EXCEPTIONAL! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were traveling from New York to Florida and had a sudden issue with 1 of our tires. Found B & B and they went out of their way to help us. They let us come in immediately and worked us in around their appointments. Abby called multiple places to find our make and size of tire-found exact tire at a Honda dealer. Miles went to personally pick up the tire we needed. Problem was assessed, tire picked up and delivered, and put on in less than an hour and a half. The owner, Buddy, and Abby were gracious, personable and did all they could to get us back on the road. It is rare to find a company of any type with the customer service they provided and they were just super nice people on top of it!

I bought tires here recently and am really pleased with them and the service. They have done a lot of work on my vehicles already and all of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was traveling on the interstate 65 south and I hit a black rubber bungee cord in my tire. I was forced to pull into a gas station at 11 pm nothing open at that time. I bought a plug kit and fixed it myself and spent the night there. The next morning I found this tire store the lady at the front desk was very nice and and had a tech look at the tire and they said it was safe to drive on. They did not charge me or try to sell me tires. They are honest people and if I lived in Bowling Green they would have all my business. But I did tip the young man that help me.

On a recent visit to the National Corvette Museum, my corvette picked up a nail in the rear tire. Without an appointment I went to B&B Tire as soon as they opened to see if I could have it repaired as we were returning back to Boston and had over 1,000 miles to travel. I was totally pleased with the excellent service I received at B&B Tire. The tire was quickly repaired and I was back on the road in no time. B&B Tire is a family owned business. They are honest and will treat you like family. If you live in Bowling Green, theres no good reason to go anywhere else for tires, alignments and many other car services. They do not work on commission (thats why tire chain stores charge so much and act like they are doing you some big favor when they give you a bottom price). Our car broke down while traveling through KY and got our car towed to B & B Tire. While the parking lot was full and we were on a time crunch they were able to locate and let us know in a very timely manner of what the issue was and that the car was undrivable. We managed to secure a truck and trailer to transport the vehicle to where we needed to go and needed assistance getting the car onto the trailer itself. Not only did the entire staff help with getting the car onto the trailer, they also helped strap it down, and professionally help with getting the truck & trailer turned around. I cannot say enough of how great everyone at B & B tire was and how helpful they were while we tried to figure things out on our end. Fantastic customer service!

B & B Tire has won my business for car maintenance! As a woman, I have had less than desirable experiences with car repair businesses. But not with B & B Tire, they replaced my brakes and rotors and they explained why they make the recommendations that they made. We had bought a car from Horse Cave KY and was in Bowling Green KY for the weekend. We had been riding around for at least 24 hours and had noticed that our back tire was getting a low. We had stopped by several places to get it fixed but no one could get to it immediately. We pulled in to B & B and they guys here stopped working on their cars to help us out with our tire. They fixed our tire and did it quickly. Very friendly and courteous. Will recommend them to anyone. Great people here. I will be back.

I do not recommend this place at all.This has been the worst experience I have ever had!I originally took my vehicle to get the head gasket replaced. They told me it would take a week max. They had my vehicle for three and a half weeks. During the time they had it they ordered the wrong parts, broke the second new part and had to reorder it again. They charged me $1450 for that. During the there weeks they offered me a courtesy vehicle due to me be a delivery driver. They courtesy vehicle ended up breaking down, after two days the towed it back to the shop and blamed me for it breaking down, the car was 18 years old.When I finally got my car back they gave it to me with no power steering, they told me they didnt have the correct tools to fix it due to the type of car I have. They also gave me an invoice that had nothing on it except the amount that I had paid.A day later the icon for Low Oil pressure showed up, when I went to check it I discovered that there was Anti Freeze in my oil, by the time B&B towed my car back to the shop they called me and told me that they had already preordered a new engine for me and that they would take care of it. They told me it would take 8 to 10 days to replace the engine. Two weeks went by and I called the check on my vehicle, They told me that they had to reorder a new engine again due to the first one they ordered having a cracked block. A month later and I finally got my car back today.When I arrived at B&B they told me that the keys were in my car and tomorrow they would have an invoice for me, they also told me that the new engine they gave me had 13000 more miles on it then my original. When I got in the car I quickly realized I still had no power steering.I was so frustrated and done with them that I decided to go home and take it somewhere else tomorrow. Within the four minute drive home my car started smoking. I pulled the car over and saw that the anti freeze was spewing all over everything. I also noticed that the brackets in the engine bay were all damaged, there were scratches all over everything from them trying to put the new engine in.I have been trying to call them to see what they want to do and also let them know about my experience and they will not take my calls.

