with. However, while in the showroom to pay for the service I received, I noticed many of the people who work in the front not wearing any type of face covering while walking around the showroom. Since this is the area where youre brought to pay, it does make me reluctant to return.

He changed the tire, got the spare on for us and we went home and got our Buick and dropped the truck off .. Todd got a new tire and had it installed called us and we picked it up ..(all this happened on a cold rainy january day) So a great job does not seem to be enough but those are the only words we have .. thank you ... we are praying for Rob