I was passing through on my back home to New York, when I noticed that I needed to rotate my tires, especially since they wore down and I had bout anotha 1,000 miles to go. I hit Google and found B & B Tire. Im glad that I did though, they seem family owned, they had me in and out in a matter of minutes, and then the most AMAZING thing ever, that I NEVER expected, after experiences with a few other southern businesses that were LESS than hospitable. When the tech pulled my SUV out he asked if it was my car, I said yes, and then he said, your all set, you good to go. Im like I DIDNT pay him yet. I sat there for a few mins in bewilderment. At that point, Im assuming he was owner, came out and said, Your all set boss, you good to go, I took care of you. I said thanks, thank you very much. I pulled off and headed on my way to Rochester, NY. Im making this post in hopes that the entire staff sees this, to let everyone else know, and to thank them yet again, soo THANK YOU B & B TIRE for helping to make sure that my family and I got home safely, as we did. You guys truly touched my heart, and showed the meaning of the phrase southern hospitality . B&B Tire has to be the most honest repair shop in the USA. I have had service done there and they never try and talk you into any service that is not needed. They do excellent work, knowledgeable mechanics. The office staff is so friendly. On two occasions they have looked at my truck, told me what the problem was at no charge. If you need service in the Bowling Green area, B & B Tire is the only place to go.

Had a leveling kit and new tires installed and needed a good alignment and these guys took great care of me. The trucks running good and looking great!

I purchased tires here about a year ago and since this I always get the beat service and flexibility with scheduling.Abby who seems to be my main contact is always so happy and friendly and on top of her game and always so nice to everyone. From scheduling oil change a tire rotation to when I arrive and updates while I’m there and until check out she is on top of everything. Highly recommend this business.

Excellent service: friendly staff, extremely competent, honest, and fair prices. Also the only place in town (that I know of) that will not charge you to find the problem/complete a consultation. They are usually very very busy, but obviously for a good reason! They are the best! They still manage to get you in within a reasonable time and the turn around time is great. Had a blowout on the interstate and spent the night in Bowling Green. The next morning at 8 AM went to B&B. They had my tire size in stock and put me back on the road by 8:30. This is an impressive operation with fantastic customer service.

We were in town for a car show in our antique car, we noticed and issue with a front wheel and found B&B was the closest shop. We stopped in about an hour from closing time and explained our dilemma. We were four hours from home and didnt think the car would make it back. They squeezed us in and got the front end back in alignment. The very best mechanics in town. It can sometimes be a wait to get your work done, because they are so popular, but you know it will be done correctly.They are extremely honest, unlike many mechanics. I have taken my vehicle in, having been told by the dealer I need XY&Z done, only to have the staff there explain to me step-by-step why certain repairs are needed and others are not, but that the dealer tried to upsell me on unnecessary repairs! . I trust them with all my vehicles!

They were great! We felt our car driving funny! Drove to B&B Tire! They promptly put it on a rack, found a screw in the tire, plugged the tire and brought the car around to us! On top of this, they didnt charge us at all! This was on a Saturday morning on Dec. 1 2018! They were great! We will be going there to buy tires in the future! This is the only place I trust 100%. Ive taken my car here on several occasions and theyve always taken great care of me. Most recently I had 2 tires replaced, I had gotten prices from 2 other places and thought they sounded high so I just said forget it and took it to B&B. I told them to go ahead and change the oil too. When they called to tell me the price it was $90 cheaper than the other 2 places, and that was including an oil change! Its a big deal as a woman to know youre dealing with people who are honest and good at what they do. Ill never take my car anywhere else.

The people there are better than any where else. Kind, fair, reliable and quick are just a few of why that is. I will NEVER EVER go anywhere else!!

We developed some tire problems during this holiday season while traveling with a friend and my 81 yr old mother, who has Alzheimer’s. This trip was a 2000 mile round trip From Alabama to Pennsylvania and back to Alabama again. somewhere in Ohio we had to stop to put air in a tire and found we had a leaking valve stem. Luckily we found a truck repair sho who replaced it at the cost of $22.00. Further into the trip around Louisville, we began having same problem on a different tire. We got air in the tire but it was also leaking. We drove and kept putting air in every few miles. The car was loaded, it was raining so we finally we stopped at B&B Tire in bowling green for the second replacement. These folks were courteous and quickly replaced the second valve, when it was time to pay the bill, they said “No Charge and to Drive safely on the remainder of your trip” we were taken aback and basically shed tears of thankfulness. Those blessings will be paid forward to another person who is in need. God bless the folks at this establishment.

Called all around town for tires and this place was by far the cheapest on the best tires. I got Michelin brand for less than the bargain brands and a larger tire size. Made a huge difference in my truck. Will definitely be using them more in the future for my vehicle repair needs. Local business over chain stores is always better.

I would leave negative five stars if I could.I couldnt start my car and called my auto insurance for a towing service. I asked my car to be towed to B&B Tires because I liked the shop and wanted to give the work order to them. Lets be frank and I didnt have to specify the repair service provider because there are too many. The only reason I chose B&B Tires was because I heard they were good people. They were always my first choice and I have been letting them do the vehicle repair for the past few years until today.They replaced the battery and called me to pick it up. I was glad that they diagnosed the issue and fixed it for me once more. After I picked it up and drove on my home I felt the car behaved a little bit strange. I went back to them and addressed my concerns: it could be something to do with the transmission or engine. Who knows. Instead of doing a further inspection they wanted to make me feel I was blackmailing them. All we did was changing the battery, a white hair senior said.Well, B&B Tires, I didnt mean you damaged my car during the repair though. You shouldve handled it more professionally and let the car speak for itself. All I asked for was a further inspection and guess what more corresponding work orders you would earn.They duplicated the issue eventually after a few test drives but that was a bad customer experience. They made me feel I failed on blackmailing them. So let other repair service providers enjoy more work orders. No more B&B Tires starting from me, my family and friends.

Purchased four tires, mount and balance. My phone went down and they couldnt get a hold of me to tell my vehicle was ready. They beat everybodys price on tires. I bought two tires but they told me I could still get free rotation.I also recently recommended them to a co-worker when he had a bad tire. They told him it would be a while before they could get it replaced so they gave him a vehicle to drive so he could get back to work in the meantime.Top notch customer service.

All in all not impressed. Took car in for a wheel alignment and was informed that I had a tire making noise that needed a wheel bearing replacement (car drove just fine). Had it replaced for $450 and the car was still making the same noise. Took it back in and they then replaced the wheel bearing in the other side of the car. They did cover that free of charge, but did not call me beforehand to approve the repair before they started working on it. Car is STILL making the same noise. One of the tires has a different tread pattern, which is what I think the noise is from. My take - they didnt do a thorough diagnosis and just started throwing parts at things based off of sounds. Not a good way to do repairs. I think theyre an honest shop, but was not a satisfactory experience and feel like I wasted $450.

I have been a loyal customer of B&B Tire for many years, and will continue to be, and I will explain why. One, the customer service level is the standard for what all companies should strive to have. We had a major car repair that was needed, a transmission replacement. Years ago, before going to B & B tire, we took it to a mechanic that did more damage than good, and this is now why the transmission was dying. Luckily B & B Tire did all they could to sustain the life of my wifes car while correcting the previous mechanics neglect, but now was just the transmissions time to die. See my previous comment for more information. This transmission repair was important to me as this was the car my wife and kids use, and I work out of town and am gone most of the week for work. So if they got stranded on the side of the road, like they did a couple of winters back, it would be hours in the cold before I could get to them. Worst of all, they could have been in a wreck due to the transmission finally fatally malfunctioning. We asked Kirt if it would be better to rebuild or replace the transmission. He was honest and said it would be better, and cheaper, to use the money to put a down payment on a new car. He could have done the repair, and made money for himself, but he informed us as to the potential money pit we would be jumping into if we wanted to do this. Despite the fact that he would have been happy to do the repair for us, he strongly advised against it. How often do you hear of a business owner turning away money in the interest of their clients?! This is not a one time incident either; I cannot tell you how many times Kirt, and the rest of the staff at B & B, turned down repairs, and money, because they said the repair was not needed at the time. This time just really left an impact on me as I was looking at a $3000 minimum repair, and that was just for parts! In addition, every time my wife and I take our car in for a repair they greet us in a friendly manner and know our names. Every aspect of B & B is a level of customer service that is now a lost art in America. Lastly, every repair I have ever had done has always been done with the highest quality, speed, and accuracy I have ever experienced from a auto mechanic. If you want your car repaired right the first time, by a mechanic you can trust, look no further. I trust my family to B & B Tire Center, and you should too.

The website says they are open at 7:30am on saturdays. I called them and made an appointment to drop my car off at 8AM. No one was there when I showed up. Several other people wanting their cars fixed showed up too.

Awful place to bring your vehicle. I brought my vehicle in to have the radiator replaced after it sprung a leak and the mechanic didnt even put the battery back in properly. After I drove it off the engine started shaking so I called them back to have them re diagnose and they said they couldnt get to it for two days! They were also supposed to fix my check engine light and when it came back on two days later I had it checked and it was the SAME PROBLEM. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT GO HERE

So Buddy the owner sold me a set of four tires at 511 dollars in June 2016 that were a size smaller than what the factory recommendation is. Probably a mistake. I had since moved to Nashville and was unable to have the service on the tires done by bnb tire. After using a gps device I found that the speedometer was wrong so I went to the dealership who let me know the tires were to small, and that I needed to think about putting new tires on it due to the treadwear. So I got a second opinion at NTB who also told me the tires were a problem, and that new tires would be needed soon. After communicating with the staff at BNB tire I got nothing but strife, argument, told me they couldnt find my receipt because they had changed over to a computer system, told me also the difference in tire height wouldnt cause any of these problems, though I offered to provide all the receipts from NTB and Valvoline for rotations and alignment. After the 5th unproductive, very frustrating conversation on the info I received from getting a second and third opinion they offered to take a look at them and work with me on selling me a new set of tires. WHY WOULD I BUY ANYTHING EVEN AT A DISCOUNT FROM SOMEONE AFTER AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS. So now I guess Ill drive these tires for another month or two and when the belts start to show Ill go buy from a national vendor.
